Saurul// Fortuna

The town has a large fishing and boating business, it is particularly good at trading oil collected from the local wildlife that are indigenous to the waters here. Fortuna itself only had one inn, a small bank, and a building for the governor, while most of the city was populated by fishermen and mode of docks and boats. One of it's biggest boons is it's Navy. It has become the heart of its Navy. Fortuna has grown in size, becoming a large and healthy metropolis, because of the Navy being trained here.
