"Good to see you..." Mocha said as she realized that she and Rika were the only ones left in her department. This was just sad. Mocha sighed as she leaned on the medical. "Look... I have no idea what we're supposed to talk about. Anyway if you don't know what happened Jo, the leader of Vulture is no longer the leader. Ryder is. I don't know how I feel about that, but he's proven himself so far so what the heck. Then comes the fact that Emilia is also gone with Jo to this Suicide Squad thing. Don't know how I feel about that either. Either way we were ordered to handle the Inquisitor faction which is apparently on the rise again from Hell... And the reason why this meeting was called... Is because Ryder ordered it to be so to talk about a new strategy for the department... Any ideas other then training this department better?" Mocha breezed through that explanation due to the fact she had no idea what she was supposed to be talking about. She waited for bit, but there was no answer from the people around her. "Ooooookay... I think we need to get better medical supplies, and start really upping the defensive in the home."

Rika listened as Mocha sped through a list of things "wait Ryder's in charge like officially now? what did I miss when I was working on guns anyway damn" she mumbled the last bit to herself She listened to Mocha and thought for a few minutes "Well I need the rest of the team to pick up their new weapons and ammo that could help with the defensive a bit and I just finished reworking a whole bunch of guns down in the R&D department to make them lighter and easier to use also making them far more sturdy, as for Medical supplies just give me a list of what you need and I will see how fast I can get it in for you, that and as for defense, Does this base have an alarm system or anything that could be used for intruder detection?" Rika stood there after saying everything and looked at Mocha hoping she could fill her in a bit.

Mocha said before creating a list of medical supplies they needed. "If you take care of the medicine, mostly for pain and infections, and some allergies, then that will be great." Mocha said with a nod. "As for the defensive... Since we're going to be dealing with the Inquisitor... We need to do one thing... Be ready for psychic users. Yes... I know... But we need to mentally train as well to resist and how to counter. Create a defense for it."

Jack smiled as Atlas brought himself to the surface. Listening to his words calmly. "It's good to see you, Love. I agree. Quite a number of Vultures members have come from other factions.Even if most have switched their loyatlies over to Vulture, we need to be aware of the possbility of divided loyalties." Her smile broadened at Scarecrows suggestion. Her mood already improving exponentially. Jack turned to her boss. She did agree. It likely would be better if Jackal were to investigate The Muppets himself. As much as she would enjoy finally ridding herself of Aidan. Now was not the time to do so. She looked down at the dossiers as Jackal explained his plan. She looked up after he had finished. "While we were in the tower, I did recieve something of an invitation by the new Inquisitor to join her. The only problem with sending someone in as a spy is that there is no way to ensure the safety of whoever we send in. There's also the matter that we dont resemble anyone who is currently in the inquisitor faction. That in partiuclar can prove troublesome."

Jackal sort of just stood there, eagerly waiting for a reply. Really, his shtick seemed to mostly rely on how other people reacted to his nonsense. So when Jack finally spoke, Jackal abruptly replied "AH! BUT JACKAL KNOWS MANY THINGS!" he eagerly spoke out, his index finger up in the air triumphantly "The Inquisitor Faction has a number of strippers in their mansion, a LOT of strippers. Of both genders- and more-" Jackal walked over to the fridge again, pulling out a wheel of cheese that was for whatever reason there "Where'd all the ham go? Oh well- ANYWAYS! One of you just has to stroll in as a stripper and gather information! Really, its that easy! I've snuck into Highend ALL the time! All you have to do is dress like a footman and no one will notice! It's a big city, pretending to be someone famous like one of the officers will only get you caught, you've gotta pretend to be someone small-time! Like a stripper! yEEEAAAAAH! Did I mention strippers were involved?" Jackal looked to Atlas, then Jack, then Atlas again "SOOOOOO- who wants to be the stripper?"

I hate saying it Jack but it might be better if you...Scarecrow then stood up interrupting Atlas mid sentence... then began walking away... Scarecrow?... Scare what's up?... Skarvan Crou What are you doing!?!.......
Scarecrow picked up Atlas' wooden box with all of his equipment and then walked into a closet nearby... Shuffling and moving could be heard from behind the door as well as Atlas and Scarecrow Arguing... Atlas was not happy with this... What in the hell was Scarecrow doing?... He couldn't even see anything... What memories was he using?... Stuff about disguise and being a Bard on stage in the 1600's... Something about acting on a stage with Knights and... What?...
Then Suddenly Scarecrow emerged from the cafeteria closet... He had dressed Atlas and himself up as a woman in a very revealing and sexy armored garment made of pointed metal and very thin cloth, He included Fake Breasts, makeup covering Atlas' chest scars, fake contacts, and a very ornate cup piece...
Lady Jack, Mi'Lord Jackal... I SHALL TAKE THE CHARGE... Before joining Master Caelius in the Order of Knighthood I applied my talents to an acting stage where I told great tales of love, heat and passion to Noble folk, well those who were old enough to attend... with the assistance of the maidens at a local brothel I regaled ALL onlookers with vivid performances and reenactments of these tales for their viewing pleasure... Jack nodded at Jackals words. That would be simpler. Particularly if the base was as overrun with strippers as Jackal was suggesting. Though now Jack did begin to wonder if they had been here before the the inquistior had shown herself. Jack nodded at Jacakl before turning to Atlas, "Yes, Deary, you've mentioned strippers." Jack watched Scarecrow walk away, more than a little curious as to what he was planning on doing. In particular, curious as to how it would affect Atlas. Before she could ponder this further, Scarecrow had joined them again....as a woman. Jack looked at him, dazed. Somehow Atlas chest was even bigger than it had been at the tower, which was quite the feat considering he had been a woman at the time. She examined it for a moment, impressed by Skarvans work. His scars had vanished completely. Jack smiled at Atlas's noticable discomfort and walked over to him, positioning herself so it helped to hide a bit more of Atlas's body. She looked at both Atlas and Jackal, "I would like to go as well. I have something that could suffice."

And then Scarecrow happened, really the whole situation would have been quite awkward to anyone but Jackal, but this being Jackal, he gave Scarecrow a thumbs up "BRAVO! YOU LOOK PRETTY!" yes, this would be perfect for the plan, it was going to be pulled off FLAWLESSLY. And then Jack spoke out, Jackal looked to Jack, raising an eyebrow to her as she asked if she could go too. Jackal grinned to Jack and spoke "The more the merrier! Just guys- remember- DON'T stay there for too long! The longer you stay there the better the chances of them discovering your true identities!"

Rika took the list looked at it and smile "these will be a synch to get it will take a day or two tops and as for defenses if i know what type of system we have working or not I can get in parts to fix/upgrade it, we might need it after those family people just waltzed in here" then Mocha mentioned the system and the bowing up of the base thing and Rika had a Oh yea moment, she had almost forgotten that had happened but what really got her attention was the mention of psychic's she looked up and her smile disappeared "wait I thought people with those abilities were very very rare, how do you even train for something like that anyway" she readjusted herself in her stance after she said this something about psychic's just didn't sit well with her.

I fear for that possibility."

Jackal was really looking forward to this plan, there was no way this could backfire on them at all! No sirry! Really, he was just going to yell more because then these two would get more hype and- Jackal's pants started vibrating, and then a little song played, which sounded like 'Wake Me Up Before you Go Go'. Apparently Jackal had a cellphone now, no idea where he got that. Even weirder, they were underground... and he was getting service. He definitely wasn't using Verizon. Jackal pulled the phone out of his pants and answered "Yes? Mushi Mushi? Ah yes. Butterscotch. Almonds. Gigantic flaming dildos. [Censored]. Will DOOOOO!" Jackal then hung up the phone and literally tossed it aside, casually destroying his phone. He then bowed to the two "Okay okay so. I just a report from my spies which WEREN'T WORKING ON THE MISSION I GAVE THEM- but its cool because they just reported some important intel. Be right back, gotta report it to The Boss! Be right back!" Jackal then skipped out of the kitchen, casually travelling over to The Boss' office. Jackal took a deep, calm, breathe. He seemed to be in a good mood too. Then, he casually knocked on the door. Everything seemed fine. tHEN JACKAL KICKED DOWN THE DOOR AND RAN INTO THE ROOM YELLING "HHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG RYDER WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!!"

Jack smile comfortingly at Atlas, "It's alright, love. You know I won't leave you alone like this. You do look pretty though. You should have quite the easy time convincing them of our cover." She turned back towards Jackal, watching his reaction, amused.She nodded. "Of course. We're aware how dangerous it is to infiltrate another faction. We'll leave and report back right away."

BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!" eventually Jackal calmed down somewhat and eventually flopped onto Ryder, just sort of leaning on him "SDNDFE LEFL HNEF LFE FUIL ABAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH-" Jackal too a deep breathe to calm himself down "SO- like, my spies just reported in and like-" pause "They were watch The Inquisitor Faction and..." once again, a long dramatic pause "The Inquisitor is spreading the word... they're bringing back Kraven... tonight. And they're hosting a party at their base to celebrate his second coming..." he was actually somewhat calm in this whole explanation "Also- please don't freak out from the news I just told you...!" it was a bit late to say that now.

"Jackal--calm down--calm down and tell me what's going on--" Ryder said as he tried to stop Jackal from running around the room like a madman--which eventually did stop. He had to stumble a bit when the very tall man leaned on him, but other than that, he was listening--nodding with each pause--but then came the actual news. Kraven.
His mind seemed to cease thought for a moment, with only that name echoing around in the confines of his head. The man who had been his greatest rival--the man who could have very well destroyed the world--the man whom he had killed--was coming back.
"What...?"
He immediately thought back to how they had seen Catherine in the Inquisitor's Tower--and realized that that should have been enough of a warning sign. He simply stood there for a moment, as if his mind was still processing this information. But slowly, his facial expression turned quite cold--an air of quiet anger floating around him like a cloak. "...I got that man a grave for a reason...And I'm not about to let it be defiled." He gently pushed Jackal away, any anger coming off of him being replaced by a feeling of seriousness--he knew that they had to stop this. Kraven couldn't be unleashed upon the world again--Ryder wasn't sure if he'd be able to stop him this time. "Jackal...we're stopping them. We're not letting them bring back Kraven. The thing that I wanted to talk to you about earlier...I want you to be Vulture Team's strategist. I know that plenty of the others just think that you're crazy...but I know better. You've got a brain, just like everyone else--and a really powerful one at that. Jackal--will you help me plan an assault on the Inquisitor tonight so that we can stop them from bringing Kraven back? I've...never been very good at plan-making, so...I'm going to need your help on this one. Do you think you can do that...?"

Jackal stood there silently, and while he could no longer change his expression from that of a smile... he was in truth quite worried about Ryder, he knew that he wouldn't react well to Kraven. Really, he had no idea just what Ryder's relationship with that man was. Based of Jack's memories, they seemed to have a great hatred for each other, Jackal particularly remembered one scene in Highend where Kraven attracted a large amount of ire for killing one of them named Duda. Letting out a sigh, even as he was pushed away, Jackal stayed close "I think at this point they don't really care about defiling any graves..." he didn't even want to mention how they had just dug up ANOTHER grave earlier. Jackal was about to finally back away and give Ryder his space when the redhead started speaking to him directly, Jackal stayed quiet, listening to Ryder's words. This promotion struck Jackal hard, he knew full well that Jack liked to consider himself Vulture Team's strategist for the short time he was working with them. After a few moments of silence, Jackal replied "Of course... I don't let you down..." in a solemn voice "As a matter of fact... I already have a kickass plan..." Jackal pulled out a sharpie from his pants and began to draw a few Xs, then drawing lines to indicate paths "This is obviously a trap... my spies reported that Jolyne SPECIFICALLY named the both of us... I have my suspicions that this may be a bluff to draw us in... but with what I've heard about what happened in the past months involving Kraven... I... don't think we can risk that. Soooo-" Jackal then Xed out the entire large plan he made... in truth Jackal wasn't using it for any complex plan, he just wanted to draw on the wall. With the sharpie still in his hand, Jackal continued "We're going to have to give her at least a part of what she wants... Ryder... let me prove to you that you made the right choice. I have a plan, and I believe it'll get us through this debacle... truth be told... they're going to be expecting us to go in with a full blown assault on them... so we shouldn't do that. Instead... I'd like for us to bring in a select team of Vulture Team officers to disguise themselves as partygoers! As for the team... well with Kraven there it would be a sin to not include you... but I believe bringing along two of your best fighters... Pugsy and Bunny... would be the best choice. That way if you get caught you'll at least be able to defend yourselves. But... we should be able to do this without any fights. Instead, with you three disguised, you should be able to figure out where how and where they plan on bringing back Kraven... and stopping them. No need to focus on destroying them... we can do that at any time. We should focus on making sure Kraven isn't brought back. Really... what this plan really relies on..." Jackal uncapped his sharpie and approached Ryder, he began to write on his forehead cautiously "Are the outfits~!" Jackal giggled, partially because he loved giving people rather strange outfits without any context, and second because he'd just written 'I'm a huge weenie and Jackal is super cool' on Ryder's forehead.

Ryder crossed his arms and listened as Jackal explained his plan, watching the man draw on the wall and honestly not minding much--it wasn't as if they had paper to plan on or anything. He would have to get that cleaned before Jo got back, though...
He nodded as Jackal suggested going in disguise rather than a full-out assault--the full-out assault plan had only gotten them so far last time--and that had ended in failure in the end, anyway. However, this time, as Jackal explained the plan...he had a feeling that this could work. They would nip this issue in the bud--before Kraven was able to return and become a real problem. Truth be told, Ryder wanted to leave the memory of his rival just the way it was--his impression of Kraven at this point was like some combination of a grotesque figure and a gallery painting--he would never be able to fully understand the man, but he had come to respect him, as much as he still felt dislike for him. It was a strange sort of feeling...
"Pugsy and Bunny...got it," Ryder mused, only then to realize that Jackal was drawing on his forehead. He paused for a moment, looking quite confused, then it kind of registered to him that Jackal had mentioned outfits. Right...any party as big as this usually had a dress code. "I've...still got my old suit in my room, if that would work..."

Jackal let out another giggle as he continued to look at what he wrote on Ryder "Ye- ye- Pug and Bun-Bun!" he confirmed Ryder's own words, nodding in approval. Jackal was pretty sure this plan would work if things went well, but he honestly didn't know how well the three could work together. In particular Jackal noted Bunny's horrible decision making skills that rivaled only Jo's. Then, when Ryder said he had a suit, Jackal's expression suddenly intensified, as he yelled "yOU KNOW NOTHING OF THE WORLD- ahem, I mean. No. No. Jackal has your costumes. This isn't -that- kind of party." Jackal seemed to mood swing from a fit of complete anger to being oddly polite. In the end Jackal just started shoving Ryder towards the exit "Now come on! Come on! Go find the other two and tell them of the thingy things!" Jackal then handed Ryder the sharpie "iT'S DANGEROUS TO GO ALONE TAKE THIS!"

Rika listened to Mochas words and took everything in they had two options one that was ridiculously far off to say the best and the other might work, these options sucked to say the least "you say that Emilia was researching this Element 19 do you know how she was doing that, like if she was reading anything or talking to anyone or even if she may have left some notes behind and if thats the elements real name or not, because honestly training doesn't do much according to the scorches I have read it can help to an extent but not to the level we would need it to if they have multiple psychic users" Rika took a needle out from her skin and pinned the list to her shirt "I will ask around about this element to see if anyone outside knows about it as well I'm not hopeful but on the off chance that it produces something I'm going to ask anyway"

Ryder backed up a half a step when Jackal suddenly intensified--but then the guy calmed down again, so that was alright. Ryder had to pause and think for a moment about the fact that Jackal of all people was the one picking the costumes--but before he knew it, he was being pushed out of the door, and the sharpie was placed in his hand.
"I--uh--okay--" Ryder stuttered slightly, then paused. "...Anything that's not a bikini--I'll be fine with pretty much anything but that." And with that, he gave Jackal a nod, then headed off to go find the others--before suddenly realizing he'd forgotten something and making a quick b-line to the bathroom, checking himself in the mirror--and yeah, that was definitely something he didn't want written on his forehead--at least Jackal hadn't drawn a dick up there or something--that would've sucked--either way, he took a minute to wash his face to get the sharpie off, then exited the bathroom. So, he headed on over to the security room, then picked up the microphone for the loudspeaker, turning it on and speaking into the mic,
"Pugsy, Bunny, if you guys could meet me at--uh--the entrance of the first floor, that'd be--real nice--yeah, thanks--" Wow. That had been professional. Totally. Either way, Ryder kind of proceeded to shuffle over to the entrance to meet Pugsy and Bunny--hopefully they'd heard his message--

Pugsy ran towards Ryder like a rhino charging its prey, only to stop directly in front of the redhead, saluting to Ruder "Reporting for duty boss!" he enthusiastically replied, the footmen flying forward past him from the sudden stop. Looking back at the chaos the started, Pugsy let out an awkward smile "Oops... I was actually training the Enforcer Regime... and well- when I heard the announcement- I kinda... ran over here in the middle of sparring-" Pugsy waved to the footmen that were thrown around "Sorry guys-!" he apologized a slight tint of red on his cheek.
