Fighting Style:
On the rare occasion Noire gets into a fight, she prefers to focus more on stealth than physical might. She will typically use her sense to try and get a sense of what is going on. Once she's done that, Noire will try to find an opportunity to either safely observe or run.
When she is unable to run, due to her mutation, a burst similar to adrenaline is released increasing her strength and speed. After unleashing this burst, Noire will usually try to attack whoever is fighting her with the intent to overwhelm them quickly. When fighting with weapons, Noire tends to use weapons that can hit from a distance. When fighting up close, she tends to use a compactable scythe, one of the few things left from her spy work.

Personality:
Noire is a quiet and sometimes collected girl. As she is more than a little naive about culture and a lot of common sense things with people, it doesn't take much to confuse her. Despite this, she is smart, just lacking perspective in some places. Noire is usually kind in a quiet way, not wanting to draw attention to herself. She is shy in the way a lot of teenage girls are. She does want friends and for people to notice her in a positive way, but also doesn't want to rub people the wrong way and her experiences in her former, albeit forced profession, have left her with mixed feelings about being successful in gaining that attention.
In some ways, Noire is still figuring out who she is. This is definitely the case romantically as she only has the basest ideas of her taste there.

Bio:
Tish Urae worked as a spy for aliens or humans alike. Whoever paid the best, she would make a contract with and work for. During one of these jobs, this time to an alien, she found something didn't seem right. That proved to be the case when during the meeting where the contract would come to a close Tish found herself being drugged and taken prisoner by her former associate. When she woke up she was in a building she didn't recognize. Several things became apparent as a she met and was examined by several different doctors. That the man wasn't alone in whatever he was planning and that she played a part in those plans for some reason.
Those reasons became more clear as it became apparent she was pregnant. Though how and who was the father continued to be a mystery to her. In truth, she had come to be in her state through the mechanization of the alien who'd originally kidnapped. The alien and his doctor associates continued to examine her and began experimenting on her unborn child as it became apparent it was there. Throughout all of this, Tish planned her escape. Though at each attempt, she found herself back where she started.
Despite numerous attempts, Tishs daughter was born under the care of the people who'd been experimenting on the girl since her time in the womb. Being named Noire, the girl was raised at first in near total isolation, with no human contact aside from her mother. During this time, it became apparent that what'd been done to the girl had taken affect. As she grew, it became clear Noire was aging faster than her age should permit , looking like a four year old at one. Over time she was trained to take part in her mothers work. Though Tish didn't like this life being forced on her daughter, she preferred it to the girl beinb helpless and continued to plot both of their escapes. The doctors and their associate began using Noire as a spy from the time she was 10. While her training and the changes that had unnaturally occurred to her body made her perform her job well, she was only ever able to learn little about the culture or people of the places she was going to.
Noires life continued like this for several more years. Things finally changed for Tish and Noire when the man who'd dragged her into the experiments died. The labs funding began to drastically dwindle after that. Tish put forth another plan to escape in this time. This time being successful. The doctors scattered. Tish took her strange daughter to New Gotham, a place she knew the girl wouldn't be the oddest inhabitant, and after securing her a place to stay, told her to stay in the city while she pursued the men involved with her capture and her daughters creations. That way they'd never have to worry about capture again. With a promise to return and use of the aliens technology ironically being her tool to knowing where her daughter was, Tish left the city and since the Noire has been trying to make a life for herself until her mother returned. Though needless to say, her new setting in contrast to the lab where she'd grown up left, and continue to leave her, confused.

Strengths:
Can float, enhanced hearing, night vision, can be quick on her feet, fairly creative, determined when she sets herself to a goal (can also be a weakness at times), good memory for musical notes and numbers

Weaknesses:
Too much sun isn't very good for her, not trained to fight in anyway, not that muscular, somewhat well known thanks to her band, when she's upset about something, she's not too good at hiding it

Fighting Style:
Tiki isn't much of a fighter. When she does find herself in a fight, she tends to rely being quick and more and moving to avoid the other persons blows. She'll try to keep track of what's going on around her through her senses. Tiki tries not to rely too heavily on her innate abilities, her floating ability mostly as it could hurt her if the wrong person was aware how easily she can do it.
Weapons wise, Tiki tends to be a bit of a scavenger. Mostly she ends up using her guitar case, but she'll use whatever she can find that's of use. Really her style is very hit and run. She's not trying to make any enemies.

Personality:
Tiki is in some ways laid back and in other passionate. When she's not very invested in something, she'll not put in a much effort as she would for something she enjoys. When she is interested in something, she'll go all out though, even if the people around her don't really get why she's so invested in that certain thing. She is a confident and sometimes abrasive person.This largely comes from her feeling like she knows herself and what she likes and wants to do with her life, at least for the moment. She is aware of how things are likely to change, but until they do, she's going to have fun with where she is.

Bio:
Harold and Natasha Jesp lived a fairly normal life, as normal as life in New Gotham could be. This changed when they came across what seemed to be two încurcan teenagers, Athae Dulec and Hozo' Vi, in an alleyway while coming back from a date night. Both were injured and Athae was clearly pregnant. Uncertain, but at the very least not wanting anything to happen to the girls baby, they took the two to the hospital. While there, they tried to figure out how the two had ended up in this state. All they were able to learn at the time was that the two had nowhere else to go. Still a bit uncertain but decidedly curious and not wanting anything to happen to the two, the Jesps took the two home. They were able to learn more over time as the two began to trust them more. They learned the two had come to earth recently and were still working to gain legal status. Athae's daughter ended up being born under the Jesps care. She and Hozo' were happy she'd been born safely but still worried about her future if they couldn't fix their current problem.
The two continued to stay with the Jesps. Natasha and Harold agreeing to help take care of the baby as long as her parents were figuring out what to do. Athae and Hozo' would be away for days and weeks as they tried to gain legal status for themselves and their daughter. The two would write and call the Jesps as often as possible to check on their daughter and her temporary caretakers. After Tiki turned two, her birth parents and their caretakers agreed she should stay with the Jesps as it seemed she would have a more stable future with them. She was adopted soon after. Her birth parents continued to be involved with their daughter. Tiki had a relatively normal childhood from there, understanding she had two sets of parents. After turning 16, she realized she preferred women to men and learned a passion for music long before that. After leaving school, she joined a band and began working towards finding a way to support her parents and adoptive sister. After all, it was important to remember the people who'd always been there for her, even if she was still going to have fun along the way.
