Emilia smiled, so it was girl's night out. "Alright then! Let's do this!" Emilia said, happiness lifting the tone of her voice as she pushed the crippled woman to Heaven Again. "Let's drink and be merry!" she said, using very old terms to mean happy, but that was just Emilia. She saw herself as a knight, hence the armor so she usually spoke like a knight in the old times. But only a few phrases since she knew it sounded wierd.

*Exit*

"Justice, Peace, and Love must be protected! And I will stop at nothing to protect Law and ORDER! FOR JUSTICE! TO ARMS!"

She wouldn`t have really minded Bravery hanging around (despite her inner cop warning her that he was still underage ), and was even about to invite Gabriel as well when Bunny changed her mind. "Alrighty then. Cool. See you boys later." She said to Bravery and Gabriel with a small smile, trying to catch up with Emilia and Bunny.

Watching the ladies leave, Gabriel gave a small smile as Bravery was told to stay behind. So maybe he wouldn't have to find something else to do... Walking over to the rather glum looking superhero, he sat down beside him on the bed, giving him a curious look. "What's wrong with you, hm?" he asked gently, before glancing after the trio that had just left. "... You don't have to worry about me, if that's it. You can go off after them. I won't mind." Trying to give a reassuring smile, he gently nudged Bravery's shoulder. "Don't let me hold you back."

She's gotten hurt so much, all because I didn't measure up to how good I should be...superheroes are supposed to keep people from getting hurt! All I do is get them hurt more...Bunny is going to have those scars for the rest of her life...and all they'll do is remind her of...that disgusting man..." His hands balled up into fists on his knees at the thought of Hannibal. He hated that man with a fiery passion. "I almost feel like I'm a bad luck charm for her or something..."

"... Bravery." Grabbing the other male's shoulder gently, Gabriel turned him until he could look straight into his eyes, a somewhat concerned look on his face. "Listen to me. Even if you are a superhero... you can't save everyone. Now I may not know the details of what happened, but I do know from just looking at a few bodies that it was chaotic. There was a lot happening, and hell. You had to defend yourself as well. If she had you looking after her, then I'd hate to think of what might have happened to the girl if she didn't have you. Bravery, you can't blame yourself for every injury you just happened to be unable to prevent. You're not a bad luck charm... Blame the man who did it, not yourself, and get revenge for her or some shit!"

Everyone else has these massive weapons, or extensive training...and when I was trying to protect Bunny from that man, I thought that maybe letting myself fall prey to my own temper would help me beat him...but he just looked down on me, as usual--no, he completely ignored me. I just made a fool out of myself...and that seems to be what always happens..." He averted his eyes from Gabriel's, looking away. "I just...want to be able to help...I want to be a hero...an actual hero..."

"... Now I know I haven't sparred with you yet, but I still feel like you'd beat me. And plus, look- now you have these," he said softly, tapping the gauntlets on his arms. "You have better weapons now... before you might not have been as well prepared. I'll help you train. Bravery, you might not have proven yourself as a hero in this battle, but you can't give up!! Heroes don't give up. They understand that being a hero doesn't mean they'll always win! They just have to grow stronger from their mistakes." Lifting his hand up to his chin and gently turning Bravery's face back towards him, forcing him to return his gaze. "You can't just put on a mask and a cape and expect people to call you a hero, Bravery... It's a nice idea, but you have to earn it. You have to work for it. Think like... Spider-man. Remember how some people thought of him as a villain? You just have to work for it and prove that you can be a hero. Don't give up on me, Bravery- ... I... I need you. Hell, we all need you."

Bravery listened carefully to everything that Gabriel said to him, considering it all as he listened.
"...But what if I can't do it? I...I thought I was a hero...I-I thought that the police throwing me in jail was just a misunderstanding, or a joke, but...it wasn't...And I mean...everyone else here--you could all definitely win fights, all on your own! B-But me...I'm hopeless when I don't have help. A-And...the last person who said that they'd train with me ended up...well...like Bunny is now. I...don't want that to happen to you, too because of my shortcomings. I-I...I don't see why people need me when I can't even complete basic tasks..."

Staring at Bravery with a rather upset expression, Gabriel paused to think over his words before he opened his mouth and began to speak. "Bravery, I know you can. Listen to me. You're a good person. So you're in prison- so what? You can make it a better place while you're here!! You can get rid of the scum like the asshole who hurt Bunny, and you can be happy knowing that there's one more man like that off this planet!!" Grabbing both of Bravery's shoulders now, Gabriel shook him gently. "There's no way in hell I could win any fight here! I've never been in any big fights before, I've never tried to do good! I'm a common thief who happened to have a bad break up, and shit went downhill from there! I've never actually... killed someone face to face!! I set a fire... and a bunch of people died. I had no reason for that but petty revenge, and more than a dozen people paid for one person's crime!! Bravery, you have to understand this-- you're a good person, and this battle was rough. Frankly, I have a better chance with you than without! She'll pull through, Bravery, and she'll be stronger for it too! I need you, Bravery, because I'm afraid that if I don't have you I'm going to turn into a hell of a lot worse of a person than I want to be!!"

Bravery looked at Gabriel in surprise, letting the other's words soak in. He blinked a few times, then reached into his pocket, pulling out the superhero trading card that he had gotten earlier.
"Do...Do you really think I could be like this guy?" he asked, showing Gabriel the picture of the superhero on the card. "Can I really...do that...? I'm not just some stupid kid...?" He seemed hopeful--as if Gabriel's answer would have a big impact on how he thought of himself after hearing the answer.

"Absolutely." There was no room for doubt in Gabriel's voice as he smiled at Bravery, nodding. "You're not a kid, and you're definitely not stupid. You can be whatever you want to be, as long as you just try." Having no more words to use to try convincing him, he instead pulled Bravery into a light hug, resting his head against the other male's shoulder as he tried to calm down- he only just now realized how worked up he had gotten while talking about the theater fire.

Bravery paused, just thinking while Gabriel hugged him. Then...a big smile spread across his face.
"You know what?" he said, pulling away from Gabriel and grinning. "You're right! I'm not going to get anywhere if I just give up--the golden rule of the hero code is to never give up, no matter what! How could I have forgotten that?! I just have to keep trying! I'm sure that I'll be a great hero someday! I'm sure of it!" One could practically see Bravery's self-esteem flowing back into him as he smiled at his newfound friend. "All along...it was so simple...I mean, hey, Batman did fine without powers! And so can I! It's all about conviction and believing in yourself! Thank you, Gabriel! You helped me remember!" This time it was him that reached forward, giving Gabriel a big bear-hug. "I'm not going to doubt myself anymore! I'll never give up, and never stop just being myself! Never ever!"

Grinning as Bravery seemed to cheer back up, he nodded in agreement to his words. "You bet! That's the spirit, I knew you would reali-- Ow--" Wincing slightly as he was hugged once again, he wiggled until he could pat the other's back, wheezing a bit. "Can't... breathe..." Even if the hug was kind of painful, Gabriel was happy to see his newest friend back into his normal, happy mood. And he couldn't help but grin a little as he realized that he had helped him to get there. It felt good, helping someone.

Ivy got back to Baker Street, her wheelchair occupied by various monstrous plants while she wheeled them along. She announced her and Ryder's arrival.

"WE'RE BAAACK!"

She got to one of the unoccupied tents and put the plants there, then called out for the other leaders.

"Jo? Elliot?"

She took a random stick and decided to use that to help her walk, the wheelchair was starting to annoy her.

"We have a battalion of mutated plaaants for you!"

Elliot was still in his corner, frankly bored that he was even here when all of his closest comrades were all gone on their own work. But Elliot stayed regardless, there had to be someone that looked after the men while both Ryder and Jo were gone. That left Elliot, since Bravery and Gabriel were still newbies. The man stood in his corner, staring at a lighter, lighting it on and off, on and off, on and off. It was peaceful here actually, Elliot didn't mind it at all, so long as he wasn't bothered he would be fine here. Then Ivy returned, well there went the peace "I'm here!" the man called out standing in his corner "Good! We'll keep the plants in reserve! We need to surprise them!" he told her as he continued to stare at his lighter.

"Wonder where everyone went," Ryder said to himself as he followed Ivy into the camp, noticing the absence of a few of their girl officers--in fact, all of their girl officers except Ivy. He figured that he could ask Elliot once he and Ivy had put away all of the plant stuff, either way. He hadn't even been in the camp for three seconds before he found Wynn right by his side again, smiling away--oh joy.
"Hey there, Ry-Ry! Back from working hard? You made lots of plants, right?" Wynn asked, tossing covert glares at Ivy in between his smiles. Ryder, alone with a girl for that long? No. Just no.

"Help us put them away, then! But be caaareful, if they get a taste, they might like it! I told them to behave, but you never know with murderous mutated plants."

She warned, carrying one more plant into the tent, then noticing that Elliot had a lighter...Memories of being tortured by Kraven came back to her, and she suddenly went right up to the pyro

"Don't you hurt my plants! GUMBY SENT YOU, DIDN'T HE!? You were supposed to be cool! You like explosions! PORQUE, ELLIOT, PORQUEEEE?!?!?!?"

Elliot waved at Ryder "Hey Ryder...!" he ignored Wynn, still didn't like the man, couldn't bring himself to even think of liking him. Then when Ivy told Elliot she needed help moving the plants, the man nodded to her "Okay sure..." he began to walk, then as Ivy had a freakout over his lighter, Elliot suddenly looked very angry. The only loudness Elliot liked was the sound of explosions, not Ivy. He grabbed Ivy by her shirt, lifting her up face to face, giving her a death glare "Quiet..." he told her simply in a mutter. Then he let her down and started to work on moving the plants.

She muttered, going to a corner to sulk, leaving the rest of the work to Elliot.

Elliot seemed to completely ignore Ryder and Ivy as he went to help move the plants. He worked as quickly as he could, just to get the job done, then he'd walk off and do something else. He worked very quickly, Elliot had the physical strength to get the job done. Then as he finished, the man moved to one of the tents, continuing to stare at his lighter, flicking it on, and off, on, and off, over and over again.

Gasping in air quickly, Gabriel rubbed his sides gently where the other's arms had squeezed him. Tilting his head however as he listened to Bravery's words, his face showed his confusion. "Change your name...? I guess I could try helping but I'm not sure what you'd change it to... What is it now anyways?" he asked, not recalling having been told what the original name was. He couldn't help smiling however, finding Bravery's grin all too contagious.

Ivy turned and stuck her tongue out at Elliot again, but he would be too concentrated on the lighter to notice...She then calmed down a bit when Ryder came over and talked to her.

"Thanks Ry-Ry..."

She said, hugging Ryder then noticing Wynn and smiling at him.

"Ry-Ry's gonna protect my plants! But hey..."

She looked at Wynn menacingly

"Don't you get any ideas of crushing him...I've heard about your kind..."

She warned, referring back to the conversation she had had with Ryder about crushes.
