The Holiday Killer is defeated. Times passes, and it is 2043. The second year of No Man's Land has begun! Citizen Ross and The Inquisitor form an alliance that threatens the very threads that keep No Man's Land together, Vulture Team and The Family prepare to go to war, and a mysterious individual named "Muugica" appears in the city. Whilst the city prepares for yet another struggle, Charles Paladin sets his own plans into action. Task Force 0 has finally been assembled.
