I lost track of Kylie... hope she's okay..." a soft voice echoed from a wall before it was promptly blown open, rubble flew through the room as a hole letting out a sight of the city was seen. And from the hole, Barbara walked into the room, a thin smile on her face "Too easy... I expected more from Paladin..." she muttered, holding her guitar over her shoulder as the dust cleared. It was only after the dust cleared that the assassin could see Rommel and Smile, yet, in their presence, the girl didn't seem to move "Hey there..." she spoke in a surprisingly casual tone before lowering her guitar towards them "You two wouldn't happen to know where that FUCKTARD Ross is... would you...? I'm here to pick him up- answer carefully now..." she spoke, her small smile distorting into a grin. Barbara purposely let a little bit of her psychic aura slip, in hopes of intimidating them "If not... a lot of your friends are gonna die... VERY QUICKLY..."

And suddenly Killer Queen. Smile just kind of stared at her for a moment, lowering his arms back down to his sides. He stood there for a moment--just staring--before he looked at Rommel, giving the calico-haired man a 'are you even fucking kidding me right now' look before speaking bluntly,
"Vhat zhe hell is zhis? Mein Gott, Rommel, did you ACTUALLY order a violent prostitute? Really? You're fucking bedridden, you know--" But then Killer Queen spoke, mentioning Citizen Ross, and Smile glanced in her direction, before sighing and turning to face her completely. "Vhy vould ve know vhere zhat brain-dead gorilla is? More importantly, vhy vould ve care? Eizher vay, if zhat's a threat...vell..." He paused, frowning again, this time seeming a bit uncomfortable as he mumbled awkwardly, "Wenn Sie vorhaben, uns anzugreifen, zumindest legte einige Kleider an...Sie unanständig aussehen..."

Rommel sat up, looking at Queen and Smile. Then he burst out laughing.
"WOW!~ Paladin knows EXACTLY what I like! This is a surprise! For once Smile, I DIDN'T order a prostitute!" he grinned at Queen. "Hey slut, can you do Hot Hoola and the Super Nova? Cause that's about all I can have you do for me right now unless you wanna also give me a blow." he said, a giant grin on his face.

Barbara kept her grin on her face until Smile called her a prostitute "What..." she could barely make out what he was saying with that accent, but she caught that. And then she heard Rommel, though she dearly wished she hadn't "..." the girl's eyes widened, before she frowned and turned red, whether it was from embarrassment or anger was anyone's guess "Fuck it." the assassin quickly brought her guitar off her shoulder and began to play. She was going to make them PAY "You FUCKERS... I'm gonna KILL you, you FUCKING CUNTEATERS! BITCH MONGERS! DICKHEADS!" and then psychic aura would build up behind her, both super criminals should have recognized that aura rather quickly. It was the same aura responsible for their enemies on the Gluttony floor that they had fought not too long ago "Say hello to slimy... hornbags..." she muttered as a a psychic shockwave shook the entire room. From that aura emerged a tentacle monster, the exact type of monster that would be seen from incredibly disgusting Japanese cartoon porn. And its tentacles were heading right towards Rommel and Smile "See yah..." she spoke to them with a big smile upon her face, shooting down a nearby wall to leave the room "Hopefully you're into this kind of stuff~!"

"Vhat? You're NOT a prostitute--?! In ZHAT outfit?! How vas I supposed to know--?!" Smile was confused. Highly confused. Honestly, as far as he was concerned with outfits, the less skin showing, the better--so Killer Queen's reaction definitely took him by surprise.
And then suddenly, Killer Queen began building up the psychic energy, and the German's eyes narrowed as he slowly began moving towards the bedside table, where his belt full of weapons had been laying while he was in bed. As the psychic energy continued to grow, he pulled the belt on, buckling it just as suddenly--the girl's psychic aura took shape.
Oh. It was a tentacle monster. Okay--
wAIT WHAT.
Smile was actually rendered speechless for a moment, his mouth falling open in utter disgust and shock--before suddenly the tentacles were coming for them. And, well--yeah, he'd been talking to Rommel all that time and they had kind of bonded, and yeah, the guy was kind of bedridden--but there was NO way he was taking sex tentacles for the guy. nEIN. jUST NEIN.
And as such, Smile quickly whipped out his hammer, smacking away the first tentacle to come for him, then dodging back away from the rest of them, avoiding their...slimy grasp. Guh. He was not letting those things so much as touch him. And then Killer Queen blew up the wall--to which Smile responded by growling quietly in frustration before gripping his hammer in both hands, pointing the gun barrel in Killer Queen's direction and firing off two shots. "Mein Gott, calm zhe hell down! If you don't vant people mistaking you for a prostitute, zhen put on some clothes already!"

"You're speaking my language sweetheart, but you're also kind of being a bitch..." but then the monster happened and Rommel was highly alert. "Well SHIT!" he took out the IVs, the blood dripping out of the incisions, and jumped out of bed, stumbling since he was still a little weak. He grabbed his claws and slashed at the monster, hopefully cutting one of the tentacles. He stood Smile on this.
"Now you can't say this is my fault. It's not! But we got this okay? Try your gas on the openings I create, make this thing scared of YOU!" he said, attacking it once more.

Barbara kept on calmly walking out until she heard more comments on her outfit "Don't just draw conclusions like that! I mean- GAH-! SERIOUSLY! I can wear WHATEVER I WANT! Don't label women just because they show skin you FUCKTARD!" and then she kept walking, completely turning her back on both men. The tentacle monster then tried to grab both super criminals with its tentacles, because they do that. Smile shot twice at Barbara, and without any thought from Barbara, a psychic construct of Smile's sister appeared and took the shots. Killer Queen then just kept on walking "Don't bother... I'm out of your league, DUMBASS..." she muttered, Killer Queen usually held back on people like Paladin, they weren't all necessarily bad, but she made an exception for these two.

At first, as he dodged the second onslaught of tentacles, he was thinking that everything was going to be okay--but Smile literally felt his breath catch in his throat as the psychic apparition of his sister suddenly appeared, taking the two shots--it was almost as if some invisible hand had grabbed the air right from his throat and ripped it back down into his lungs. What replaced it was a swift feeling of nausea that immediately overtook him, the sheer shock factor of the apparition sending him stumbling backwards, back towards the beds, literally lifting a hand to his mouth as if to stop any bile that might have escaped. Luckily, he vaguely remembered the fact that this was simply some kind of false apparition made from memories--however, that didn't change the fact of what he'd just seen.
"Es ist nicht real...Es ist nicht real..." he repeated quietly, frantically to himself like a mantra, almost seeming as if he was trying to force himself not to puke simply by speaking. "Astrid ist nicht hier...! Sie ist nicht hier...!" He wanted to be able to focus on the much more prominent threat that was the looming tentacle monster--but right now, his entire being it seemed was fixated on what he'd just witnessed, whether it had been real or not. Unless Rommel did something to snap him out of it, it seemed that the German really wasn't going to be of much help at all for a bit.

Rommel saw the whole thing with Smile shooting his sister. Rommel knew he was going to be unable to fight unless he did something. He knew he had to do something! Rommel ran over to him and smacked him...lightly...or his version of lightly, across the face.
"GET AHOLD OF YOURSELF!" he yelled. "I need you with me on this! Get a hold of yourself. THAT WASN'T YOUR SISTER! SHE IS IN ANOTHER PRISON!" he slashed at the monster again.

The tentacle monster slowly progressed on Rommel and Smile, even though it had been attacked and ripped apart somewhat by Rommel, it was still moving forward towards him. It's tentacles were heading towards Rommel's and Smile's limbs, trying to restrain them by their legs and arms as it let out a loud "SCREEEEEEEE-" which was definitely a killer on the eardrums. It then proceeded to try and grab Rommel as its sole target, focusing all of its tentacles on grabbing the man.

Rommel grabbed Smile and dove to the side, but then was grabbed by the monster.
"Aaaaaaaaaah shit!" Rommel said being lifted into the air. At least he had an arm free. He slashed the tentacle holding him, and landed on the ground. "Fuck!" he kind of fumbled and hit the ground.

The force of Rommel's blow to his face managed to catch Smile's attention, and he looked at the calico-haired man wide-eyed, listening to him speak. After hearing Rommel reaffirm the fact that that hadn't really been Astrid, Smile quickly replied with,
"Ich weiß das! I mean--I know zhat!" The automatic use of his first language let on to the faint remnant of panic still edging his voice. However, he didn't get the chance to say any more before Rommel grabbed him, diving out of the way of some tentacles--then Rommel was grabbed up--only to cut himself loose and fall again. "N-Never mind! Let's just kill zhis disgusting thing!" Working at shoving the images from earlier out of his mind, Smile stood back up and leveled the barrel of his hammergun at the tentacle creature, cringing at the thing's screeching, but doing his best to not let it bother him. He began firing off bullets at the creature, wanting to save his cybernetics as a last resort--because after all, he wasn't actually sure if gross tentacle monsters had fears or not--

Using the time Smile gave him, he charged in and stabbed his claws into the monster, and ripped it apart. It shriveled up and Rommel sat on the ground.
"Okay...well...that was a thing..." he said, smiling. "Thanks for creating that opening. I'm gonna need to sit here for a bit." he needed to rest a little more now, which sucked.

Emilia walked into the medical bay, seeing how everyone else was since... Killer Queen said that she was in here before. "Is anyone hurt?" she asked, since... It was clear that she had to make new connections now. Jo was out of the question right now. She looked around at the shredded pieces on the floor that looked to be flesh. She bent down to pick a piece up. "I'm assuming that whatever you faced that Killer Queen gave you... Involved this?" she asked as she observed the piece.

Even after the monster had been defeated, Smile still looked quite on edge and uncomfortable--he didn't say a word as Emilia came into the room, even as she addressed the two of them and Rommel answered. He paused for a moment, then glanced over at the other two, his facial expression showing a modicum more of emotion than usual--and that emotion was of anxiety. Then, he immediately after headed for the door.
"I...I-I need to get out of here--" he mumbled as he left the Medbay, heading back towards the barracks.

She walked over to Rommel and started to put everything back into place, fixing his IVs and such.

Then could that mean Emilia could also change? She looked at Rommel closely, but decided not to think much of it. She looked back to Inna and Zombie. "Yes she did... I'll help you get set up." Emilia said as she began to prepare the bed for Zombie by lowering the bars. "I'll take one side, and we'll both put him on." Emilia said as she walked over and offered her help in carrying Zombie.

Oh right! The ropes~ Anyone got any restraints~? We could totally switch places too- I'm fine with either role-~"

Inna nodded at Emilia and also got started on getting things ready.

"Shut up.."

She muttered to Zombie as the man kept yelling about being fine, then about bed-related activities. She looked up to him when Jo was mentioned. She PROBABLY should have been paying more attention when Jo stormed out, but she was a bit busy getting thrown into a wall with brutal force.

"Wait.. Why ees she going to Carrion Land..?"

Inna sort of waved off all of his weird bed and rope comments, hoping to get more information on the Jo and Carrion Land issue. While she looked at Zombie expectantly, she got him on the bed with Emilia's help and started working on trying to fix his leg, since she knew some stuff about healing.

"I don't know nor truly care. The woman does her own thing." Emilia responded to Inna and Zombie. She ignored the comments about the bed. "Why bother? We already have straps for the bed." Emilia played along just for the sake of why not? If this was how men connected then she might as well too. To prove her point she began to strap him in. "Nah... I think you should totally stay down there. Let the girls do their thing." She said as she placed a hand on Zombie's chest to push him down. "I believe there is something that could lift his leg. Let me get it for you." Emilia said as she walked around the medical bay to find it. She grabbed what looked like what she was looking for and went over wheeling the strange looking hook device. "Hmmmm... Question and anyone can answer... Does anyone know what can defeat psychic? I have a feeling that we're going to be encountering Killer Queen sooner then we think, and we need to be prepared..."
