Level 2, though not easy to activate, comes with immense boosts in his abilities; at Level 2, Damian's speed and strength are greatly increased, with even higher perception and control... but at a cost. He must experience huge amounts of pain in order to activate this level. Once it is active, though, he will no longer use weapons unless extremely pissed off, and he will become nigh unstoppable to most normal humans.
With this level comes an ability that is on its most basic level... blood manipulation. Somehow, Damian gains the ability to control blood, both inside of a body and already fallen to the ground. Typically, he uses this to mess with people, though it does have its own legitimate benefits and such.
Training:
Damian's combat training was primarily self-taught, but his skills have increased immensely due to Cain's assistance. His Killer Gene is also under control and so advanced entirely because of Cain's help and guidance, which he is incredibly thankful for.
Strategies:
Damian is a sadomasochist. He enjoys not only giving, but receiving pain- and as such, most of his attacks will be with the intention of causing his opponent pain. He enjoys tormenting his victims, and watching as the acceptance of their death glazes over their eyes. He isn't afraid to kill, but will most definitely draw it out. He loves it even more if he can take someone captive- tying them up and tormenting them is a dream.

Damian's fighting style is essentially using his abilities and skills to cause the absolute most amount of pain possible. If death comes as a side effect, he doesn't care- in fact, he enjoys it. They are all wearing expensive suits, they are bald, and the strange lighting seems to prevent you from seeing their eyes. These men are all identical to each other, and they don't seem to move at all as they stare at you from all corners. They begin to question you, their monotone, alien-like voices are unnerving, but you realize something. There seems to be no way in... and no way out. You have no choice but to answer their questions now...

Due to the changes, she's developed retractable fangs that fill with poison when they're out, and the ability to grow claws out of her nails- enabling her to quite literally poison someone by biting or scratching them. In addition, her bones grew surprisingly less rigid - they're capable of bending to allow her through incredibly thin openings as well as extreme flexibility. Finally, she developed powers that enable her to manipulate any toxic substance - even to create such a substance out of nothing in order to attack. This results in her being able to use any of her spilled blood as a weapon as well - it's poisonous too.
Training:
Willow never really received any formal training of any kind. All that she's learned has been primarily self taught, though she did have some basic self defense lessons when she was young.
Strategies:
Willow's main strategy in a fight will be to inject as much poison into her opponent's blood as possible. Whether it's gas, liquid, or powder, she'll try her hardest to sneak something toxic to her enemy and ease the battle in her direction. Should her poisons prove to be ineffective at first, however, she'll rely on her quickness and agility to tire them out before trying again.
Fighting Style:
Willow will do her best to use her nails, knives, or teeth to break skin on an opponent before attacking them with as much poison as possible, doing her best to infect them and let the toxins do their work. Willow: ... I mean, I have to make tons of pretty clothes and show them to everyone and make everyone model for me!! (Giggles happily)

???: So your main clientelle will be super criminals, correct?
Willow: Mmm, maybe- though I don't really mind! Anyone can look good with my clothes, I would love to see the entire world all dressed pretty and nice in my clothes!
???: And if the world does not like your clothes?
Willow: ... I don't know what you mean~ (Smiles sweetly - too sweetly) Why wouldn't they like my clothes? My clothes are amazing-!!
???: The Collective has noticed that there are, in fact, different stylees, as one would call them. If someone does not enjoy your style..?
Willow: ... People will wear my things, willing or not... god... (Pouts)
???: Seeing how you will be attempting to force clothing onto the most powerful super criminals in the world as your clients, do you not worry for your safety? How do you keep yourself protected?
Willow: (Narrows her eyes at first - before grinning as she realized what the Collective was asking) Oh, that's what you wanna know! (Giggles) See, I look normal, but, I'm... I'm really not~ For one, I know about pretty much every poison ever. Like, seriously, ever - and I had a bit of an operation done a while back... See, these cool science people, they spliced the DNA of some kind of venomous snake into my DNA! I have all these cool powers now, like, I can bite people and they'll be poisoned, and I'm super duper flexible, and all that sort of stuff-!! I also use normal weapons, but I mean, it's so fun!
???: And all of these treatments were all done so that people will wear your clothing...?
Willow: Eeeeee... not entirely. I just kinda thought it'd be cool, yknow? Don't even ask how much the flexibility has come in handy - it's really cool!!
???: The Collective is not sure what you are referring to. Expand.
Willow: (Stares a moment, blushing a bit) Naughty naughty...! I mean, I have a boyfriend and all, so like... I'm suuper flexible and I can do tons of stuff that I couldn't before and I think he likes it a lot usually~
???: Ah- sexual intercourse. That is of no interest to this Collective at the moment. Moving on. You were involved with Kraven during the Gang Wars- are you aware of his recent activities regarding Cain and the Church of Crime?
Willow: ... (Rolls her eyes) That doesn't seem fun... But whatever, more for me-! (Giggles) .... Aaaaa- what's he done now, hm? (Frowns) Has he done something baaad?
???: The Ministry of Death is currently after the destruction of Cain and his Church of Crime. What are your thoughts on this attitude, and Cain in particular?
Willow: ... Oh, that doesn't sound nice- (Pouts) ... I mean, I don't really... is this Cain guy good with fashion? I don't really know him so that's all I have to base off of, people with good fashion sense are good people--
???: Indifference towards mass murder noted. We are almost done here. Is there anything more you wish to add?
Willow: ... Honey, I caused mass murder for years, why would it bother me? (Smiles sweetly, leaning back) ... Naaaaah, just again that your fashion SUCKS.

Willow: ... Ooo, I wish I could have that much money, I could buy so much fabric... (Giggles) Of course I'm a threat, silly~

Willow: .... Okaaaaay...? (Stares, clearly confused) I mean, I like the sound of that, but you're being reeeally vague--
???: What happened five years ago was only the beginning....everything will change..
Willow: ... Okay, nooow you're repeating yourself??? What started five years ago??
