Secret Society X (Desty-Pan-Mocha-Levi-Sky)

In the year 2012, everything changed.

It happened swiftly, millions of lives were lost and the world was forever changed. The waters around New York City rose up as a being unlike anything Mankind had ever seen before had awoken underneath the city. This creature was believed to be a long-lost cosmic deity that had for countless millennia slumbered under the city. It had the power to drive mankind to extinction, yet, shortly after it's awakening, it is said that the cosmic deity went back into hibernation, diving deep into the earth's core. The deity no longer posed a danger to mankind, yet the damage done to humanity was seemingly irreparable. It would take hundreds of years for humanity to repair itself, however, little did they known that the cosmic deity was only the beginning...

The cosmic deity's awakening had opened a dimensional portal that opened a path to countless worlds. From it, countless interstellar beings flooded through onto Earth. And so New York City's "Next Wave of Immigrants" arrived, beings from throughout the universe who traveled to Earth in search of a new life. With them came a new wave of technology, culture, and problems. New York was rebuilt in a matter of years as new Gotham, the bridge between Earth and it's interstellar neighbors. It is now 2025, and the presence of aliens and all matter of incredible sights are now common-place. The president has shaken hands with hundreds of leaders from throughout the galaxy, thousands of different species walk through the streets of New Gotham, there are alien Hip Hop artists. However, the world is far from peaceful. Alongside a new wave of interstellar immigrants came a slew of new threats to mankind both small and large. Interstellar criminals, would-be world conquerors, illegal aliens! These are but a few issues that face Earth today!

Under the faithful protection of forces such as the Kalem Klub and Earth Defense Force, Earth has been relatively safe, it at least saved countless times again and again from destruction. However, on the other side of the cosmos, trouble is brewing! The galaxy faces a new danger, linked to an ancient secret known as the Cosmic Keys! It is said that these powerful artifacts have existed longer than the galaxy itself, and those which hold them gain awe-inspiring power! Enter Lord Schizophora, a hapless sorcerer from the planet G'zrt, on the run from his home world after a failed bid at world domination. In search of these powerful artifacts, he seeks to build a team unlike anythung the galaxy has seen before! And what better place to search for potential allies than the great prison of Eldtritch. This massive biomechanical prison floats through space, and it is said to be the corpse of a cosmic deity. Run by the powerful Justiciars, an organization of intergalactic law enforcers, some of the galaxy's most dangerous criminals and villains are kept here! And thus sets the stage for the formation of Secret Society X, the most infamous villains the galaxy has ever known!

Sven let out a loud yawn as he joined the line-up--this happened often enough, and he had better things to do--like staring at walls. Yeah. His foot tapped rhythmically on the ground as he waited for this to end--at least they were going to have some time outside the cells after this. Being all cooped up was driving him stir crazy, just about. This definitely wasn't his idea of a good time.
As Evelyn went down the row and discovered that some guy had been hiding a wrench, and slammed the guy against the wall for it, he couldn't help but sneer and snicker--muttering quietly,
"Oh no, a wrench--God forbid he fix something--" He didn't seem all that alarmed by Evelyn's behavior--it was kind of just how she was. Luckily enough, he didn't actually have anything on him right now to find--he'd lost everything he'd had gambling the last time he'd gotten to interact with his usual group around the prison. Albeit, all he'd had had been a few cigarettes and a porno magazine--that magazine had been worth a lot, though, and hey, if life gave you lemons, you made lemonade--if life gives you porno mags, you gamble with them in prison. Right. Still, he was kind of glad at this point that he'd lost it--he didn't have any desire of making a scene here...

"I seriously doubt a wrench could take apart one of these things..." Sven scoffed quietly, reaching back to knock on the wall of a cell with his hand. This place was too high security for a simple wrench--he'd already looked around his own cell for ways to break out, and that place was cinched up tight. He paused as Evelyn spoke to him again, and he sighed, speaking out in a fashion that was clearly meant to be heard, "Too bad you still can't remember my name, ya know, Evie--unless you want me to start calling you something like 49245 or something...hey, that doesn't sound too bad...!" He smiled smugly and shrugged a bit before heading off with the others towards the Canteen. Clearly, he still remembered Evelyn well enough, but since his arrest, his banter and sassing seemed to have increased, for whatever reason. Clearly, he was frustrated with his situation. Either way, he hummed to himself as he entered into the Canteen quickly before Evelyn could grab him by his ear or something--and headed over to the food line with the others--only to see the atrocious offerings they were being given. "Uck...seriously...?" He ruefully took the tray he was given, sitting down at a table with a thud, looking at the food with a very disappointed expression on his face. He was so tired of eating space bugs...

Sven had been frowning at the icky looking insects on his plate when Serova sat down across from him. He gave her a questioning look, wondering why she was sitting here in particular--he'd heard a few things about this girl, and supposedly she could either be a great help or your worst nightmare depending upon how she felt about you. Information just worked like that. He didn't know too much about her in general--but when she slid her potatoes forward and made eyes at the insects on his plate, he seemed to get what she meant--right before his face got shoved down into his food. He sat up a moment afterwards, pulling off one of his gloves to wipe his face clean with his partially-scaly hand.
"Meh--it's not too bad," he said in response to the Key Master sitting down and saying how much of a bummer the double work time was. "At least it gives me something to do..." He replaced his glove back onto his hand--then looking at Serova again and speaking hesitantly in regards to the bugs on his plate, "...You still want these?" At that moment, he heard some loud murmurings from about the room, and looked over at some of the other inmates as they were pointing at a window. He looked up at the window they were pointing at, then furrowed his eyebrows in confusion at seeing the man standing on the asteroid outside of the window. "The hell is that...?"

Sven chuckled and shrugged at Serova's initial statement--he was pretty aware of how people felt about Evelyn in the prison--and the general consensus from the inmates wasn't a good one. He wasn't going to tell the pinkette, of course--he was pretty sure she was aware. As Serova made it clear that she was still in on the food switch, Sven grinned, reaching up to pat down one of the bandages on his face as it shifted slightly.
"Thanks--I'm kinda getting tired of starving myself over this shit," He began eating the potatoes with plenty of enthusiasm--it was true enough that he hadn't been eating much, due to the somewhat disgusting menu the prison had. He knew it wasn't good for him, yes--but he wasn't about to eat bugs. Ever. He saw the other woman from the table move over to the window and wave, then looked at Serova again as she spoke, considering her words for a moment before nodding slowly. This guy could very potentially be their ticket out of there, if he wasn't just there for sightseeing. He grinned, then spoke to Serova quietly, "I'm thinkin' you've got the right idea here..."

Sven looked up as he heard the blast, unable to keep himself from grinning--however, after seeing the intruder's less than impressive entrance, his expression dropped into a disappointed frown.
"Well, so much for that...he's a total loser..." He sighed, clearly unimpressed, and went back to eating his potatoes. He looked up, still chewing on the potatoes as it was recommended that they get their things together--well, his hat was folded up in his pants pocket--and he really didn't have anything else. So, if this guy did somehow manage to miraculously pull through, he was good to go. But--he was going to finish his potatoes first.
