Isaac listened in on what the speakers had to say as the Inquisitor's voice came on again. This surprised him as three people had to stay behind with Daisy. Just what was that all about? When the Inquisitor asked for volunteers however, he heard Buddi saying he wanted to and looked at the big man. His eyes met with Buddi's as he was expected to do the same thing. His mind gave a nod to Buddi as Isaac raised his hand as well. "I volunteer to stay behind as well!"

Brent heard about the volenteering and no way he was. When people did, he didn't skip a beat.

Atlas' Theme - Pain

Atlas ducked as the wall Exploded, he then heard the Inquisitor... His deal was reasonable, considering there were about 16 of them here... Isaac, Buddi and Ivy volunteered... Atlas guessed at Ivy but the other two he was still a little unsure about Isaac's helpfulness considering the most effective thing Atlas had seen Isaac do was help beat the fake Inquisitor-Robot-Chef thing... Atlas walked over to Jack and pointed to Mocha... Do you want me to carry her?... or should she be treated before she's moved?... He signaled over to Nate and Dorothy to head upstairs with Brent and the others... He nodded his head to them saying they had Mocha well in hand.

Jack listened to the Inquisitors message, smiling in relief when Isaac volunteered himself to stay. Good. He had been useful in defeating the fake Inquisitor but the boys presence still set Jack on edge. She was almost disappointed he hadn't defected. Now she would have to continue tolerating his existence. For now all she could do was happily wait for the day she could choke him with his bloody cards.
Jack looked over to Atlas than Mocha, assessing her physical state briefly,
I would like to but we should do so on the second floor, before the Inquisitor decides to spring another trap on us.
Jack checked to make sure Nate and Dorthy were following her before exiting, keeping a close eye on Mocha. EXIT  

Nate moved further out of the way when Atlas lit the wall on fire. He nodded at Atlas. He was really impressed he had figured that out.
Nate sighed when Buddi, Isaac, and Ivy volunteered to stay on this floor with Daisy. That was good. He knew it was only going to get worse from here but he wanted to keep going up. He felt like had hadn't been able to do much of anything on this floor and Buddi and Ivy were both really capable. He was useless but Nate was really glad Isaac was staying behind. Nate still couldn't look at him after Isha had botched that nightmare of a date. Nate was  certain he would never talk to Isaac again.
Nate walked over and grabbed Dorthy's hand, following Atlas as he exited the floor. EXIT

Ryder listened to the Inquisitor's message, and frowned, feeling uneasy about it. This was supposed to be a mass effort...but people had already volunteered themselves to stay behind. He looked over to where Ivy was fighting, feeling worry swirl around in his stomach. He really did worry about Ivy--she was like another little sister to him, after all. So, he didn't feel comfortable leaving her behind...not that there was anything he could do about it now, though. He heard Jackal calling for him to keep moving, and reluctantly, he turned around, heading towards the stairs. As Jackal was wondering aloud what would come up next, Ryder muttered,
"Hopefully not much more before we're done here..."

Bravery looked back at the others who were staying, giving them a thumbs up and a confident smile, trying his best to encourage them, before he turned and began running up the stairs. He was sure that the people staying behind could do it. He was feeling much better now, and almost felt totally normal...! Maybe it was the adrenaline helping with that...

Gabriel sort of just stared around as shit happened and people sort of yelled and then they were told to leave three people behind and wow people were volunteering for that- he felt almost light headed, really, finding it a bit hard to concentrate. Things were moving so quickly, and he didn't know what to do or how to help... and so inevitably, he just moved along after the others after they left, though shooting a worried look back at those they were leaving behind. This... felt too much like a good bye... But he turned and he left all the same, shaking his head slowly. This was turning into a blood bath, already...

Matilda just kept back out of the way as people went crazy and there was fighting between Daisy and Ivy, a war of the plants almost. When there was the call that they needed three people to stay behind, she felt tempted to volunteer- but before she could, the slots were filled, leaving her among the ones needing to go higher in the tower. Very well then... "Lets get this shit over with," she mumbled moodily, shaking her head as she trailed up the stairs after the others.

Isaac watched as the others starting to go onto the stairs as the next floor opened up to them. He waved them goodbye as now only him, Buddi, Ivy and Daisy were left in the room. Just what were they going to do now in here? Kill her? Nah, no way that would feel right. Make sure that she doesn't try to eat Ivy or them? Sounds legit. His thinking was taken away however when Daisy started to laugh and then told the order that they were in. The grin was unsettling, but the order that she gave them made no sense at all. Isaac crossed his arms as he didn't take the threat very seriously. "Daisy, just what is it that you're trying to tell us? If you want to have a play date, then I'm sure that we will play." He still wasn't used to talking to her like Buddi was. He looked at the big man for some help on how to talk to her.

Isaac listened in on what the others were talking about. This was just confusing. The same person? Just what? But then Daisy started to get creepy as she talked about being in Ivy's skin and having her own buzz axe which left the blonde one perplexed. Just how in the hell did little Daisy fix that up? It didn't matter though as the small girl started to attack Buddi. This made Isaac panic a bit. Buddi didn't want to hurt her and hurting her would probably be a bad idea. He saw as Ivy threw a rock at Daisy's head and then had a plan come up. "Buddi! Try to grab the axe away from Daisy! Just try to get it off of her hands!" Isaac had a plan. If the axe was ripped from her, maybe then he could tackle her to the ground and all of this confrontation would just end. Right?

Isaac flinched a bit when Buddi's skin was being torn up by the buzz axe. Sure the man has had worse hits before, it still was grimacing to see. When he saw the axe ripped from Daisy's hands as she fell down to her butt, Isaac quickly ran over to where she was. He was getting ready to tackle her before he saw the tears rolling down her eyes. Was she hurt this badly cause Buddi was gone from her that long? Isaac felt bad before he went down to his knees and took Daisy into a hug. He didn't matter if she hurts him, he wanted to comfort her. "It's okay Daisy. No one is going to hurt you. Buddi is here now. Everything is alright."

Isaac stayed silent as Daisy started to sob again and explained herself. A little bit of pain was shown on his face, that she had to go through all of that. He then recomposed himself. "But Daisy, you are human. You just being here and having emotions is human. You look human, talk like a human, feel like a human, and have emotions like a human. You are a human Daisy and don't think of anything else that tells you you're not. I'm sorry that I've never really talked to you before. I am a big doodoo head. I'm really sorry Daisy." His words were soothing, like a way a mother would talk to a young child.
