Weapons:
She carries a retractable stun baton with her. It can send an electric shock to a person when it's on, but that's not her main weapon. Her true weapon is her bare hands.
Powers: Death Touch: Harriet can actviate and deactivate this ability at anytime with a little switch she carries with her. When activated, her previous disease that she's hosts can go to her hand, creating a black tinge around it. If she touches someone with that black tinge, they contract her disease. She has to touch the bare skin however. If she touches a sleeve or clothes, it won't work.
It starts by creating pain throughout where they were touched, and moves to the rest of the body. One of the bigger signs are the black bruises appearing. ONce these appear, the skin will start to flake off, and the pain intensifies. Soon, the person will start to cough up blood, and in the final stages, the person goes insane from the horrifying hallucinations that occur. While there is no cure for the disease (that is known right now) current anti-viral drugs will slow the diseases speed to a crawl. Harriet can in fact take back the parasite at one point, but once the bruises start, she can't do much.
Training: Harriet has no formal training, as she's just a tiny girl in her eyes. She can run fast, but that doesn't mean much in the long run.
Strategies: Run and Hide, like Marcus says. She tends to not be in combat unless she absolutely has to...which isn't a lot.
Fighting Style: Sometimes, she will implimate a sort of 'hit and run' style. She'll activate her nanomachine's, touch someone, and then run away. That's how it is most of the time.

Interview
Your character wakes up, only to find them self sitting on a plan steel chair, surrounded by a dozen identical men. They are all wearing expensive suits, they are bald, and the strange lighting seems to prevent you from seeing their eyes. These men are all identical to each other, and they don't seem to move at all as they stare at you from all corners. They begin to question you, their monotone, alien-like voices are unnerving, but you realize something. There seems to be no way in... and no way out. You have no choice but to answer their questions now...
???: Subject is Harriet Miona, commencing interview.... please introduce yourself...
Harriet: (The woman's eyes open, and she lets out a little scream) "AH!" (looks around, frightened) "Mar Mar? Are you here?"
???: You are alone. You are here in our space to answer questions. You are an anomaly, answer our questions and you will be granted freedom from this place...
Harriet: "Uh...o-okay...b-but...I was told not to talk to strangers.....(curls up in the chair a bit)
???: Answer our questions, or you will not be able to leave this space.
Harriet: Mmmmmmm...(starts to look around for any other way out. When there doesn't seem to be okay, and nods) O-okay...
???: What is your point of origin?
Harriet: Uhh...(looks down a little bit) A...Ar...Arkansas...
???: Elaborate on your childhood...
Harriet: "I uh...I didn't have much of one...I got really sick with a disease...and Ma and Bebe took care of me...but then I...died..." (she looked around, nervous to speak more) "I...only woke up 3 years ago...Mar Mar said it was a miracle...it makes me feel special.."
???: Mar Mar... you mean Marcus Pragel, of the Assassin's League?
Harriet: (gasps) H-how did you know!? Are you a wizard?
???: We know things. So... you were found by The League?
Harriet: (nods and smiles) Uh-huh! They're all real nice. Marcus found me in...oh...I don't know how to say the word. Ad dee po sere...something like that...and then made me wake up!
???: Interesting... and the League took care of you...?
Harriet: Yeah! Marcus made sure I'm all comfy cozy! And everyone was real nice! They still are! But...apparently...I'm weird...
???: Weird?
Harriet: Yeah...see, I look like one of the woman on the magezines in Victors room right? Well...sort of, they have...uh..." (she gestures to her chest and then moves her hands out) Those...big things...I don't...and then...I'm only 9 s-so...it's...weird..."
???: Only 9... ?
Harriet: ‘Yeah...my brain is only 9...that's what Mar Mar said..."
???: Interesting... so your brain did not develop with your body?
Harriet: (nods) “Y-yeah…but I'm taking lessons! I'm learning all my letters and numbers again!"
???: Interesting... is this what the League has been teaching you?
Harriet: Let's so...uh...right now, I'm learning how to write in cursive...and reading 'The Witch Detective' all by myself...and...mutiplication!
???: Anything involving combat?
Harriet: Well...Mar Mar says that if something bad happens, I should run away and hide. That's why I'm told not to talk to strangers...cause sometimes they're bad....
???: So you have no way of defending yourself, whatsoever?
Harriet: Umm....(puts her hands in her lap)
???: Elaborate.

Harriet: Mar Mar says I have a poison in my body...and that there is a way to make that poison go into a different body...

Harriet: I have my own room toward the back of the main building! It's really nice, and Mar Mar checks up on me all the time! I know the others too...but they don't visit me as often...

Harriet: Ummm...let's see...I know of Victor...Mar Mar talks about him a lot. Then the food smells bad when Odile cooks...Cece doesn't talk...And Ken is weird...Yumi is nice...and...we're looking for Bebe right now.
???: It seems... Paladin has no records of you. No bounty, no threat rating, nothing... are you aware of this?

She always pets my head...and always talked to me when I was in the hospital or at home! When I woke up, Mar Mar told me he knew her. Now I wanna go see her.
???: So that was the "Bebe" you spoke of... so you do not know of her current whereabouts?
Harriet: I don't...but Mar Mar does!
???: What does he say about her?
Harriet: He says she was in a bad place...but she had to go there to do go things. We couldn't go see her for her birthday or even christmas, so I spent that with Mar Mar. But then, he said that it's okay to go see her now! So, we went there, and now...we didn't find her...but then he did! So, he's going to tell her that she can come home!
???: Interesting... have you heard of any of Marcus' enemies?
Harriet: Mar Mar has...enemies? Who?
???: Nevermind. We believe this interview is coming to an end.

Vehicle: Tasha has two. One in the air, and one on the ground.
This is Tasha's Apache 2.0 Helicopter. It's equipped with a single barrel Sub Machine gun and two sets of Heat Seeking Guided missiles. In addition to this, it's equipped with a tear gas canister shooter that can cover the field in a harmful gas.
Tasha's Land rover is a custom motorbike-esque Vehicle. It's a closed in rover with two barrels on the sides, for shooting side winder missile out of. In the front is a small mini gun for rapid fire shots.

Strategies: Tasha's normal strategy includes firing a missile at it. Then get angry and fire more missile at it. If that doesn't work, get out there and stab in the face until it dies.
Fighting Style: Tasha is more about showing the enemy who is boss, more then actual tactics. She likes to show off and gloat about her style, when really there isn't one to begin with.

This is Tasha's Apache 2.0 Helicopter. It's equipped with a single barrel Sub Machine gun and two sets of Heat Seeking Guided missiles. In addition to this, it's equipped with a tear gas canister shooter that can cover the field in a harmful gas.
Tasha's Land rover is a custom motorbike-esque Vehicle. It's a closed in rover with two barrels on the sides, for shooting side winder missile out of. In the front is a small mini gun for rapid fire shots.

Interview
((Having received directions to where their job interview to become a vigilante was located, your character finds themself in front of what appears to be a run-down shack. They know that this clearly isn't the vigilante base, considering the conditions--and is more likely a temporary place where interviews can be held prior to allowing people access to the base. As your character walks inside, they see that the door to the back room is open, and as they are led inside by a few footmen, they can see what's in the back room in question: a desk table, with one chair on each side--and surprisingly enough, the leader of the vigilantes himself appears to be seated on the opposite side of the desk, appearing to perk up slightly as your character enters.))
Santana: Ah, you're here! Please, come on in, sit down, make yourself comfortable.
Tasha: (walks in and looks around) Really? All the hype for this?
Santana: Well, I mean--can't be drawing /too/ much attention, yeah? It's not like we'll be using this place again anyway, so-- ((he smiles and shrugs)) Go ahead, take a seat.
Tasha: (shurgs) Meh. (flops down and puts her legs up) Well then
Santana: Care to introduce yourself?
Tasha: Names Tasha. Lieutenant Tasha Forsythe.
Santana: Well, nice to meet you, Tasha--you can call me Santana. I'm guessing you're here about the job offer?
Tasha: Why else would I be here?
Santana: Who knows? Could've just wandered in by accident--So, tell me a bit about your childhood--just a bit of background.
Tasha: My childhood? Well...I lived with my mom...and dad...had a few brothers and sister. We all lived in a cramped house and it was...pretty intense. It was fun though. Climbed trees, made hide outs, all that stuff. It was pretty much your normal stuff. Went to school, did work, hung out, had boyfriends, whatever.
Santana: And I'm guessing that there was some sort of big event that changed this set up...?
Tasha: Yeah, shit went down, and I joined the military.
Santana: Not something you wanna detail?
Tasha: Nah, I can tell. Wasn't sure how much info you want.
Santana: Alright--so, what made you so interested in justice, then? Something happen during your time in the military?
Tasha: Well, I joined the military to fight super criminals see. It was after the world kind of went to shit and my family was sent to a bunker that I did. It was also around that time my younger sister disappeared. Anyway, I joined up, and was crunching the heads of super criminals, at least the weaker ones. Became a pilot when I had to land a fighter jet when the pilot was shot, was trained in that, and now I'm awesome with airborne combat...let's see...met my husband in the military too...but then he died when her was off duty and I was still here...I guess after that, I was busting more criminals...and sometimes killing them...(shrugged) Not like they didn't fucking deserve it though. Once my battlion dispanded...kind of just started wandering...and I wanted revenge for my husband...and then I heard about my sister going crazy and dying too...so...I wanna murder whoever did that too. Does that count for your explanation?
Santana: And the people who killed your husband and sister were super criminals...?
Tasha: OOOOH YEAH! Those fuckers need to calm the fuck down and know their fucking place! Egotisical bitches....
Santana: I see... ((he shifts in his chair slightly before continuing)) And you want to kill them?
Tasha: Not really all of them. BUT I do want to make them PAY for harming innocent lives. I wouldn't mind seeing them rot in a jail cell forever either.
Santana: With that in mind, do you think that you prefer execution, or arrest, when dealing with super criminals?
Tasha: Sort of depends. If they deserve death more then they get dead. If we need info, arrest and in a rotting cell. I lean toward killing...and if they fuck me over ooooh boy...they WILL die..
Santana: So you only keep them alive if it's convenient to your cause?
Tasha: Honestly, would be lying to you if I said No.
Santana: Alright, I see--so, about fighting criminals--what sort of fighting style do you go about using?
Tasha: Well, I'm trained in hand to hand combat, fire arms, and I'm a pilot. I say I'm pretty well rounded when it comes to taking down those sons of bitches.
Santana: So, essential armed forces and pilot training. Do you...actually have your own aircraft on hand?
Tasha: Yuuup
Santana: ((he raises his eyebrows)) Really?
Tasha: Why would I lie? Wanna see?
Santana: I'm fine without seeing--what sort of aircraft is it?
Tasha: Apeache Helicopter. Real big one too
Santana: That could definitely come in handy...So, you said that your main motivation for fighting super criminals was to avenge some of your loved ones...do you know how the rest of your family is doing? I feel obligated to ask since, well--the families of vigilantes oftentimes get targetted...
Tasha: Those bastards killed my husband...and my daughter. She was...only 4...damn it...(covers her face a bit) I haven't talked to my folks since they moved to the bunker. All I know is that my husband, daughter, and little sister are dead cause of these assholes, and my two little brothers gotta take care of themselves. That's how it is.
Santana: So, with these events in mind...the main goal of the vigilantes is obtaining justice. What, do you think, is your definition of justice?
Tasha: People who cause chaos for no good reason deserve to get their faces kicked in with iron boots. MY definition of justice to doing the world right, stopping fights before they happen, and making all those fucking super criminals REALIZE they need to take it down a peg or 5.
Santana: Alright, let's see...any other specific principles that you live by? Anything of note?
Tasha: What do you mean exactly?
Santana: Let's see...hm...What do you...hold dear, aside from justice? There's got to be other things you value, right?
Tasha: I hold family and trust above everything. I know my folks are safe, they're still in that bunker. I know they're safe. My little bros just need to stay put too. (shifts a little) And then trust. If I can't trust you then why the fuck are we still talking? I have a saying that I follow to a tee. "Don't fuck with me...don't ever...don't with me." pauses included. Cause the seals the deal. Hmmm...what else? Honor I guess?
Santana: I see...and you're ready to put your all into fighting against injustice?
Tasha: Fuck yeah, wouldn't be here otherwise right?
Santana: Alright...you've got spirit to spare, that's for sure. I think you've got a job. ((he smiles and holds out his hand to shake)) How about it?
Tasha: Just like that?
Santana: Yeah--you've got fighting experience, and it's pretty clear to me that you care about your family. And...that look in your eyes--I can tell that you're not lying to me. Trust me--if I thought you were lying, I would've kicked you out of here a long time ago.
Tasha: I guess so. Well then. (stands up and shakes his hand) Got yourself a pilot
Santana: Great! ((he stands up as well)) It'll be a pleasure working with you.
Tasha: I hope so
Santana: Well then, I think we're just about done here--my friends outside will show you the way to our base.
Tasha: They touch my copter they'll have another thing comin.
Santana: ((he laughs a little bit and grins)) Well, they can at least point you in the right direction, yeah?
Tasha: Guess so
Santana: Well, in that case, I guess I'll be seeing you back in New Tombstone. Glad to be working with you--don't let me down, alright? ((he gives her a grin))
Tasha: Where is this New Tombstone?
Santana: That's what my friends outside'll tell you--it's not too far from here, but it'd be quicker for them to point you in the right direction.
Tasha: I'll get to it then. (Tasha walks out)
END INTERVIEW
