Tiki nodded. Her fingers still drumming on the guitar she held onto in a sturdy grip.
Yeah, but there's still procedure and all that. It's still possible, but yeah. Bureaucrats can find a way to make anything more tedious than it needs to be.
She looked towards the sun, checking how much time had passed. Tiki looked back at Alex, raising an eyebrow as she noticed his smile. Yup, he was definitely an excitable one. Though so far, his ideas weren't bad. They'd require some research and work on her managers part, but still not bad overall, or for her at least.
Well, that'd be pretty sweet. We'd have to figure out how to advertise this to get bands to actually come, but if this works it'd be fricking cool. Like a good old fashioned battle of the bands!
Tiki smiled. Yeah, this could be pretty fucking awesome.They were about due for a show anyway.

"Yeah those bureaucrats tend to do that." Alex said with a nod. "They're pretty troublesome." A sigh came out of him before he became all giddy again. "This is going to be so awesome! Like a big band! All the different kinds of music! All the people to listen! All those adoring fans! Ohhhhhh all those fans!" Alex said with another smirk as he looked at Tiki. "If this does happen, I hope you do well! I think your band can beat the others!" He gave her a wide smile while the back of his mind was at play. Hopefully this all goes well.

Tiki nodded, sprouting a lopsided smiled when Alex agreed with her on bureaucrats. Admittedly, that was a little unexpected. She stopped herself from raising an eyebrow when the blonde sighed. His mood certainly seemed to shift quickly...It was still kind of cute in a way.
She brushed it off for the moment as her eyes sparked with excitement at the thought of the possible upcoming performance. Tiki's smile grew for a moment.
You bet it will be! This might just be what we need to get the exposure we've wanted. We have local fans, but you know, it's always good to try and get your name out there...Thanks.
She looked at Alex from the corner of her eye. What was he getting at? For someone who claimed to not be a musician, the kid seemed pretty intent that this gig happen. Tiki suddenly snapped her fingers as she remembered something, pointing at Alex with her index finger as she spoke.
Oh, by the way, I was probably going to head out and get food soon. Would you want to join me?

Alex smiled at Tiki as she said thanks. It was always good to help people, especially when it can help you out at the end. He tried to figure out what to do next. It would take awhile for the concert to go on over here and he did have a break before the next concert would happen in the city. He didn't know what to do now as the majority of the free time was to either rest or look at cute things via window shopping. His attention was cut off from daydreaming as he heard Tiki's question and nodded. "Sure! I would definitely want to eat! I haven't really eaten in awhile..." He tried to laugh it off as his stomach grumbled a little bit.

Tiki continued to smile lazily at Alex. She'd only met the kid a few minutes ago, so what the hell he was up to she had no idea. Still she had ways of figuring out. That was for damn sure. She looked at him as he seemed to contemplate something, absentmindedly strumming a note on her guitar. Tiki looked off in the distance, humming a low tune under her breath. She wondered how her parents were doing, her birth parents. They hadn't visited in a while, but they had been the ones to show her this place. Tiki smiled at the memory. She turned back toward Alex, distracted from these thoughts as the blonde spoke.
Alright! Judging from that, it sounds like we should leave sooner rather than later.
She raised an eyebrow at the sound Alex's stomach made, not verbally commenting on it. Though her smirk could honestly speak for itself.

Alex kept staring off into the distance as it seemed that he was lost in thought. 'If this all goes well, I can get more fans! Well even if not alot show up, that means I can have more attend my concert if it's in the city then! This is perfect! I can't possibly lose!' He did a little smirk and a laugh as well before his stomach grumbled again. Damn it! He really was hungry! As soon as Tiki spoke up, he smiled and jumped around. "Yes! Yes! Yes! Fooooooooooooooooood I can eaaaaaaaaaaaat! Let's go!" He kept jumping up and down, excited that he might get food finally.

Tiki kept her gaze on Alex. Yeah, she was going to figure out what this kid was up to.
Tiki didn't consider herself an angry person by most means, but she could be driven when she wanted to be and she definitely wasn't for being used. That kind of shit she didn't put up with. she noted his smirk as he seemed to be lost in thought about something. What she wouldn't give to be a mind reader right now?
As his stomach growled again, her smirk seemed to become even more lopsided. At least the kid was still cute. She nodded, crouching down to put the guitar in its case before standing up again. The case now slung over her shoulder. Let's get going then, blondy.
She started walking away, indicating for the boy to follow her.

Alex giggled as he followed her. Oh yeah, everything will definitely go to fruition. First the city and then, the world! His mind thought of the possibilities before the growling of his stomach took him back to reality. Oh yeah, food first.
