Kayden continued watching the rooftops carefully--until he saw a flash of movement. That was her--! He moved just before the gunshot sounded, and sure enough, he saw a bullet bury itself into the ground, right near where he had been standing before. He would have missed that completely, had he not been watching for movement so carefully...
He pushed himself up against the wall, in a position where it'd be harder for Kat to see him from where she was. Hopefully, he could wait this out...they really had to retreat...He began working out in his head how he could get the three of them out of there...But then, he heard the leader of Black Dragon calling for a retreat. And it was like a heavenly chorus to his ears. He breathed out a sigh of relief, but didn't drop his guard--not quite yet.

Jun was getting ready to shoot at Masaru again when he saw more bullets fired at him. He used his sword to deflect the bullets when he felt something bad was going to happen to him. In a quick second, he turned around to intercept Mariko's attack. He was getting ready to shoot her at close range when he heard the Mistress yelling for the fight to stop. He put his revolver away and his sword back into its sheath as he bowed to the two before running off, which looked like he dissapeared again. A little bit later he showed up in front of Robin. "So, how did your fight go?" He wrote down on his notepad to ask Robin, forgetting that his left hand was pulsing and bleeding with the bullet still in there.

Vincent perked up slightly as he heard the Mistress' voice, and was able to locate her via the silhouette of her...assets. That was what made her so easy for him to find all the time---
He walked over to her, standing by her side calmly. He didn't seem all too phased by the battle he'd been in...and now that he'd caught his breath, he seemed mostly composed, and largely uninjured...

Kat sighed. She laid back, breathing out a sigh, and folding her guitar back into a guitar. She got up, saluting at Kayden with a wink, and ran to the next roof, and then magnet grappling to the Mistress' side. She went to Vincent, lightly putting a hand on his shoulder.
"You alright...?" she asked.

Vincent blinked in surprise as he felt a hand on his shoulder--he hadn't even heard Kat approaching. Well, she wasn't called the 'Silence' of the Black Dragon for nothing...
"I'm alright...and yourself?" he replied to Kat quietly, gently placing a hand on top of the one that was on his shoulder.

Mariko blinked in shock as, just as suddenly as he'd come- Jun was gone. And though she had wanted to murder him and make it hurt for ages- she was just a bit happy he was gone. Taking a deep breath, she moved to Masaru and pressed her hand to his injury, frowning in annoyance. "If I ever see that asshole again..." she threatened darkly, before sighing and beginning to lead him away- but pausing as she caught sight of a familiar pair of green-haired twins, as well as Sophia. Things didn't look good... All of them were injured... "We can help," she announced quietly, gently tugging Masaru into the alleyway.

Robin blinked as she heard the Mistress calling for them all, cocking her head to the side as she looked in that direction before she took a step that way- and then paused, offering a cheerful smile to Jun. "It went great! I hardly got to fight before Vincent took over, but that's alright- the only thing I'm upset about is that my dress got singed... Oh gosh, your hand!! Jun! What happened?!" she yelped suddenly, as she caught sight of the blood, worry covering her face as she reached out and tugged his hand towards her, palm up. Her grip was gentle, but firm as she examined the wound, and then reaching into a pocket and pulling out a handkerchief and beginning to tie it around his hand gently, hoping to stop the bleeding. "Oh you poor thing... Even with your hand all nasty, at least you still look attractive," she murmured coyly, smiling at him while still holding his hand.

Jun didn't know how to react when Robin started to grab his hand. Even though his face showed no emotion, inside his mind was freaking out. He still wasn't use to anyone caring for him so he was all flustered and embarassed in his mind. He used his free hand to write on one of his many notepads inside his coat and wrote on his knee to show Robin what he was going to say. "It's fine. I just need to get the bullet pulled out and I'll be all better! : D Sorry to hear about your dress getting ruined! >.<" As soon as the handkerchief was placed onto his hand and tied, the blood started to coat it as well. Jun nodded and looked away when he heard Robin calling him attractive, pink started to form on his cheeks. He started to calm himself down and wrote again to ask Robin, "So shall we go see what the Mistress wants?" He started to walk alongside Robin to where the Mistress was and looked around, not seeing Meili in sight. Jun didn't worry however, knowing that Meili will be back sooner or later safe and sound or so he hoped.

Kayden turned as Mariko and Masaru appeared, and a relieved sigh left his lungs. Finally, they had help...
"Th-Thanks...really..." he said, giving them a tired smile. The trio worked together to pick up Sophia and Jayden, and soon enough, they were headed out of Conqueror Town--they had taken enough damage as it was--they weren't going to risk taking any more.

Robin grinned cheerfully and nodded, looping her arm through Jun's before tugging him along to the group surrounding the Mistress, and then she stood straight and awaited orders. She wouldn't ask- she knew it'd be coming soon enough. One just had to be patient. She kept her armed looped in Jun's though, acting as if he was escorting her along.

Jun continued walking towards the Mistress when he felt his arm getting looped and tugged. He looked down to see Robin's arm in his arm and he looked away with a bit of red showing. Jun let Robin to continue dragging him along with his arm still intertwined since he realized that trying to fight it would make it worse. When they finally arrived, he stood straight as well and waited to hear what the Mistress had to say, letting his arm still be looped with Robin's.

Hal just sort of stared at The Mistress, she didn't seem to be appreciating the scene, she was bored, and when she was bored, bad stuff happened. When she was bored, The Mistress did shit on a whim, and the last thing Hal wanted was her doing things because she just felt like it. The last time that happened, a whole country burned down. So, Hal did the only sane thing! Hal approached the Mistress and cleared his throat "Ahem... Madam... I can see you are not appreciating the current scene... so..." suddenly, Hal pulled something out of his suit "ICECREAM!" he announced, still with a dignified and totally serious expression on his face. He handed the icecream to The Mistress "ICECREAM FOR ALL...! Except Figaro..." he announced to everyone, except Figaro, obviously.

The Mistress was about to burn down the rest of the town and watch the ashes rise up and then write in the ashes, 'All who oppose will be subjected to tickles' and then giggled, but then FUCK YEAH! ICECREAM!
"Oh how delightful!" she cheered, taking one of the ice creams and starting to enjoy. "You always think of everything Hal, I love you." she said. Mmmmm....yay....icecream....

Hal smiled to The Mistress "Of course ma'am!" and then she took the icecream, which made Hal eternally happy. He served her loyally just to hear those sweet words from her. He bowed to her, keeping his dignified posture, but letting a small smile slip. Then he turned to the rest of Black Dragon "ICECREAM FOR EVERYONE (except Figaro)! LET US ALL CELEBRATE OUR VICTORY (except Figaro)! BLACK DRAGON IS TRIUMPHANT (except Figaro he sucks)!" he announced to them all, offering icecream! Figaro on the other hand did not take lightly to Hal "Oh screw you Innsmouth!" to which Hal merely returned a mocking grin.

As things finally began to quiet down--there was then suddenly another racket. About victory ice cream.
Vincent simply pulled his collar up a bit higher absentmindedly, turning away from the situation. He wasn't a fan of sweets--and he never really would be. Eating anything sugary always made him feel sick...
On the bright side, the fact that they won was always nice.

Jun watched in silence as Hal offered everyone ice cream. Jun was confused. He never heard about ice cream before and never tasted it. He was scared. As soon as Hal offered one to each of the members, except Figaro, Jun accepted it hesitantly. He stared at the blue concoction in his hand. The blueness of it radiating in his eyes. He leaned forward to try and taste it when he pulled back, still scared. He looked over to see how Robin was doing and offered her his ice cream. He didn't know whether he would like the taste or not.

Robin blinked in surprise, but gladly accepted the ice cream from Hal, her arm still hooked securely around Jun's as she began licking at it- before pausing as she was offered the male's ice cream as well. "Thank you, I- ... What, you don't want it? You didn't even try it, Jun... Come on, here..." Releasing his arm in order to place her hand on his, she leaned forward and licked at his ice cream a moment before biting off a piece, seeming as if she were going to eat it- before she suddenly popped up on her toes and leaned forward, grinning slightly as she pressed her lips to his, kissing him for a split second before she suddenly used her tongue to shove the small bit of ice cream right into his mouth. Once she felt sure it wouldn't just slide out of his mouth, she pulled away, grinning coyly as she started sensually licking her own ice cream once more- acting innocent now.

Hal then firmly threw the rest of the icecream to the Krieg Forces and Paladin officers around them. Then, he simply fixed the collar of his vest before walking with Vincent, he followed the man until he caught up. He was much more serious now, though it was rather strange since he still had one or two icecreams still in his hand. He shot a glare towards Vincent, his talents were needed "We'll be launching an attack on Carrion Land soon... you and Figaro will be leading the assault..." he told Vincent in a cold, monotone voice, that was a command. Hal wanted a job done "Dorthy is to be taken... Jo is to be eliminated. The Mistress does not think much of Vulture Team but I still consider them a threat." he told Vincent bluntly "Do not disappoint Black Dragon... and do not return if Figaro is still alive by the end of it..." he had commanded the deaths of two people, Jo, and Figaro.

Vincent stopped as he heard somebody following him--and he identified the person as Hal once he had heard the man's voice. He listened to the man's orders as to the attack on Carrion Land, then nodded slowly and deliberately.
"Understood..." he replied quietly. "When would you like us to go there...? I'm ready to go at any time...I was hardly injured during that last battle...and is there anyone in particular that you want us to bring along from our ranks...?" Vincent turned to face Hal, 'looking' at the man as he stood in front of him. A more blue-ish tone in Hal's hands indicated that the man was still holding some ice cream, but Vincent paid it no mind. He was all business right now.

Hal grinned, Vincent was to the point and effective as always, didn't question a word from his superiors "Good... bring Kat along too... we need someone that knows the enemy... and try to bring as little footmen as possible... no reason to give Vulture Team cannon fodder to kill... we need to save our cannon fodder for more trying enemies..." he told Vincent before walking off "You three should be more than enough to destroy Vulture Team... " he told Vincent as he left the man alone to form his team. Hal rejoined The Mistress, smiling to her "I believe we can finally relax now madam... shall we return to Chinatown...?" he asked her in a pleasant voice.

Vincent listened to Hal's answer, then the man walked away. Vincent paused, before he walked back to the others to rejoin the group. He paused for a moment, then walked up to Figaro, tapping him on the shoulder as he passed by him, and motioning for him to follow as Vincent made his way over to Kat.
"We have an assignment..."
