Today was the day Figaro spoke out to all of The Inquisitor Faction about the death of their leader. It was in a huge plaza, the Ringleader spoke from a balcony to thousands, whom would then spread the news to the tens of thousands of Inquisitor Footmen that would eventually get the word. Their leader was dead. Figaro spoke into a microphone "My friends! My allies! I'm sure you've all heard... THE INQUISITOR IS DEAD! This is an immense tragedy to all of us! Without our leader, we are truly lost, are we not!? Do not fret men! David Kruger died, but his death was not in vain! He believed in the VISION that Conqueror Worm has made! A world of peace, where the CHAOS that has made us OUCASTS will no longer exist! We will be LIBERATING the world from the shackles of the WEAK that prey upon the JUST!" his voice echoed through the entire courtyard "OUR leader died for something much more greater than greed or power... and now he is our HERO! EVERYONE! I plead to you... STAY! In Conqueror Worm we will continue on with David Kruger's memory... and WE shall make THE WORLD WHOLE AGAIN!" and with that, an endless amount of powerful roaring cheers echoed through the city, thousands upon thousands of men and women were cheering all at once.

Justus really didn't seem bothered by Jason's nudging. Perhaps it was that the cast protected him--or perhaps he actually did heal really fast. Either way, he was in very high spirits.
"Maroon Emblem? Yes, we--" As soon as Justus began replying, his voice was suddenly drowned out by the cheers of the Inquisitor footmen crowding the plaza. He looked out upon the footmen, realizing that they were going to be joining them. "...They're defecting to our kingdom due to the death of their commander? With no fear of Sullonstein's retribution? They're either extremely brave, or extremely stupid...it doesn't make me trust them any more than I did before..." He didn't expect Jason to hear what he was saying over the sound of the crowd, but he spoke anyway. "...Yes. We should go discover how Maroon Emblem is doing. Come along." Justus turned, heading back inside the main building.

"They originally hailed from Sullonstein, and to Sullonstein they will someday return..." Justus sighed, looking to Trinika. "It is not often that demons can become purified. I, myself, was at one point almost lost to the darkness of Sullonstein's ways. However, I purified myself through azure flames, and stand before you today the man that I am now. Unless we're planning on setting all of that man's troops on fire, then I don't think that they'll be purified so easily..." Now that Justus thought about it, setting the Inquisitor footmen on fire sounded like a fabulous idea. It would purge them of their darkness altogether, and sever their connection with Sullonstein! Genius Justus strikes again!

Jason was ready to listen in on what Justus had to say when tons of cheering flooded his earholes. Huh? Guess that means they're joining them. Well atleast Worms can be protected well then. He followed Justus inside the building to see him talking to Trinika. "Justus is correct though. We do have to be more careful of these people then ever. Who knows what they might be planning."

Issac was walking around. During these two weeks, there was nothing for him to do. There were nobody in his faction to talk to, only grunts. Sure there was Figaro, but the man was usually gone and busy. Then there were the Worm people, no way would he talk to people that almost killed him. Finally there was Jade...yeah...NO!

He stopped when he saw tons of the Inquisitor footmen in front of him. Huh? What was going on? He listened in to hear that his boss was dead. What!? Dead! No it can't be! Sure the man was gone for a long time, but to think that he was dead...Issac couldn't bear to think what happened next. He then listened on to hear Figaro saying for them to join Worms. No way would Issac agree to that! Sure the footmen would, but not him! Issac turned around and quickly walked away before turning into a mad sprint. He had to get out of here and fast! Issac kept on running to where he left his motorcycle when he first came here, hoping that it was still there.

Issac arrived to his motorcycle. He face was covered in red while he was panting heavily. Have to remember to run more often! He looked behind to see if anyone from that town was following him. Good, no one was. Issac checked on his motorcycle to see a screen in the middle and turned it on. A red dot appeared. "Thank goodness I have this tracker on Orane's weapon so I can tell him what happened." Issac then stood there to realize what he just said. "Wow...I really was a creeper to him..." Issac shook his head, knowing thats not the time to focus on that and drove off towards the red beeping dot.

While the break happened, Jade did whatever Figaro said and had a party celebrating though Mocha was a bit out of commission which worried hi a bit he wouldn't lie, but they had a great time! Then came the news... The Inquisitor was dead... Jade was esstatic to hear that part! 'Who was the big man now!? OH look at me I am allll powerful and shit! Well look at you now! Dead! And I'm alive!' Jade thought when it happened. He stood there for Figaro's speech when he told the men to stay with Worm. What a wonderful idea... To stay with Worm! This was soooo not part of the plan, not! He watched with glee as people joined up. "Things are looking up Figaro... Nice work out there, the Inquisitor would be proud of your decision." He said for anyone that was listening in. Meanwhile Mocha was feeling better and sighed when Justus declared himself better, though she did get some fainting spells, she was happy to hear how the Inquisitor was now dead!

The Family lacks the manpower to deal with you... and sources indicate that although Jo was not killed by David, Vulture Team has now been reduced to a small group of individuals... maybe 5 or 6 people... we are in the endgame now Jade. You must take this city for your own, quickly, before a new challenger comes to power to provide yet another war. No doubt The Family will see you as a threat now and start to build up its numbers, but its not armed for war, you need to get an advantage in this war." he told Jade before sitting down inside the building "Besides... Conqueror Worm's men number in the hundreds of thousands now... you have half the criminals in the city under your control..."

Justus paused as he thought about what Jason had said. They couldn't quite trust the new troops yet, no...but now, they had more than enough people to expand their kingdom. And that was definitely a good thing. He turned, facing Jason and Trinika.
"Maiden of Darkness! Flowing Neckwear! I do believe that we have a duty to fulfill now! We have enough manpower now to expand our fair king's kingdom! We must sally forth, men and women of the kingdom of Fentom, and take over this fortress! We have the power to do so now, as our enemies don't stand a chance! Come! Follow me!" Justus walked back to the entrance of the building, heading outside. He headed over to where a large group of Worm footsoldiers were, and addressed them. "HEED ME, SOLDIERS OF WORM! Today is the day that we go forward into the city, to claim more land for our king! We will drive out the fiends who occupy it now, and expand our kingdom to the very reaches of this place! COME! WE CHARGE!" Justus lifted his spear aloft, and then led the charge out of the town, heading out into the streets. The time to expand Worm was now--and he was sure that his king would appreciate the extra territory! It was the time for action! The group of footsoldiers followed him out of the town, prepared for battle and raring to grab some new territory for their cause.

Figaro would lead an attachment of about 5000 to take over The Market, and make the city's economy under the control of Conqueror Worm. It would be easy, at least against the enemies his forces would be facing there.

Spanner had a rather difficult two weeks. She spent a bit of time with Jade, found herself actually willing to speak to some of the other worm members for a bit, becoming specifically attached to Figaro. She still had his bunny, which resided peacefully in a tiny box on her desk with food and water that she changed regularly. She noticed Chelsea`s activity had suddenly stopped. Yes, she watched the other hacker`s activity. But, for some reason, that worried her. Had she died when the Inquisitor attacked Carrion Land? While disappointed they never truly met face to face, she supposed that wouldn`t be too bad. Then she`d be like, the only hacker in No Man's Land. Awesome. She heard word that her greatest creation - The Inquisitor`s new phsycic body - had been destroyed by the tramp leading Vulture Team or whatever. And she lived afterwards. With Jade`s rising power, she`d probably be erased soon, anyway, so Spanner didn`t let that bother her much.

She had rebuilt her legs, giving them very subtle upgrades. Like sharper ends, which made them slightly harder to balance on, but she got the hand of it quickly. She figured while she couldn`t be much use in a fight, she could at least stab some people while they were down. She had built them stronger than before, reconnecting the link between it and her own muscles so they`d listen to her body`s commands quicker. After all that work was done, she found herself.. rather bored. Spanner gently patted her bunny, whom she had lovingly named 'Gizmo', before raising herself off her office chair and actually exiting her room for the first time in.. ever. She almost never left. The sun hurt her. She blinked, hearing the sound of her communicator going off, telling her to join Figaro at the Market Place. She didn`t question it, simply raising the device to her lips to answer, "Mhm, gotcha. TTYL, Jade." She continued down the halls of the building, stopping when she managed to catch the sight of Figaro leaving. She hesitated before scuttling after him in a hurry.

Matthias frowned as the cheering of Inquisitor troops woke him up, and he got out of bed sleepily in time to go and peek out his window to see what the entire commotion was about. It looked as if they were joining their side... Great. Scowling even more, he sighed and ran a hand through his hair, noticing that it was in need of a wash...

These past two weeks had not been easy on Matthias. Not at all.
He'd locked himself away in his room, and he hardly allowed anyone to come in and see him. He'd spent the time avoiding everyone, and trying to come to terms with his mixed emotions. On one hand, he felt incredibly loyal to Jade, and he never wanted to betray him.
Yet on the other hand, that same man had done something so foolhardy as trust a despicable and slimy agent from another side- something he found hard to forgive.
His thoughts were constantly plagued by fears- was he becoming the very thing he most hated? A double agent? A traitor? It made him cringe, but he couldn't deny the fact that trusting these fiends was a hard thing to do... Yet he'd been ordered to do it. At least to a degree. Would he really disobey?
He couldn't decide.
So frustrated by his constant thoughts of doubt, he sank quickly into a sort of depression, moping around and snapping at anyone who dared knock on his door. He couldn't believe he'd sunk this low- to the point he was truly considering defecting to another side. So caught up in that depression, he had even contemplated one final escape...
The previous night, he had been so close... just the squeeze of a finger, the pull of that trigger- and he wouldn't have to worry anymore. He had stood there in his room with the gun pointed at his head, facing out the window and watching the stars, trying to get up the courage.
The courage to end it all.
Only to find... he didn't want to die. He may have hated their situation with a fiery passion- but he wouldn't die and let the enemy win. He was needed here, in case something went wrong and Jade was betrayed- he couldn't abandon him so easily.
So he had put the gun away and gone to sleep, curled up on his bed for hours before he finally managed to find peace.

Now he was once more standing in the window, only this time he was watching as Justus and the rest of the officers set out to conquer the various places around Inner City. He should go and help them... Turning his back, he went and got dressed quickly, arming himself with his guns and knife before he set out for the streets- he wasn't sure where Justus had gone, and he wasn't entirely sure he could stand to face him yet. So he picked a place and started walking, though his mind was far from the dirty and dingy buildings surrounding him.
"I shall survive... for now..."

Jason nodded to Justus's response and went inside, getting his gloves ready. He looked out a window to see the ostrich stalls in the distance. There was one with a scarf. Hmmmm that was odd. Suddenly, a little bit of him remembering placing that scarf on the ostrich came back. Now that was really odd. He went back outside to see Justus leading a charge, well better go follow him I guess. Jason started to run up to Justus before going with him to wherever they're going.

Jade got back from his search, most of his men were here, called off from the attack. He had lost the trail of Kraven and Ctherine, and along with that Dorthy. He would not quit though. His plans would be placed on hold to find his daughter, but till then he had ordered for the bodies of Jason and Justus to be buried. "Poor boys..." Jade said as he looked at the disc given to him... Someone intelligent enough... He placed the disc to see what it was about. "Mocha... Tell the troops to come back home. We've caused enough damage to make it easier next time."

Is there anyone back that is okay to go and help her out of there!? I have no doubt what will happen if she gets caught... That bitch of a daughter from The Kingpin would most likely kill her. First we calm down Trinka...By the way... I also need to find Dorthy. Have you seen Kraven during the battle?" Jade asked hoping she would have seen him.

"Trinka... Justus, and Jason have passed, and are being buried. I was hoping Figaro and Spanner would be here..." Jade said with his eyes closed. They lost so many people... And he had a feeling it wouldn't be the end of it. He was hoping... That at least ONE thing went right. "Did you at least kill someone from the Family?" He asked, at least he got rid of one of them. It was then Mocha came back. "Doctor! Trinka! We got a problem!" Mocha shouted and Jade turned over to Mocha to see that she was alright. "What is it?" he asked and Mocha explained the situation. That Matthias was caught, and was most likely going to die. Jade grunted, he was obviously angry... "So... Matthias may also join the other side... Poor boy..." Jade said, took Mocha's hand. "You did what you could... It would have been folly if you stayed to fight." Jade explained as he led Mocha away. "There is something I want to entrust you with... This." Jade said and gave Mocha a disc. "Keep it safe..." Jade said as he patted the young woman on the head. "Jade... Your arm..." Mocha said as she touched it. "Could have been much worse... Have you seen Kraven and Catherine? Or maybe even Spanner and Figaro?" Jade asked and Mocha shook her head.

Thousands upon thousands of soldiers, clad in white armor like might crusaders, but armed with weapons far ahead of the times stood outside the very gates of Conqueror Town. Like the Greeks marching upon the gates of Troy, these soldiers were fighting for more than riches. They had loyalty, they were the men of Paladin. They had fought a long war along the Krieg Forces and The Family against Conqueror Worm, and it was finally the end. Conqueror Worm was destroyed at every turn, the Coalition under The Mistress had crushed them in every battle in the last month. Now, Conqueror Worm was but a few individuals, holed up inside the city. Hal didn't know what to expect, were they going to fight to the last man? Or were they going to stay inside longer? Hal took his loud speaker and spoke out to the city "JADE... NO... DOCTOR FENTOM.... THE WAR IS OVER.... WE ARE PREPARED TO END THIS WAR ON FAIR TERMS... YOUR REMAINING FOLLOWERS WILL BE SPARED IF YOU TURN YOURSELF IN!" and they all knew what that meant, he needed to die. With his death, the lives of his followers would be assured. Hal waited outside, quietly, until he saw the approach of yet another army. The Carnival of Crime, the remaining Inquisitor Forces, their numbers in the thousands, under the orders of Figaro, whom had turned on Conqueror Worm after the war started a month ago. Truly, everything was stacked up against Conqueror Worm now. It was only a matter of time until The Family and the Krieg Forces arrived.

It had been hard... These 30 days in Conquer Worm, these four weeks, this month... Everything was breaking down... Most of his commanding forces were dead, Jade had no idea where his daughter was, only that he trusted that from the lack of news of her was probably a good thing. That Kraven was doing his job along with Catherine in taking care of her. Until he heard from Henry that he would be taking care of Dorthy... He didn't know how to respond to that... He thought the man would be dead already, but he let it happen... He didn't anyone else... He meant to tell Mocha, but he never got the chance. Tension was within Conquer Worm Town, and to Jade it felt like a clock that was slowly ticking at one moment and then fast the next when he sat in his office, and he wondered... He wondered where the time went. Mocha tried her best to get Jade out there again, but he wasn't up to it. He would just sit away, asking if she still had the disc and if she was keeping it safe, and not to tell anyone that she had such a thing. Jade would work away, almost seemingly becoming a doctor again, but they knew... He wasn't exactly. He was still the man who had set out for peace, the man who raped because he thought it was the last resort to get people to obey or to cause great pain, and he was still the man in charge of Conquer Worm Town. One of his greatest accompishments he had ever done. Upon hearing Dr Hal, Jade stood up and opened his window to listen. So they'll spare his men if he gave up? How... Cute... How simple, how... horribly disgusting odds he had stacked against him. Jade stood there in silence, thinking about his options. "Miss Lady Luck... Is it now my time? Have you grown weary of me already?" Jade said to himself as Mocha knocked on the door to look at Jade. "What are you going to do?" she asked, her voice slightly cracking, and her eyes warming up. Her vision was becoming blurry. She knew that look... It was the look of a man who was cornered... A man who knew what was yet to come. But silence was what met her ears. Pure silence... The Kingpin walked into Conqueror Town, hundreds of deadly assassins coming with him, ready to strike as soon as he gave the order.

Said the Don to Jade, but too low for the man to hear; it seemed that the mafioso was mostly just congratulating himself for allying himself to the right people, the people that were going to kill Jade and finally annihilate the nuisance that is Conqueror Worm. He looked at Hal, standing beside the man now.

"The man, if you can even call him that, is a coward, he will not even come out and face us for the good of his followers... My assassins will take care of him, Doctor."

He said, eager to kill Jade once and for all.
