Specialty: N/A
Description: The Optimus, formed in Oculus, are a small guild of Heroes led by Null of the Legendarium Council. While being a somewhat successful guild, they are relatively open as far as their membership goes and they are welcome to beginner Heroes. The Aces of this faction tend to lead it more so than other guilds, as Null is constantly meditating and even while in the waking world, he does not speak. Despite being active for several decades now, the guild doesn't hold a large number of experienced Heroes due to it being seen as a stepping stone to get into more prestigious guilds. Despite this, it is known for its integrity and the general friendliness of its members.

Specialty:
Generally, due to the looseness of the rules around the guild, the majority of heroes that work here are ones who either don't care for rules, or simply want to be able to do things that other guilds might disapprove of--or both! All sorts of people work here (many of whom seem to be a bit shady), and the only requirement to join is that you need to not mind and be nice to birds--because crows are everywhere in the guild building. Constantly. Every day. Forever. Anybody who is mean to the birds and gets caught doing so gets banned for life by the guild master--no exceptions.

Description:
Lux Obscura is a bit of an oddity among hero guilds, in the way that it's a bit dark for the taste of several other guilds. In general, the guild itself is very lenient with the heroes that work within it--things that would be looked down upon by other guilds, such as excessive gore or other such unnecessarily crude or violent actions, are actually taken pretty lightly within this guild. This by no means makes them evil people, however--they still work in the best interest of the people, just like the other guilds--they're just a bit more brutal to the aggressors that they defeat, and might do a few other generally disapproved of actions in their quest for helping others. The guild leader himself is actually quite alright with most kinds of violence, and fully approves of the heroes working in his guild having fun fighting so long as they're actually fighting "bad things." Generally, they're a guild of heroes--just a bit more of a morally ambiguous one. They're around to help, but they won't always do it in the way that other guilds would find acceptable--and will often get a laugh out of making other guilds upset over it.

Specialty:
Love Deluxe is a guild of mercenaries, by mercenaries, for mercenaries. Members of Love Deluxe must demand payment for their heroic deeds, and typically have the right to charge extra for simply being a part of the guild. Friendly to both beginners and aces- no other specification required aside from asking for payment.
Description:
Love Deluxe is one of the eldest guilds in Sol. It`s a fairly prestigious guild, and though they`re of course accepting of beginner heroes, they usually must undergo a fair amount of tests and playful bullying before being fully accepted. They`re a rowdy bunch of misfits, somewhat looked down upon by other guilds for their unprofessional and crass behavior. Members typically stick close together and spend a lot of their time socializing as a unit when not out on quests- everyone is everyone else`s drinking buddy, and being on bad relations with another guild member is frowned upon, as is talking about other members behind their backs. They act as a brotherhood, and members who betray that brotherhood face harsh treatment, and sometimes even a ban from the guild. The guild leader is a retired veteran hero herself, as well as the Seventh established member of The Legendarium Council, which gives the guild an extra layer of legitimacy. Also, as a member of the guild, 15% of your profits need to be donated to the guild leader. For this reason, many Love Deluxe members overcharge for their services, to make up for the odd tax.

-The Touhou Watch-
Base of Operations: In the Eastern Forest Temple
Specialty: Must be a Touhou resident, or have a strong reason to protect Touhou. Race, Gender, or Age do not matter
Description: Touhou is a very closed off and reclusive country, who likes to keep to themselves. Thus, it's military and army is always on edge with defending the borders and it's country. But a lot of the inner turmoil goes unnoticed. Thus, the Touhou Watch takes care of it. They watch the people, keep them safe, and at the same time, go out and create peace in the name of Touhou out in the world. Basically, they have one goal. Make Touhou a better place, and make the world know that fact.
This doesn't mean that they don't take outside jobs, but prioritize the ones in Touhou. If a job takes them outside of Touhou, then so be it. The important thing is they want to keep people safe and make Touhou, and the regions around it safe from those who'd disrupt the peace.

Specialty: Guild for magical beings (that includes mages they count as magical beings)

Description:
A haven for magical beings alike this guild helps hone and advance magical skills thru taking quests that are magically testing they are fearfully protective of the wilderness and will do almost anything to protect it. Although they only let in magical beings in to the guild they are kind to non magical beings and will often work for or with them on quests.

Base of Operations:
Nomadic guild, base location changes frequently as they often move in search of monsters to hunt down and kill. Generally wherever Aerie happens to be is a good place to find them.

Specialty:
Monster hunters with a general requirement that they must be either human or half human, with the other half being very docile races only. This guild tends to consist of members who don't take kindly to monsters - in fact, it could be said they loathe them.

Description:
The Hunters were created not too long ago by Aerie herself in an effort to combat monsters. She's not the most experienced guild leader, and the guild isn't extremely large - leaving her to go on quests with her members quite often, something she actually enjoys. She originally created the guild to help her fight monsters as she knew she couldn't handle them all while entirely alone, though now the guild has grown at least a little beyond that to a point where she doesn't have to go on every mission and can instead entrust the destruction of monsters to some of her more skilled followers.

Specialty: The Faith Militant is limited to Heroes dedicated to the Clergy of Owl, also known as the Church of Wisdom; Heroes set out to protect the quest for knowledge and all those who have valuable knowledge to offer. Many are trained from childhood to become Faith Militants, while other newly-joined members have to go through rigorous training to prove they are worthy. The Clergy has been known to make exceptions for particularly skillful knowledge-seekers (read spies) who are not formally committed to the Church.

Description: The Faith Militant is sent by the Clergy of Owl to collect certain pieces of knowledge by any means necessary, as well as to "protect the quest for knowledge", a very vague and open-to-interpretation goal. The Church of Wisdom, as a religion, worships the goddess Sparrahli, the embodiment of all wisdom and creator of knowledge, and seeks nothing but the enlightenment of the world. The Church recognizes the threat presented by Villains and sends the Faith Militant to deal with things. The leader of the Faith Militant happens to be a member of the Council of Enlightenment, the highest circle of the Clergy of Owl, so he has a lot of influence with what tasks the Militant gets sent to complete, ensuring that all the important threats to knowledge are dealt with.

Base of Operations: The Space Which Knows No Time or Space
Specialty: Governing body of the Hero Guilds
Description: The Legendarium Council is a grouping of 10 Retired Heroes, all brought together to govern the Hero Guilds. It is their job to regulate and oversee the Guilds' actions, and step into action if a Hero or Guild goes too far. Their law is absolute, and they can put a Hero to death if they see fit. Every member of the Legendarium Council is at least EX+ level, if even on the power scale, and many of them are even said to be some of the first generation of Heroes. As mentioned above, they are retired, so they rarely see action unless the most dire of situations occurs. To make life easier for all of them, they do not meet at one location physically. Instead they meet in "The Space Which Knows No Time or Space" which they can be in by simply entering a trance.
