Weapons: An energy pistol with three settings: burn, singe, and pulse. The “burn” setting is a hyper-heated energy projectile which is designed to burn through low-melt metals, cloth, and flesh with ease, though atmospheric temperature can either lessen or increase its effect. “Singe” is a lower-heat version of the aforementioned setting, designed to hurt, but not kill, except in extremely well-placed shots (the likes of which Marko can only get an eighth of the time within point blank range). The “pulse” function is different from the other two – instead of doing damage to flesh, it fires a projectile which, when it collides with a target, collapses, a nanowarhead exploding, and an electromagnetic pulse being emitted within two feet of its ground zero. The warhead does leave a nasty, painful mark on bare flesh, but a leather jacket is enough to prevent its blast from reaching the skin.

Training: His youth was spent making little bombs to blow holes in hills with his cousins. Pete “Statler” Ritz took advantage of that and used him as a bombmaker in his plots – which Marko eventually turned the two of them in for. Pete also taught him how to use a pistol – which is something that he has been practicing with more frequently, gaining quite a bit of accuracy. He also has been working out.
Strategies: Keep moving, distract high-threat targets so others can deal more effectively with them, don’t get hit/cornered/circled.
Fighting Style: He runs and guns. When unarmed, he has some basic kickboxing skills, but those are only to put the enemy on their back so he can get away to a defensible position.

They begin to question you, their monotone, alien-like voices are unnerving, but you realize something. There seems to be no way in... and no way out. You have no choice but to answer their questions now...)

Marko: I was b-born to a Romani caravan, centered around Belgium and F-f-france.
???: And how long did you stay with this caravan?
Marko: I must have b-b-been... I think 16? When I st-tarted travelling on my own.
???: What made you want to travel on your own?
Marko: -sighs, beginning to hum Fur Elise- I... sort of had a g-g-girlfriend. And while I w-was away w-with the caravan, she died. So I decided to do it myself.
???: Emotional attachment noted. What did you do once you left the caravan?
Marko: I wandered for a while until I came t-t-to York, up in Britain. I... d-d-did some odd crimes here and there for the de facto regent. S-sometimes he was Sir Wallace Astoria IV, s-sometimes he was Pete R-Ritz.
???: What were your reasons for committing those crimes? Were you forced?
Marko: Not really f-forced, I just wanted t-t-to rest my feet for a while and it g-got me food and shelter. But it escalated qui-qui-quickly. I ended up p-part of a terror plot - Pete wanted t-to blow up Belfast.
???:....Was this plot successful?
Marko: It would have b-been, but my morals got me t-t-to turn both of us in. Then we both ended up in N-no Man's Land.
???: Should the collective assume that you were within No Man's Land during the time of the Kraven Incident and everything thereafter that eventually led to the massive outbreak of criminals from the prison?
Marko: I s-supplied a grey orb thing for Jo's energy b-b-blast thing. I think that answers th-that.
???:....Gray orb thing. Noted. Very well....what did you do after you left the prison?
Marko: I w-went back to travelling for a while until Rika c-contacted me with a job offer. It l-l-let me still travel, plus make some money.
???: What sort of job do you do now?

???: Do you actually know how to use any of the weapons that you sell?
Marko: The b-bombs I have extensive experience with, and the pistols as well.

Marko: -shifts uneasily- Well, this j-job affords me a chance and a reason to travel and t-to live as I wish to. I figure, so long as that keeps up, a-and I d-don't have another mental b-break like the one eighteen months ago, I see n-n-no reason to not stick with it.
???: What transpired eighteen months ago?
Marko: I had a n-nervous break, an existential crisis... -stares away for a moment before snapping back into reality- I shaved my head a-and started w-working out, and things have b-b-b-been m-much better.
???: Hm. Mental instability noted. Has this interfered with your job at all?
Marko: N-no. No, it... it hasn't. And I'm not unst-st-stable, it was one incident, and things are g-good now...
???: Subject is in denial. Noted. Earlier, you stated that you are familiar with using explosives and pistols. Elaborate. Is this needed for your job?
Marko: The p-pistols, yes. The explosives, n-not so much. They both w-were when I was in York, hell, my b-b-boss back then even taught me how to handle a pistol. I've been studying on my own s-since. As for the explosives, my c-cousins and I would blow holes in hills back when I was in the caravan. I rigged up Pete's antimatter bomb that he was going t-to use in Belfast, even. But since then I haven't been doing much of anything with bombs aside f-from product demonstrations.
???: Hm...can you think of any other significant events that have gotten you to the place where you are today?
Marko: Y-yeah. Yeah I can. I did re-meet my caravan one day, before York. I spent the evening, b-but the next morning was filled with gunfire. Th-there was a tall man, in a yellow suit, telling troops to loot the caravan and bring him the men. They took m-me to him. I still remember the look on his face as I walked p-past the corpses of family to him. He shouted, "You're too short for me, boy!" The men were distracted for a m-moment, so I dashed away, out of their grip. The man in yellow, G-g-gonzo, I think his name was, laughed and told them to let me go as they began to g-give chase and fire.
???:...And how exactly has that effected the person you've become now? Did you develop some sort of phobia of the color yellow?
Marko: N-no. It gave m-m-me a distinct appreciation for life... since I stared death in the face.

The car gets about 40 miles to the gram of uranium, though, and these rods are about a kilogram a piece. It runs quietly and can reach 60 in 1.618 seconds, but god help everything within a quarter mile if somehow it explodes. It is nuclear, after all.

Strengths:
Has spent years learning all about all kinds of engines, even restoring a Chryslus Corvega, which is fission-powered, to operating condition. She was scavenging parts in Vermont for an F/A-22 multirole jet when all of a sudden there was a flash of light, a plume of dust and smoke, and suddenly, everything she had done and made, and all of her family, was gone. All she still had was a lead-lined briefcase full of U-235 fuel rods to power her car and her home-made flame weapons. So she’s very good with mechanical engineering, and decent with nuclear engineering.
Weaknesses: She has been known to uncontrollably touch herself around loud diesel engines. Also, she is completely obsessed with killing Josephine Beaumont.
Weapons:
Tim Horton: A flamethrower made from a rocket engine with a busted mount (otherwise she would have had it on that F/A-22). Has two modes: stream and shot. The stream is a short-range jet of blue-hot flame. The shot fires out a glob of burning fuel up to 60 feet which splatters and ignites things nearby. All she still had was a lead-lined briefcase full of U-235 fuel rods to power her car and her home-made flame weapons. So she’s very good with mechanical engineering, and decent with nuclear engineering.
Weaknesses: She has been known to uncontrollably touch herself around loud diesel engines. Also, she is completely obsessed with killing Josephine Beaumont.
Weapons:
Tim Horton: A flamethrower made from a rocket engine with a busted mount (otherwise she would have had it on that F/A-22). Has two modes: stream and shot. The stream is a short-range jet of blue-hot flame. The shot fires out a glob of burning fuel up to 60 feet which splatters and ignites things nearby.
