She carries a physical bow and physical arrows, yet often times uses psychic constructs instead as it's faster for her, and allows her to somewhat control the path of her arrows. She also uses a variety of trick arrows, both psychic and real, capable of using them to do any number of things. Some explode, some deliver EMP blasts, others will release acid - whatever she imagines can usually happen with her psychic arrows, and she can later try and develop physical arrows for those things. On top of her bow and arrow, though, she has a pair of daggers to help protect her from close combat.

Isla is a psychic - she's able to form constructs made of psychic energy that glow blue and enable her to do a multitude of things. Most commonly, she'll summon a bow and her arrows, though she can do more than that given enough room to concentrate.
Training:
Isla learned most of her ability to fight from her mother - the woman was a professional hunter and a psychic as well and taught her well before her death. After her mother died, Isla trained further herself, perfecting her skills to become one of the best assassins she could be.
Strategies:
Isla will typically look for high ground, staking out a position above and out of sight of her target. She's willing to sit around for hours, monitoring and waiting for the perfect moment to strike - and when that moment does arrive, she'll fire a hail of arrows upon her unsuspecting enemies. If it's only an assassination, she'll often simply wait and shoot them in a lethal spot, picking them off like a hunter shooting a deer.
Fighting Style:
Isla is usually quick and collected with her attacks. She waits patiently for the perfect moment and then strikes with lethal consequences - yet if for some reason her first strike isn't deadly, she'll release rapid-fire arrows after the target. Should for some reason she need to close the distance between her enemy and herself she'll revert to using her knives, fighting almost as effectively as with her bow.
