Rose saw the black blood coming, and another mouth opened.
"NOM NOM NOM!"
it started to eat the blood. Literally eating the blood that was coming at her. It let out a comedic loud burping sound, and then turned to Cathy. She sucked Cathy's arm in, and bit down on it, letting that pain just sort of happen. She swallowed Kraven, and that was nice and all, but she wanted to ENJOY skinny pink haired lady with big boobs.

Crona was infuriated with Rose now. He gritted his teeth again as he let out a loud groan- Cathy was NOT going to be DINNER! NOT NOW, NOT EVER! Crona held his sword tighter as he dashed forward, using the Killer Gene to boost him in his sprint. Everything was a blur for him- His eyes were set on one thing. Saving these people. He would NOT stop his attempts at saving them- He would NOT give up! Even if it was only him and Cao against this... Beast, well damnet he was going to try. Crona ran towards the beast, slicing the tentacles that attacked him. He might get burned again but... He up and towards Rose- But passed her up. He sprinted fast towards the enraged, and also distracted Poison, aiming his sword towards her. However, he stopped short and began to laugh. He was glaring at Posion through his mask... A crazed smile of the Killer Gene also hiding within.
"You're little girlfriend sure is enjoying the company of the big breasted Catherine~ She sees to be enjoying the taste of her... Hehehehe..."
Crona tilted his head and giggled a bit more.
"Hehe.. They really do make a cute couple..."
He taunted her.

At that moment, the sound of an engine revving broke the air--and in that moment, up from over a dune, came Egil and Crispin on Egil's motorcycle. They got some air off of the dune for a moment, and if anyone were to actually look--neither of Egil's hands were on the handlebars. Instead, his arms were up above his head--and from his hands streamed several wires, shining in the light from above. Before they landed, his one exposed eye seemed to focus in on Rose--and he jerked both of his arms to his sides, and suddenly, several of Rose's unoccupied tentacles burst off from their roots, cut cleanly by the wires. He slammed his hands back down onto the steering wheel as the motorcycle dropped back down to the sand, nearly spinning out if not for his slamming the brakes suddenly. He got off the motorcycle quickly, leaving it far enough away where Crispin would be safe, then looked around the battlefield frantically. Cathy was being attacked by some...thing. Somebody that was coated in...all black? Was that a full body suit...? Either way, whoever that was was there, too, fighting some other girl...and that other man was there, too, that he'd seen before...where was Father Death? Where was...everyone? Were these three the only ones left? Had he really put them at such a disadvantage that these were the only three left alive...?!
He felt his breathing accelerate--and honestly, he wanted to cry. He wanted to go back to the beach and just lie there with Crispin and forget about all of this--but he couldn't do that. People were dying--and probably had died--because of his negligence. He saw that the person coated in all black was...sort of doing alright...ish? But Cathy was kind of in the process of being eaten. That wasn't okay. He tugged the lengths of wire back around to himself--and noted how the tentacles he'd cut earlier were spewing some kind of substance that was now steaming on the ground--not to mention that the tentacles had regrown.
He was panicked--he didn't know what to do. He felt like he was going to puke, and tears were already welling up in his eyes.
"I-I-I'm so sorry..." he murmured quietly to his teammates, not even sure if they could hear him--before he raised one of his hands up, swinging it forward to bring the wire in it slashing towards Rose's neck. He knew it probably couldn't nearly be that easy...but razor wire to the neck was the thing he knew best, so he was hoping for success here...! He didn't want to attack the tentacles holding Cathy, since she'd get that steaming goop on her if he did...so this was the only thing he could try for now! Even if he did awful and it missed, at least he'd be a decent distraction before he inevitably got his ass kicked, he thought...!

Crispin held onto Egil as they made their rather noticeable entrance. He focused in on Rose and Poison, mentally bringing the vita in his pocket to life as he quickly moved his hands from the drivers waist to the sides of his seat. Despite the fact that neither of Egils hands were on the handlebars, they'd managed to land safely enough. He moved off of the bike, looking around. Cathy seemed to be incapacitated by some....creature. Someone coated in black seemed to be targeting the green haired girl. Actually it looked like they were carrying that Crona persons sword. Same height too. Then there was the creepy guy from earlier. Who he didn't see was Father Death......He didn't think Cathy would let him get taken again this quickly, so where was he?
He looked over at Egil, honestly worried about the other boy. He knew he would be blaming himself for this. Crispin pushed these thoughts aside, analyzing the black blood that had come from the severed tentacles. The fact that the tentacles had regrown didn't exactly strike him as a good thing. He ran towards the others, throwing the knives at some of Roses tentacles, not activating their enhanced features for now. With Cathys precarious position, the nurse would be dangerously close to the splash zone. Hopefully his and Egils combined attacks would be enough to distract the creature and give the woman time to try and move away from Rose.

Poison grit her teeth as her Killer Gene activated after hearing what Cathy had to say "I'M NOT THREATENED! BITCH! ROSE, MAKE SURE SHE SUFFERS!!!!" she screamed, his fists clenching tight as she growled. And then Crona spoke, Poison stood up from her rock, shooting a death glare to Crona as she intensely grit her teeth "yOU LITTLE SHIT...!!" she took a step forward, only to come to a sudden stop as she saw several of Rose's tentacles burst apart. Poison's eyes widened "ROSEY! ARE YOU OKAY!?" Poison looked to the new faces that came onto the seen, Egil and Crispin. Particularly Egil, whose wires seemed to be harmed Rose "YAHAHAHAHAHA! This is just pathetic... ROSE! KILL THEM ALL! FUCKING KILL THEM SO HARD! MAKE THEM SUFFER... and I'll give you a treat~"

Catherine grinned as Crona joined in with her provocations- it seemed to be affecting Poison, which could be good because she wouldn't be thinking clearly...or could be disastrous because she'd get aggressive. Also did she ever think clearly..? The pinkette didn't have time to think about this much longer because suddenly her arm was in Rose's mouth, and she knew that there would be a problem if she didn't do something.

"Agh just-!"

She tugged her arm, trying desperately to get it out of the creature's mouth. Crispin and Egil arrived, and she was relieved to see help coming in- maybe she'd be alright? Either way she couldn't focus on that right now, she had to squirm and wriggle and she was almost out- when Rose's teeth chomped on her arm. Cathy felt the razor-sharp teeth tearing through her flesh, crunching through the bone effortlessly. For a moment, she was too shocked to feel anything- she just stopped and stared at the mouth chomping down on her arm.

"I-"

As the pain hit, Cathy was helpless. She took a small syringe and stabbed desperately at Rose's eyes, tugging more intensely as she felt blood pouring out of the wound. She needed to make Rose let go, she needed to make Rose let go...except there wasn't anything to let go. The motion she made to pull her arm out brought back the remains of a bleeding stump, half-cauterized by the burning tentacles. Letting out an animal-like shriek, the pinkette's eye-stabbing intensified and her pupils dilated abnormally, staring from her stump to the monster that had taken her arm.

"LET ME THE FUCK OUT!!!!!!!!"

Rose moved back after receiving serval face stabs, and her next exploding from the razor wire, she lifted herself up into the air again, and then went down to Poison, pecking her cheek gently. She smiled as she lifted herself up, letting <3 swallow Rose's body in. Soon, her body wasn't seen anymore, and <3 was the only thing there.
"Now now now...this is quiet a fun time...isn't it? Everyone coming in from everywhere! Poison...everyone is so jealous of you...it's so wonderful. But don't worry, my eternal love belongs to you..."
that was an uncharactistic voice for this monster to have. It was a woman's voice, a sweet one. <3 looked around, seeing everyone coming. "Now...LET'S BEGIN!" About 7 more tentacles erupted from the ground, and were waving about in a rapid motion. One tentacle went to slam Crona into the ground, and some consciously pulling the knives off the other tentacle, and giving it a nice pat before the both of them went after Crispin, one going to slam him from above, the other from the side. Meanwhile for Egil, a tentacle came up from under him, and started to grab him.

Crona's eyes went to sound of a motorcycle- It was Egil and Crispin. He met them for like two seconds, until they left. They sure did take their sweet time coming... Crona then shot his eyes to a screaming Cathy. His eyes widened in horror to see her arm- Or, lack there of!
"Cathy!!!"
Crona cried. Then Rose, being swallowed up, went to poison. This made Crona step back further... Until a tentacle lashed out at him. He gasped in surprise and jumped away, but was sadly tripped up by a pile of... Yuck. He rolled a bit and slowly stood, holding his face. His mask was cracked and began to fall off- His hand was trembling. Crona clutched the side of his head as he swung his sword at the tentacle that surprised him, turning it into yummy gooey calamari. Crona began to giggle lightly as he was just about ready to snap. Cathy was missing an arm, Rose... This monster, there was tentacles and black blood everywhere, and Kraven was still being Digested. Crona took in a quick, deep breath, and charged at the beast that was once Rose, and was now speaking. Go ahead, let the black blood burn him. He wanted to get Kraven back.
"Crazy bitch, throw Kraven back up right now!"
He said before stopping suddenly and taking some of his loose blood, and shooting it at the monster. Mostly at the stomach area- Please... Please let it do something.... Please! PLEASE!

Cao steamed with the digestive juices that Rose secreted, his rage seemed to have numbed the pain. Or that the acid dull his pain receptors. His dentin like skin took the brunt on the acids, even then his already dulled pain sensors almost allow him to feel near nothing. The smack that Rose dealt recoiled the emperor back...He was silent for a moment. Cathy's screaming annoyed him. However...The hint of blood made him recollect himself to see Catherine's arm to be lost. Kraven was going to be upset...
A sudden burst of energy came forth from the king. His maw began to crack and widen. Fury. Frenzy. Cao look towards Rose. He hated this. If this was a weaker being than poison.......

"Modesty be damned" Cao hissed as he watched many faces attack Rose, but none actually fell the beast. Cao looked toward the newcomers with a bit of concern, but not much. Their presence seemed to help a tiny bit. However....
He sneered to Cripin for a moment. A useful tool. He was analyzing the structure of Rose's body....Information he could use later.

"God dammit. This is a god awful fiasco!" Cao roared as he jumped back away from Rose to regain some lost stamina. It was infuriating. He felt so weak, So powerless. So much his days as a boy.

"Fine." Cao began to selectively crack his fingers, his eyes staring into the monster's various maw. A burst of electromagnetic energy surged through the air. A faint glow came from the man. Almost like a small storm surrounded his body.
"I see all!" He dashed towards Rose. Electric streams of energy. Cauterize the beast's healing factor. Force it to play rash and beastial. Cao jumped into the air, a quick blinding burst of energy shattered the sky as Cao came down like a thunder bolt.

He hope that when he attacked the beast he would have shocked it's various tentacles. He slammed himself towards the beast a massive buildup of energy would be release as he would reach his target.

Poison's shouting combined with Cathy's screaming wasn't making this any easier--although he hardly blamed Cathy, considering that her hand was a bloody stump because he hadn't gotten there to help soon enough. He could barely even think straight with all of this noise. Loud noises in general made him jump usually, so this was...pretty bad. He saw that his second attack didn't connect, quickly pulling his wires back to prepare for another assault. However, it was at this moment that he sw two tentacles flying for Crispin--and he turned on his heel, swinging a wire at each of those two tentacles, slicing them cleanly off of their bases. However, in the process of that, he didn't notice the tentacle that had been coming for him. The slimy thing wrapped itself around his left leg, causing him to let out a yelp of surprise.
"N-No! L-L-Let go of me!" He couldn't use his wires here--it was too close to his own skin. He'd end up lopping his own leg off if he tried chopping that tentacle off if he aimed down there. This was going to be an issue...

Poison's fists began to clench so hard they drew blood from her palms, these people just pissed her off so bad. She just wanted to murder them to hard, but she had already promised the kills to Rose. And she always made sure to be fair to her lovely girlfriend. She continued to just wallow in anger until Rose was suddenly by her side. This surprised the greenette, whose eyes widened at the sight of her nun friend "Rose...?" after the blonde spoke to her and kissed her, Poison's face lit up red. She then covered her face up for a bit before looking back to her, now a monstrous abomination "I LOVE YOU ROSE!" Poison called out happily as she watched the battle unfold.

she asked, and then Crona. A Mouth formed to eat the blood that came at him...and then that mouth attached to two tentacles rushed at Crona, aiming for the sword arm. It lifted it's jaws and brought them down upon the boy. "Let's seee...how you TASTE!" but then the electric shocks came. Cao was attacking now. It didn't matter. <3 faced Cao as he came. Egil had no time to react as the tentacle suddenly coiled itself around his body--he didn't like this. He didn't like being touched by people without permission as it was, so this was...bad. Very bad. He struggled against it as it lifted him up into the air, unable to even try to attack at this point now that his arms were pinned--he was trying so hard to not give into the sense of extreme hopelessness that was beginning to creep up on him, but it was hard. And it was then that he became aware of the burning--the black ooze was coating these things, and not only was it burning through the thin fabric of his battle suit, but there was the large window on his back and the two bits on his shoulders where his skin was bare. And it hurt like hell. Letting out grunts of pain he continued to struggle against the tentacle holding him--and that was when Cao's electrical attack hit the creature, sending zaps all throughout its body--and subsequently into him. His eyes opened wide and his mouth shot open to scream, but no sound came out, his body convulsing through the shocks until they finally faded. He was limp in the creature's grasp for a moment, doing all he could to just keep breathing. After a moment, he came back to his senses again mostly and was actually able to think--he couldn't believe this. He'd come all this way to try to help--and not only was he late, but he was also just being a total burden. He felt tears well up in his eyes and stream down his face as he clenched his teeth, doing what he could to just not outright sob. This wasn't right. This couldn't be right. Or...could it? Had this been inevitable from the beginning...? He hadn't even managed to protect Crispin for the remainder of the battle...he hadn't saved Cathy, he hadn't saved Crispin--and now here he was, hanging mid-air, unable to move, getting burns practically all over the place--and he couldn't do anything. His mind was racing, and all he could hear banging against the insides of his head was, 'Useless. Weak. Stupid. Waste of space. Piece of shit.' All that, paired up with the screaming and the burning--Egil felt his heart skip a beat, and a massive blast of emotion poured through his head--and in that instant, suddenly, the white of his left eye blared into blackness.
"Get off...get off, get off, GET OFF!" He suddenly began straining against the tentacles again--and with a massive push, heaved the tentacle away from himself, shredding it in the process, and dropping back down to the sand, the hissing blood splattering down upon him and not even gaining so much as a response as he righted himself again. The wires dropped from his hands down to the sand as he staggered there before his head jerked upwards again--anyone who had known Egil for a long time had seen this before, maybe once or twice. It was his killer gene--active upon emotional overload. He scanned around his surroundings momentarily--before spotting Rose as the closest thing to him in general. Letting out a loud snarl, he full-out charged at her--not even using his weapons anymore, he ran at this disgusting creature and went ahead and punched it, ignoring the burn of all of the blood, in the most easily reached area to him (somewhere near the lower midsection) with about the force that a bullet flying out of a gun would have.

Crona's face lit up with fear at the huge mouth-thing coming towards him, as well as the tentacles aiming for his sword. He had to think fast- fast- FAST- FASTER! Crona held his breath as he threw his sword with force towards the base of the tentacle attacking his sword arm. he threw it in a circular motion, so it was able to cut the tentacle cleanly. He then looked up at the mouth, and for the first time since his killer gene kicked in, he felt... Terrified. Crona, hesitating a bit, managed to pull his feet from the ground and spring away from the attack. He laid on the ground, catching his breath- He was almost eaten... Crona slowly pushed himself up with shaking arms. How much more could he take? He breathed heavily as he pushed up off of the ground and stood. He furrowed his brows a bit before dashing to retrieve his sword. After doing so, he ran off and looked down. He had to.. He had to. He made sure Rose was the first thing in his sight before Crona fell to his knees and bashed his head against the hard ground. He slowly came to a stop, blood oozing from his forehead. He slowly raised his face up, allowing the blood to run down to his mouth, where he proceeded to lick it up. Now, if Crona was right, he should be looking to Rose, but... His eyes fell upon a Cao. Crona licked his lips slowly before standing up and giggling and endless giggle.
"Blood~ Blood~"
He cooed before charging at crazy speeds to Cao, his sword pointed towards the man. He wore the biggest grin on his face... Like he was in true bliss. Blood leaked from his mouth as he ran- Blacker than black.
"HehehehhHHEHEHEHEHEH!"

Crispin pulled out more knifes, preparing himself to move as the tentacles pulled his knifes out and started making their way to him. He moved back, stopping only when Cathy pulled out a stump where an arm once had been and Egils wire tore tops of the two tentacles apart. However in the process of helping him, the whitette had ended up getting caught in a tentacle himself. Crispin watch in something like mute horror as Egil was lifted in the air. The tentacle holding him in place. Crispins grip on his knife tightened.
Dammit. He was supposed to protect the people he cared about. He tried to think of something he could do, settling on throwing knife at the tentacle as he heard Egils voice, followed by him heaving the tentacle off. He looked at the boy as he stood up. Something not seeming right about the boy. As he charged at Rose, Crispin knew. Oh no. That wasn't good. Crispin ran after the boy, keeping as much an eye on Egil as he was on Cathy and Rose as he moved to the side of the creature, throwing knives at its side.

<3 saw Egil coming at him, and took the punch...but then her flesh wrapped around Egil's arm, slowly sucking him in.

slowly, her flesh started to ooze and become sticky. The more he struggled, the more he'd fall. Then Crispin was doing a thing. <3 turned to him. "You are funny...would you like to join him? A paradise...a new world...oh yes...how...wonderful..." <3 sent a tentacle at him in a whipping motion.

Cao rammed himself into the tentacles, attempting to elude capture by pushing the massive feeler's grabby ass attack. A surge of electricity blew back at him. A slight jolt course through him. Cao thought not much of it. A slight disorientation. Yet it seemed he couldn't sense beyond a few meters with his ability.
As a tentacle took his arm, Crona rushed toward him. Cao's eyes opened wide. The child has lost self control again. Cao watched as the blade flew towards him. Cao reacted.

He grabbed the blade, the blade ran through his palm, to far enough to slice the wound open over his eye once more. He snarled. Toward Crona, he felt a small spite of anger towards the child. He sent a strong enough blast of electricity to knockout the boy through the blade. He felt a bit guilty for that action. Yet Cao had little time to be bothered with, Kraven needed to get out now

As Egil's hand plunged into <3's flesh, he felt his arm getting pulled in with this strange, sickly sucking noise. It was trying to suck him in--and he was having none of it.
"World with no pain my ass!" he yelled as he brought his other hand forward, bashing and tearing at the flesh of the area that was pulling him in, not even seeming to have noticed Crispin nearby as he bellowed at the monster. "There is no world without pain! It doesn't exist! You can't provide that, NOBODY can provide that! That's all the world is--pain! Don't...fuck with me...!" He continued trying to bash his way out of the creature's flesh as he slowly continued to sink inside--soon enough he was up to almost his shoulder. With each blow he was plastered with a new splatter of black blood, hissing away at his exposed body with little to no response from him. "Let go...! I'll kill you--!" He was, at the very least, keeping himself from sinking in any further. Slowly but steadily tugging himself back out--which was very difficult, considering the vacuum that the flesh was creating around his arm.

Crona felt the shock throughout his body, and it sent him back a bit. He let go of his sword, it flying behind him as he fell back onto the ground. However, within a second, Crona was standing once more. He smiled more and bit into his flesh, bleeding out blood and having it run through his teeth. Then, to keep Cao on him, Crona began to throw Black Blood projectiles, immensely sharp, to Cao.
"Na-ah-ah! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHA!"
He laughed like a hyena. He continued to throw his blood at the man, unconcerned with what was happening around him.

Crispin was preparing more knives as <3's flesh suddenly wrapped around Egils arm, seeming to suck him in. As Egil began to struggle, being sucked in more and more, he began again to think of something he could do. He was a hacker. There was nothing here for him to hack. If <3 had cybernetics that would be one thing, but freakishly enough the creatures tentacles seemed to be entirely natural. At the creatures words, he felt his familiar heaviness set back in place. His voice only lifting from it usual monotonous tone as he spoke of Egil.
There is a paradise, a world without pain, but you aren't the one who can send people there and you aren't taking him anywhere.
As she sent a tentacle in his direction, Crispin threw a knife at it. The blade exploding as it made contact with the creatures tentacle.

The tentacle Crispin threw a knife at did explode, but it didn't last long. Black Blood Splurted out going everywhere, and where it fell, a small hiss would come, as it would burn. Then another tentacle right after the explosion was sent at him.
"The messiah will bring upon this new world...deliver us from evil...you are all just resisting change. It's common when someone doesn't know better."
and then Egil. It seemed he was sinking in faster. She was going to let him struggle for as long as he could before absorbing him. Might as well, she got Kraven too easily. She wanted to play with her food. "Poison look...I've made one of them go insane...he's seen the truth!" referring to Crona attacking Cao.

Egil didn't even attempt to reply this time--instead, with a frustrated growl, he continued to try to pry himself free from the pit his arm was slowly sinking into. He was in up to his shoulder now, his face nearly pressing against the monster's side. All he could think about was how he needed to get out--and get out now. His free hand fumbled by his belt, ripping out one of the metal hooks from its holder--one of the bigger hooks--before jamming it into the creature's flesh near to where his arm was being sucked in, doing what he could to carve his way out, despite the burning blood that was pretty much making his face and shoulder a complete mess--at least, his mask was blocking most of the blood from hitting his face, on the bright side. He continued trying to pull his arm out as he dragged the jagged hook through the monster's flesh to try to get it to let him out--he had every intention to try to kill the thing again as soon as he got free. Despite the fact that Crispin was right there, he still didn't seem to quite notice...

Poison noticed that Rose was starting to take this battle just a little bit more seriously "Wow... you got Rose to TRY... you all should really consider yourselves luck~" she taunted the Ministry from afar, leaning back on her lone rock as she watched from afar. She heard what Rose said and looked over to Crona and Cao, that was certainly an interesting development. Not that Poison found it odd, after all, the kid obviously didn't have much control over his killer gene "He's... cute... we should play with him once you're done eating Rosey~!" she spoke in a low voice, showing a rather sinister, calculating slasher smile on her face.

Crispin pulled another knife out as the tentacle in front of him did explode. Though he after he did this, he felt the creatures blood beginning to hiss as it landed on his hat brim with a good portion of the rest landing elsewhere on his body. He winced as the blood started to burn, wiping it off of his face with his arm. Unfortunately he couldn't really do that for everywhere, but right now getting it off of his face was most important. The limb now started to feel like it was burning like nothing he'd ever felt before. As the tentacle reformed, Crispin threw the new knife at it, another explosion going off as the hacker tried to move closer to where Egil was. The whitette was already set on killing Rose, so it wasn't as likely he'd be attacked and being on his own wasn't going very well anyway.
Crispins healing nanos were now at work healing the burns from Roses blood. Though they had done nothing for the pain as the blood had made contact and he could still feel the burning as he healed. Roses words barely registered as Crispin saw Egil being absorbed quicker and quicker by the tentacle monstrosity. He threw a knife at the creature, trying to think of something he could do that wouldn't get Egil hurt as well.

Another explosion, more black blood, and then another tentacle formed. It was more of the same, rinse and repeat. A screech came form Rose, followed by a laugh.
"You don't get it...I was granted this by the one True Messiah of this world! I cannot die by your inferior weaponary! Even your pitiful killer gene cannot harm me! Resistance is futile...let us join together in harmony."
the blood kept splurting at Egil at he kept stabbing the flesh. It gave some leeway, but held as strong as ever. It was like glue it was, sticking to Egil in any way it could. One tentacle from the inside even wrapped his arm, pulling him further. Meanwhile from behind Crispin, a tentacle came toward him, and started to try and wrap itself around his right leg.
