Strengths: Great at hand-to-hand combat, he's very unpredictable and capable of making split-second decisions. He is also very bright and knows more than one often thinks he does. He's also able to handle a gun pretty well and is light on his feet. He's willing throw himself into a battle if it becomes necessary. He's also sharp and able to make improvised decisions on the fly. His pain receptors are practically dead and he's got a pretty high endurance.
Weaknesses: Due to his desire to kill something, he'll often put himself in bad situations. Strength isn't really his thing. He has a lithe flexible body but when it comes down to a battle of strength, he doesn't generally do very well. Also, due to his high pain tolerance, he may push himself harder and longer than he should often resulting in injury. Having a child-like body also makes him a bit fragile.
Weapons: Scythe and numerous knives (also pictured in part 1) Other than these, anything is a weapon in this kid's hands.
Powers: His nanomachines provide self-regeneration, physical enhancement, and the ability to manipulate his own blood as a weapon. He can move his blood around freely as weapon whether it would be as tendrils like a whip or solidifying it like a knife or spike. He can also keep himself from bleeding out.
Training: Seems like he does have some sort of formal training but where he got it, who knows?
Strategies: Kill the bad guy!!
Fighting Style: He mixes improvised street fighting with his skill with knives and a little acrobatics thrown in.

Extra Information/Trivia: He's fairly observant and often sees and hears anything going around him. A skill that he mainly uses in a fight but can also be used outside battle. His mind spins at a thousand miles a minute, sometimes it's hard to keep up. If he is pushed hard enough, he'll begin to crack and his rationality will fly out the window and his fighting style will become very animalistic. This is how he got those rumors stuck to him. He's gonna need someone who can keep him and his violent tendencies in check.

(The same as Act 3, though changed for the new setting. Your character wakes up, only to find them self sitting on a plan steel chair, surrounded by a dozen identical men. They are all wearing expensive suits, they are bald, and the strange lighting seems to prevent you from seeing their eyes. These men are all identical to each other, and they don't seem to move at all as they stare at you from all corners. They begin to question you, their monotone, alien-like voices are unnerving, but you realize something. There seems to be no way in... and no way out. You have no choice but to answer their questions now...)
