No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Empty Re: No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Anime5

Username: Hidden

Name: Tsuko Hiromi

Codename: The Leopard of Satsugai

Age: 18

Gender: Female

School Year: 2

Height: 5'6"

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: The Queens of Satsugai

Assignment in Gang: Second in Command

Fighting Style: Tsuko is a pure street fighter, growing up with her Father and no Mother. Her Father was part of the airforce, but seeing as the world went to shit, that wasn't a thing anymore. Tsuko was taught grappels and counters, but is also very strong in Judo. She didn't retain much, so she follows Hayato's example, except is better formed a lot of the time. Tsuko is not afraid to use anything and everything to her advantage however, from walls to metal pipes, she will use it.

Psychological Analysis: Tsuko is kind of really vulgar, and is not afraid to really get up in someones face about an issue. This sort of leads to her getting into fights much too often. She knows when a battle is won, and if someone attacks her after the fact, she often tries to trap or knock them out before taking them somewhere safe and leaving the scene. She knows her limits, and though hates it, she will admit defeat when her body cannot take anymore. Her mind and limits are very out there. However, this doesn't stop her from pushing those limits to the extreme.

Theme Music: Tsuko's Theme- You Wanna Scrap?

Threat Level: D

Interrogation

Kodotoka: Sit down, under the order of the Supreme Leader I have been tasked with "interviewing" you. With the authority invested in me by the student council... comply and you will be released...

Tsuko: Yeah yeah, whatever, let's just fuckin get on with it. (she sits down and puts where feet up on the table)

Kodotoka: I suggest you keep the attitude to a downlow... any actions that are deemed "unpatriotic" will be recorded in this interview... now, please state your name.

Tsuko: Man, screw off. Like I care about you or your 'unpatriotic' views. We're in fucking japan, not AMERICA! (she spits on the ground) And I'm Tsuko Hiromi.

Kodotoka: Patriotism is important for retaining the power of Satsugai, long live the Great Leader... now Hiromi-san, what is your affiliation?

Tsuko: Affiliation? Well, I'm in a gang, second in command, that what you mean?

Kodotoka: I was asking what your year was, and what student organizations you are a part of. However, your answer is all I needed to know... which gang?

Tsuko: The Queens of Satsugai. Nice ring to it, don't ya think? (grins)

Kodotoka: Nothing is "nice" about these gangs corrupting our youth... and you said you were... what? Second in command? Just how did you get such a position?

Tsuko: How? Well, I earned it, how the fuck else? That and the leader and I kind of go way back. Childhood friends, that type of thing.

Kodotoka: I see... then would you tell me a little bit about this gang of yours...? Just WHAT do you do...?

Tsuko: Well, we're kind of like the american girl scouts, except we kick ass and take names of other gangs in the city. You can call it training

Kodotoka: You instigate gang warfare and juvenile delinquency... how fun... and so you have experience fighting...?

Tsuko: Yes, ever since I was little. My Father taught me how to fight, him being an old part of the army. Then when my friend, who is the head of our gang, was training and stuff, I decided to tag along, and we kicked ass. It kind of went from there.

Kodotoka: So for how long have you been in this gang then...?

Tsuko: Since it's been fondued.

Kodotoka: Very well then... And what of the other major gangs in Satsugai...?

Tsuko: What about them? They got nothing on us.

Kodotoka: Very well then... what are your thoughts on the place you call home... Satsugai Academy...? As well as the student Council...?

Tsuko: Fuck...I hate it. Everything about it. The day I actually go to class will be the day I'm chained to the desk. And those prudes on the council can suck it.

Kodotoka: A likely response... And what are your plans for the future...?

Tsuko: I'll figure it out when I get there.

Kodotoka: Typical. Any interests...? Other than punching and causing a ruckus that is...

Tsuko: I play crane games and give the prizes to kids. And I read.

Kodotoka: Well then...! It reads! What a surprise there! Could you tell me about your family...?

Tsuko: You read comic books too? Funny! I thought you were all just sticks in the mud. (grins) I don't have a mom, but I got a dad. He was part of the air force, but was forced to retire. He was really good at it too. (smiles) He taught me most everything I know.

Kodotoka: Very well then... and what is your opinion on the dire situation in the west? Concerning the phenomenon known as "Super Criminals"?

Tsuko: Why should I care, they're all the way over in the west. Are they coming over here? Cause if so, then I'll care.

Kodotoka: Perhaps as individuals... even if that is not the case, this Super Criminal epidemic is spreading like wildfire... they are starting to appear across the planet... we believe that the gangs are a prelude to this in our triumphant civilization...

Tsuko: So you're saying that gangs are promoting super criminals?

Kodotoka: Exactly...

Tusko: I think your overreacting. Seriously. So what if I don't wanna go to school, doesn't I'm gonna go commit crimes. Maybe I'll be a vigilante or some shit.

Kodotoka: Frivilously ignoring the rules, fighting in the streets... there have even been murders linked to the gangs of Satsugai... that certainly sounds a lot like a criminal...

Tsuko: Fuck your rules. I've never killed someone personally, and fighting is a good skill this day and age. If I was a prissy little pansy picking flowers, I'd die instantly.

Kodotoka: Okay okay... cut the attitude... well, the Wolrd Government given you Threat Rating D... you may be a bit rebellious... but you haven't killed anyone, but keep in mind that you're being watched carefully...

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Hayato10

Username: Pan-sensei

Name: Hayato Furugi

Codename: The Tiger of Satsugai

Age: 16

Gender: Female

School Year: 2

Height: 5"7

Sexuality: Bi

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: The Queens of Satsugai

Assignment in Gang: Boss

Fighting Style: Hayato is an expert street fighter, self-taught, with her style developed through her experience as a fighter. Going by a strict training schedule, when Hayato isn't fighting or leading her gang, she's training. Her style consists of kicks, powerful punches, knees, elbows, and devastating grapples. Hayato rarely uses weapons, instead choosing to go about her battles with her fists. She refuses to wear armor, and always goes about her battles with her own sense of honor. This sense of honor does not apply to her rough fighting style however- cheap shots, biting, and the use of her surroundings in fights are just another part of her upbringing as a warrior.

Psychological Analysis: Hayato made the decision long ago to follow the warrior code. For her, fights are the pinnacle of human experience. Only through the heat of battle can one truly understand others, in her eyes. The heat of battle is the only thing that truly matters to her. Her gang, The Queens of Satsugai, was never officially formed of her own choice. Instead, several girls from Satsugai, inspired by Hayato, decided to follow the example she set for others. Flocking around her, The Queens of Satsugai was formed, one of the most feared delinquent gangs in Satsugai City.

Theme Music: Hayato Theme - O-Shui

Threat Level: D

Hayato: *Sits down, letting out a loud sigh* Sure sure... whatever... get on with it, yeah? I got better things to do.

Kodotoka: Please state your name and occupation.

Hayato: Hayato Furugi. I fight on the streets.

Kodotoka: And word is you lead the Queens of Satsugai.

Hayato: Oh...? Them? Yeah, they're pretty cool... you guys call them a gang right?

Kodotoka: Yes, you all have been labelled a delinquent group by the student council.

Hayato: Oh, nice. That's cool I guess. I don't really care about things like that, you know?

Kodotoka: No. I don't, that's why we're having this interview. Care to explain a bit of your history...?

Hayato: You asked me to come here, handcuffed me... then want me to tell you my life story...? You're pretty odd, you know that?

Kodotoka: So I've been told.

Hayato: Heh... what a pain. I mean, I'm sure you've heard some stories about me. The people that follow me around all the time like to talk about me a lot. I mean... I was once a nice little schoolgirl, but it got kinda boring, yah know? So one day I just up and decided that I wanted to punch people in the face! Nice story, am I right...!?

Kodotoka: ...

Hayato: I'm taking it you don't like my story? Fine, fine... I mean, I was always a pretty tough girl, but then I decided to dedicate my life to fighting! It was too much fun! Then some other girls apparently got inspired by me or something, because they started to follow me around and call themselves a "gang"... ain't that great...?

Kodotoka: No- not really- you lack any sort of legitimacy, prestige, or right to lead students. This sort of-

Hayato: Woah, woah there man... you think I'm trying to rebel or something...? I dont' really got any hatred for you guys, do what you want. I just wanna stick to what I like, fighting in the streets, punching clowns in the face, and yelling very loudly in the heat of battle. I'm not looking for any followers... or any sort of leadership position... I just wanna fight.

Kodotoka: I've heard you follow that dangerous religion. The one started by that man who caused so much havoc all those years a-

Hayato: You mean the whole "Survival of the Fittest" Deathworshipper get-up? Yep, you've heard right. I don't go pushing my beliefs on other people though, and I don't go around killing people. Death is real, its natural... its the only thing you can count on... you can only be sure of one thing in life, that you will die. That doesn't mean I go around killing people though, hell, its inspired me to live life to the fullest while I have it, because death will come knocking eventually.

Kodotoka: All religions are banned under the-

Hayato: Jeez man, lighten' up... I could care less, yah know that already! So what else you wanna talk about?

Kodotoka: Rumor is you want to start a gang war with Golden Overdrive. Is this true?

Hayato: The bikers? Heh, yeah, that seems like fun. So why the hell not!? I mean, I'm kinda more interested in fighting their leader, he seems strong. Once I did that The Queens pretty much said I had declared war on them. That's just how we work.

Kodotoka: Such violent actions are dangerous in the school environment! Lives could be lost-!

Hayato: Hey... like I said, I don't kill. Some of The Queens do, and that's their deal. Honestly, death is kinda inevitable man.. you telling me the President's come up with a way to stop death from happening?

Kodotoka: I fail to see how that-

Hayato: What a pain... we done here?

Kodotoka: Yes... quite done. You may leave... threat level D.

Hayato: See yah, I mean... chances are I won't see you again, you don't look very strong either. But hey, if you turn out to be strong... I'll be there to challenge yah. *Walks out of the room*

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles EIRIN_zps3bbe5e5b

Username:
Emu Queen

Name:
Eirin Akiyama

Codename:
The Dragon`s Right Eye

Age:
Sixteen

Gender:
Male

School Year:
Second

Height:
5'8"

Sexuality:
Unsure

Relationship Status:
Single

Gang:
The Student Council

Assignment in Gang:
Vice President / Head of the Disciplinary Committee

Fighting Style:
Eirin is proficiently trained in kenjutsu-- which is a very broad umbrella term for Japanese swordsmanship. His style is varied, taking combined bits from kendo, jigen-ryu, and tamiya-ryu. He`s typically seen with either a wooden kendo sword-- or, an actual katana. He`ll pretty much switch depending on the severity of the fight, seeing as how his battle techniques are entirely "frontal"-- or, rather, one-on-one, with no cheating or tricks. He`ll absolutely insist on an honorable duel. Though-- he`ll still take down cannon fodder on his own without much qualms.

Psychological Analysis:
As befits the head of the Disciplinary Committee, Eirin seems to hold an extreme adherence to law, his version of ethical behavior and the hierarchy of the school above all else--giving him an unusual and complicated code of honor. This aside, he`s dangerously hot-blooded and very zealous about displaying his outward, undying loyalty to the Student Council President--nearly to the point of fanaticism. He constantly berates his colleagues and keeps the students in line when the President is not around, and is widely considered to be their right-hand man. Eirin intimidates those under his authority, and is not below killing lawbreakers and displaying them as examples. As a matter a fact-- he`s very quick to resort to violence. However, he will never hurt an innocent student, and will always aid a student in need. He`s incredibly naive, and just the slightest bit socially awkward due to possible lack of exposure. He has a tendency to address everyone-- even his peers and enemies-- very respectfully, and lacks an indoor voice at times. He doesn`t seem to notice. Eirin views the other Student Council members as his closest friends--and, despite his constant barking and smothering-- cares for them greatly. They`re his only allies in his crusade against injustice, after all.

Theme Music:
Eirin`s Theme - The Wind and The Clouds

Threat Level:

Interrogation
(The usual. Your character has been brought into Satsugai Academy's interview room, where he/she shall be interviewed under suspect by the student council. Any questions asked are not answered, and knowing their supreme authority, it would be dangerous to resist. Brought into the mysterious dark interview room, handcuffed, a masked uniformed-student sits at a table, waiting for you to walk into the room. He bares an armband showing the insignia of the Student Council. He gestures for you to sit down, then speaks in a grave, solemn tone.

Eirin is brought into the room, Kodotoka sits across, waiting for him.

Kodotoka: Welcome, Vice-President, sir! Please sit down, it's time for the yearly interview!

Eirin: *With a broad smile on his features, he proudly sits across from Kodotaka, placing his hands on his knees before bowing his head to the other respectfully.* Of course--! Thank you very much! Please proceed as instructed! I will do my best to answer as best I can!

Kodotoka: Of course! Please state your name and occupation.

Eirin: MY NAME IS EIRIN AKIYAMA, AND I AM RAIKO-SAMA`S IMPENETRABLE SHIELD! As Vice President of the Student Council, as well as Head of the Disciplinary Committee-- it is my sworn duty to enforce our leader`s rules AS DILIGENTLY AS POSSIBLE. I value order, law, and jUSTICE above all else--! My other interests include kendo, mahjong, and white chocolate--! ... *He calms some, giving the other a smile.* As you can see, I also believe in going above and beyond all expectations. *He nods.*

Kodotoka: I- I can see this- you just answered three of my questions in one go... well then... well- what do you think of each of the other Student Council members...?

Eirin: ...I...I did...? *Seems quite distraught-- so, he bows his head again.* I... am very sorry... I did not intend to diverge. BUT--! My fellow Student Council members are my only allies in my crusade against injustice--! They are, without a doubt, the best comrades I could possibly have, for their resolve is as unwavering as my own! I am... uncertain if I am in the right to deem some closer to myself than others-- but, Saito-san and Bellerose-san in particular seem to... enjoy my company. They are, as one would say, very "chill"! ... Even if Bellerose-san`s boisterous gambling interest is entirely against regulations. I am unsure if she is even of proper age to indulge in such a... "hobby". But, whose to say one cannot change their ways, yes--? Surely, with my guidance-- ... *He cuts himself off, remembering that he sort of already set the interview off course a bit.* ... I... am very sorry. I like them all very much. Next question, please.

Kodotoka: And what about the Student Council President...?

Eirin: --!!! *He stiffens more--* I AM BUT A MERE EXTENSION OF OUR SUPREME LEADER`S WILL--!! I AM WILLING TO DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO UPHOLD HER IRON-FISTED GRIP ON THIS SCHOOL, OR DIE TRYING!  I PLEDGED MY LOYALTY TO HER LONG AGO, AND I DO NOT INTEND TO /EVER/ GO BACK ON MY WORD. THE WORLD SHALL SOON WITNESS THE POWER OF RAIKO-SAMA`S AMBITION AND SATSUGAI ACADEMY, AND I SHALL SEE IT THROUGH TO THE VERY END--!! BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY! RAIKO-SAMA AND ONLY RAIKO-SAMA IS A PEERLESS FORCE OF MIGHT-- THE ONLY INDIVIDUAL ON THIS EARTH WORTHY OF COMPLETE SUBJUGATION! ... *Slowly, he calms some. Again. Deep breaths, Eirin, deep breaths--* She... is the only person I have ever met truly fit to be called a "hero". I `m completely honored to be considered worthy enough to fight by her side. *He nods curtly.* That is all.

Kodotoka: I- I- okay then. What do you think of the recent surge of juvenile delinquents...? The gangs-

Eirin: Dirt. ALL OF THEM, DIRT. THEIR DAYS ARE NUMBERED-- NUMBERED, I SAY--! BEFORE THEY FALL BEFORE THE MIGHT OF OUR SUPREME LEADER AND HER IMPENETRABLE COUNCIL! IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF DAYS BEFORE THEY ARE MERE SMEARS BEFORE OUR FEET-- THE ONLY JUST PUNISHMENT FOR ONE WITH ENOUGH /GULL/ TO /DARE/ DISOBEY RAIKO-SAMA--!! Raiko-sama`s will-- and my own-- shall prevail! ............................ Although. *He leans back in his chair, his expression thoughtful.* I cannot help but wonder if... among them... one or two could perhaps be a fearsome opponent. You see-- I am in a near endless search of new possibilities to test my skills-- all while supporting Raiko-sama`s goals and ideals! As such is any warrior`s path! And this--?! It is but the perfect opportunity! I am entirely eager to see what kind of prowess our enemy will show on the battlefield! You understand, yes--?!

Kodotoka: Y-yes... I understand... so, what do you think of the surge of Super Criminals in the west? Especially what happened back in Chicago and San Francisco...?

Eirin: Great! As I would suspect from any member of Raiko-sama`s council! *He gives a loud, heart laugh-- but, turns solemn at the mention of Super Criminals.* ... What of them? ... Mere dirt. The kind of dirt that Raiko-sama is surely ready to cleanse this earth of. When I hear of the situation in the West... I cannot help but be disgusted. To think that humans would even be capable of such disgusting feats... to think that so many innocent lives were cut short... it truly twists my stomach, Kodotoka-san. No-- the day I think of apes of that breed as human will be my last. My apologies. Just... *He sighs, seeming exasperated. The topic clearly vexes him.* A tolerance for the savage peons that run a-muck this Earth is a thing I lack...

Kodotoka: Y-yeah... I agree (I think). So... I can see you carry that sword around with you... could you tell me about that...?

Eirin: Ah-- yes! In short, MY SWORD IS THE SWORD THAT WILL PIERCE THE HEAVENS. Like I said before-- I`ve had a passion for the art of kendo as long as I`ve walked this Earth! However, my katana is a gift from the Student Council. I`ll commonly switch weapons depending on the severity of a battle, you see-- BUT QUESTION ME NOT. NO MATTER THE WEAPON I WIELD-- WITH ANY BLADE IN HAND, I SHALL BANISH BACK THE CUR THAT DARE DEFY RAIKO-SAMA`S MIGHTY RULE TO THE FIERY PLANES FROM WHENCE THEY CAME! IT IS WITH MY BLADE`S AID, THAT MY MIGHT WILL BE WRITTEN IN LEGENDS FOR CENTURIES TO COME! Either way, I am near unstoppable! *He nods with vigor.*

Kodotoka: Pierce the heavens...? Unstoppable...? I see... well... how about you tell me about your family?

Eirin: Yes, of course--! My family... ah... *He squeezes his eyes shut for a moment, smiling some.* My elder sister and myself were raised by my mother alone! My mother is among the mightiest this Earth has seen before! Truly a woman above her time! Ah-- she is also responsible for teaching me the ways of the blade. We`re very close. Yes. I believe that`s all there is to say on that...

Kodotoka: Interesting to say the least... so have any friends besides those in the Student Council...?

Eirin: ... *He just stares for a moment, before bowing his head.* I`m... afraid not. P-Please forgive me for not being able to answer this question more thoroughly... I will try harder in the future...

Kodotoka: Oh- well then-... very sorry, sir! So... could you tell me how your daily schedule?

Eirin: I-It is not at all your fault, Kodotaka-san! There is no one to blame but me! A-As... for my schedule-- I RISE AT 4AM ON THE DOT. NO EARLIER, NO LATER. AT 4:05AM, I BRUSH MY TEETH. AT 4:07, I FINISH. AT 4:10, I PUT ON MY UNIFORM. FROM 4:15 TO 5:45, I TRAIN. IN A VARIETY OF WAYS. FROM 5:45 TO 6:00, I JOG--NOT WALK, NOT RUN, BUT /JOG/-- TO SATSUGAI ACADEMY-- EXACTLY ONE HOUR BEFORE CLASS STARTS. FROM 6:00 TO 7:00 I STAND GUARD AT SATSUGAI ACADEMY. AT 7:00, I ATTEND CLASS. AT EXACTLY 7:30, I GLANCE OUTSIDE THE WINDOW FOR /EXACTLY 30 SECONDS/. THEN, AT 7:30 PLUS 30 SECONDS, I--

Kodotoka: Alright alright I get it-! (Jeez... this guy is completely different from the rest of the Council I've interviewed so far...) you are obviously a very busy man! So... besides Satsugai... what do you think of the other rival academies...?

Eirin: A very busy man indeed! AS BEFITS THE HEAD OF THE DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE, AND RAIKO-SAMA`S IMPENETRABLE SHI--... *Oh, he was asked another question--* Ah, yes! They shall make excellent additions to Raiko-sama`s reign!

Kodotoka: Okay then... so what exactly does your job as Vice President entail...?

Eirin: ......... I aM RAIKO-SAMA`S IMPENETABLE SHIELD--!! I AM BUT A MERE EXTENSION OF OUR SUPREME LEADER`S WILL! BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY! ... I also do a lot of the paperwork she doesn`t like. Not that I mind, though! I am prepared to do whatever it takes to ensure her ambitions come to meet the light of day--! ... *Suddenly kind of really serious--* ... Whatever. It. Takes.

Kodotoka: I had predicted as much. Well. You're loyal... (Writes down Threat Level B on his notepad) I believe we're done here...

Eirin: OF COURSE I AM LOYAL. UNWAVERINGLY LOYAL, AS SUCH IS A WARRIOR`S RESOLVE! ASK NOT THE SPARROW HOW THE EAGLE SOARS, MY FRIEND. SHOULD MY BODY PERISH WHILST SERVING RAIKO-SAMA, MY SPIRIT SHALL NOT. ... But, yes! It was very nice to see you again, Kodotoka-san! *He bows his head, smiling broadly at the other.* Speaking with you is always a pleasure! May we work together and bring about a prosperous future to this land, under the rule of Raiko-sama! *He bows again* I`ll take my leave now, sir--

Kodotoka: Very well then! Have a nice day, sir! Oh! And your Threat Level is B by the way-!

Eirin: A very pleasant day to you as well, Kodotoka-san! *He stands to make on his merry way, until the threat level is brought up. Then he just... sort of stops all movement for a bit.* ................................................ Threat........................................Level.........................................................?
*And suddenly-- his katana is unsheathed and pointed in Kodotoka`s direction from across the table.* WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS--?! DO YOU, SIR, MEAN TO IMPLY THAT I SHOULD EVER IMPOSE A THREAT TO RAIKO-SAMA`S REIGIN-?! BITE YOUR TONGUE--! YOU WILL PAY DEARLY FOR YOUR SCANDALOUS LIES! PLEASE, STAND SO WE MAY ENGAGE IN RIGHTEOUS COMBAT THIS INSTANT. I HEREBY REQUEST A DUEL.

Kodotoka: R-relax-! Everyone has a Threat Level- that's just how it's done, okay!? I HIGHLY doubt you'd ever even think of betraying The Supreme Leader! Everyone on the Council has one- hey- seriously- I don't do the dueling thing-! I can't even fight-!

Eirin: *He keeps his glare firm, and his blade pointed at the other for a few more moments.* .................................................................................. I see. *He sheathes his katana again.* ... If... it is regulation... then, I shall let this one instance go. BUT KNOW THIS--! *He points an accusing finger at Kodotoka from across the table--* AS RAIKO-SAMA`S IMPENETRABLE SHIELD, MY LOYALTY TO HER IS UNWAVERING-- AS IS MY SPIRIT AND SWORD! IN SPITE OF THE OPPONENT, MY SPIRIT BURNS, AND MY PATH IS CLEAR! AND IT IS MY INTENSE DETERMINATION AND LOYALTY THAT SHALL BREED VICTORY! AS SUCH IS THE WARRIOR`S WAY!

Kodotoka: O-okay then. Good day to you Eirin, I believe we are done with this interview...!

Eirin: Excellant! *He bows at an exact 90 degree angle.* You have done a very splendid job conducting this interview! I wish you many more splendid interviews to come! Please keep doing as you are instructed! *He stands up straight again.* And a very good day to you as well, Kodotoka-san! *With a big smile on his face, he proudly strides out of the room."

END INTERVIEW

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Mizugi10

Username: Pan-Sensei

Name: Mizugi Oda

Codename: The Destroyer

Age: 15

Gender: Female

School Year: Year 1

Height: 5"5 to 7"0

Sexuality: Straight

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: The Student Council

Assignment in Gang: Secretary

Fighting Style: Mizugi The Destroyer is a master of both Karate and Judo, trained from a young age in the martial arts. Her skills as a killer were noted by the Student Council, and in honor of her fighting talent, Mizugi was gifted with the Superdrug "Faultline". Faultline is injected right into her body, a single dosage is enough to turned her into a huge, hulking behemoth. Her physical strength is increased ten-fold, her size is increased by a huge margin, along with her anger and killing intent. In battle Mizugi will attempt to savagely beat her opponent to death, despite this she is a talented and very well-trained martial artist, do not mistake her size and power for a lack of technique.

Psychological Analysis: Mizugi desires one thing: to get stronger. It doesn't matter what she has to do to get there, she desires for her power to be "acknowledged by the heavens themselves" even if it is whilst standing atop a mountain of corpses. She is loyal to the Student Council, but only because she believes they are the quickest path to gaining more power in this world. Even the use of the Faultline superdrug was simply to increase her power. In the end little else matters but her dream of becoming the most "fit" to survive in battle. This desire can be stemmed back to her heritage, as she is the latest in a long line of prestigious fighters, she wishes to surpass all of her ancestors, to be acknowledged as the greatest.

Theme Music: Mizugi Theme - Fly High

Interrogation
(The usual. Your character has been brought into Satsugai Academy's interview room, where he/she shall be interviewed under suspect by the student council. Any questions asked are not answered, and knowing their supreme authority, it would be dangerous to resist. Brought into the mysterious dark interview room, handcuffed, a masked uniformed-student sits at a table, waiting for you to walk into the room. He bares an armband showing the insignia of the Student Council. He gestures for you to sit down, then speaks in a grave, solemn tone.

Kodotoka: Please, sit down ma'am. It's time for your yearly interview-

Mizugi: Heh, interview? Is that what they call it now? Alright then...

Kodotoka: Name and occupation please.

Mizugi: Mizugi Oda... Secretary for the Student Council President.

Kodotoka: And what does your job entail?

Mizugi: Well honestly, it's supposed to "entail" a bunch of boring things... but that's left to the other secretary... I just shove my paperwork towards her. I'm just the girl that The President calls when she wants someone dead in a very messy way...

Kodotoka: Ahem- yes, quite. And by dead you mean-?

Mizugi: I mean DEAD. Seriously D.E.A.D... got it? I kill someone for the Council and act as a bodyguard whenever I'm needed and in return I can crush skulls whenever I want. It's the deal of a lifetime...

Kodotoka: Will you tell me how you got such a position... in the council?

Mizugi: I was offered it. But it was more than that... I could care less about such jobs and titles... they offered me a chance to get stronger!

Kodotoka: Stronger... does that really matter to you so much?

Mizugi: It's the ONLY thing that matters. Everything I do, the fighting, the training, the diet, the killing... my job... it's all to get stronger. My pursuit in life is an endless one... the pursuit to better myself!

Kodotoka: And just how did the Student Council offer you a chance to be stronger?

Mizugi: A superdrug, called ONI. It increases by muscles tenfold, it enhances my senses, my strength is improved upon. It increases my anger and killing intent as well... just how I like it. It only lasts an hour or so... then I revert. It's expensive... so I only use it when I fight a worthy opponent. But when I'm using it... oh boy... do I LOVE it. Its great... perfect... addicting as hell...

Kodotoka: Does it have an addictive element?

Mizugi: Yeah... only another reason to seek out more worthy opponents! I go through redraws if I don't take it... but I can't overuse it is because the damn thing's too expensive for the Council to mass produce it! Still... I can't say it isn't worth the price...

Kodotoka: Ahem... very well then, so... what do you think of the gangs-?

Mizugi: Don't tell the President... but I love them. They make for great targets... they're always up for a fight, and its AMAZING to break their bones and hear their screams of agony. I pray that we meet on the battlefield more often...

Kodotoka: I- I see... well then- anything else?

Mizugi: I could tell you about my upbringing as a martial artist, my opinions on the other council members, hell... even about my other hobbies... but I believe I am quite done speaking with you.

Kodotoka: B-but ma'am! The Interview must be finished fully-

Mizugi: Oh... are you really going to stop me..? How interesting... to think a small guy like you would EVEN THINK of trying to get in my way...

Kodotoka: Hold on here... I didn't meant any offense ma'am... no... seriously I didn't-! I-! I-! AAAGH-!

Daisuke Tsukino

Codename:
Blazing Falcon

Age:
17

Gender:
Male

School Year:
Year 1

Height:
6'1''

Sexuality:
Hasn't really thought about it--?? tOO BUSY WITH GANG LIFE, YO-- //slapped

Relationship Status:
Single

Gang:
Golden Overdrive

Assignment in Gang:
Leader

Fighting Style:
Daisuke's fighting style is focused around combining brute strength with high speeds. He usually uses heavy pipe-type weapons, and is most commonly seen wielding a stop sign as his main weapon. He's a very close range fighter, however--he's got no problem with getting up close and personal to his enemies. Mostly because, as is well known, his gang is a motorcycle gang. His motorcycle is built for speed, and even has a function that can bring the motorcycle up to incredible speeds--it's apparently an add-on that he built onto the motorcycle himself. He uses his motorcycle to speed up and through his enemies, bashing them as he goes. His motorcycle grants him the speed he needs, and while he's off the machine, he's definitely able to hold his own. He's got battle experience from numerous gang fights on the streets. He can fight armed or not, and always puts a good deal of power behind his blows. Speed isn't his specialty when he's off his motorcycle, but the sheer brute force he puts behind his attacks definitely makes up for that. He's got a good amount of defense and is definitely able to take a punch, as well.

Psychological Analysis:
Daisuke seems to be fairly sound of mind--though he does seem to have a sort of inferiority complex deep rooted within himself, possibly due to some kind of family issue. He seems to be awfully reckless, and takes insults, especially those geared towards his gang, very personally. He is very loyal to his gang and its members, and treats them all as close friends that he would never betray. His common solution to problems is punching things, and that's no bueno--
Lastly, he believes that promises are sacred ground, and would never break them--even if it means going through Hell and back to keep that promise.

Theme Music:
Daisuke's Theme - Redline

Interrogation

(Daisuke is brought into the room, handcuffed. Kodotoka sits on the opposite side of the table, as if waiting for his arrival.)

Kodotoka: Ah, you've arrived. Please, sit down. With the power invested in me by the student council, I have a few questions for you...

Daisuke: *as he enters the room, he glances around the room, his eyes eventually falling upon the table set up. With a heavy sigh of irritation, he moves over there and sits down in the chair, scooting the chair back enough to put his feet up on the table and leans back in his chair* Alright--let's get this over with, then.

Kodotoka: Name and occupation, please.

Daisuke: Daisuke Tsukino--leader of Golden Overdrive. Yeah, the gang--I'm guessing you've heard of it--?

Kodotoka: (Sighs) Of course I have... so you're the boss then? This makes it easy then... how exactly did you start up this gang?

Daisuke: *raises an eyebrow at the sigh* What, you got a fuckin' problem with it--? *pauses to listen to the question* It wasn't that much of a production. You get enough like-minded people together, and of course they're gonna band together, right? We all had bullshit that we didn't wanna put up with anymore--and the freedom of the streets sounded a whole lot more appealing, you know?

Kodotoka: So in other words you're a bunch of rebellious teenagers that don't want to play by society's rules...?

Daisuke: What, is /that/ the best label you can come up with to have a reason to hate us...? Man...and here I thought that academies were supposed to be 'halls of creativity' and whatnot... *yawns* If you want to hear it straight...we're just standin' up against things that we think are wrong. Don't have to play by society's rules when the rules aren't fair, yeah?

Kodotoka: The rules exist for a reason... our Satsugai has stood as a symbol of order and purity in a world infested by super criminals and thugs! It's better than the alternative... ending up a nuked crater like Chicago. So tell me Tsukino-san... are your tiny virtues like "freedom" and "fairness" important enough to die over...?

Daisuke: *honestly kind of looks like he stops paying attention as soon as Kodotaka gets to the 'our Satsugai' part--but his attention is returned once he hears his name* ...Die over? *gives a small chuckle* Maybe. Most of us prefer living on the edge anyway, but--the threat of death kind of just makes you live your life to the fullest day by day, right? Better than the monotony of just doing the exact same thing every day at the academy, if you ask me...

Kodotoka: You're insane, that's for sure. So I can assume that the rest of your gang is just as foolish and crazy as you? What does your gang actually do...?

Daisuke: *shrugs, crossing his arms* Whatever you wanna think...no skin off my nose... *seems to take more offense, though, when the members of his gang are mentioned* Hey...you can say what you want about me, but leave them out of it...As for what we do...if you think that we're so 'crazy' and 'foolish,' why should you really care...?

Kodotoka: You did not answer my question. What acitivities does your gang take part in...?

Daisuke: *just kind of stares at Kodotaka for a moment* ...Well. Not one for conversation, huh? Whatever...we ride around, raise hell--it really depends on how we're feeling that day, you know? The more shit we wreck, the more people know our name--and the more, the better, you know? It really doesn't matter what I tell you that we do though, yeah? You're just going to say that it's 'not acceptable in a school environment' or some shit, aren't you--?

Kodotoka: Exactly. Instead of staying united against the common rabble outside this academy, you merely contribute to the chaos. It really is moronic. Next question then... could you tell me about your family or childhood? Any part of your life before you started your gang?

Daisuke: *frowns, his eyebrows furrowing slightly* Watch your step, alright...? You're kinda starting to piss me off a bit... *sighs in irritation, then moves on to answer the question* I lived alone with my dad. And I had a dog. Dad always encouraged me to make a change--give my life some purpose. So hell--that's what I'm doing. Simple as that.

Kodotoka: Make a change? And what would that mean?

Daisuke: It means changing the way that things are--society, the country, life in general--if you see anything in the world that you think is wrong and hurting people, then you've gotta fix it--you can't just let it sit there and keep going. You've gotta change things. We saw that there was something seriously rotten with the way that things are now--so, we're trying to fix it.

Kodotoka: That is a pathetically black-and-white way at looking at the world... everything the Student Council does is for the greater good of the nation. They're building a strong state to combat the evils of the west... or would you rather we go the way that Chicago went? Stay weak and volotile before being wiped off the map by a crazy super criminal?

Daisuke: You keep bringing up Chicago...what did they ever do wrong? They didn't ask for it--and you can't stop a nuke. Not even your academies can stop a nuke. If anything, building up defenses like this are just going to make people want to nuke us more, don't you think?

Kodotoka: Wrong... we're prepared... and continue to prepare for any and all threats to the state. Satsugai has a plan in the case we are attacked in such a way. Nor would we ever be a target, because unlike Chicago... we're not weak. The weak die in this world, the only way to survive is to carry the bigger stick and make sure everyone knows you have it...

Daisuke: And what, totalitarianism makes Japan the big man in the world or something...?

Kodotoka: Exactly. The ends justify the means.

Daisuke: So, you figure that we'll just make every other country shit their pants--and then what? You just parade around your nation of killing machines?

Kodotoka: It's either we grow strong or we die with the rest of the trash. Would you rather we all become  the victims of a maniacal colorfully-dressed psychopath just because you don't like order and society? Are you a child? You don't like the government, because they don't let you do whatever you want, so damn it all, correct?

Daisuke: I don't like the government because I don't want to be a tool. I'm a person--not a gun turret. Same with everyone else in this country. Just that you guys just don't seem to get that. We don't have to live like this just to get strong, you know.

Kodotoka: I disagree, this is the ONLY way, and even then we have delinquents like you who'd turn Satsugai into Scarlet City if we dropped our guard for  so much as a second...

Daisuke: Man, listen--alright, how do I put this...no matter how orderly you guys make things, there's always gonna be loose ends. Perfect order just isn't a thing, alright? You should've known that before you started this.

Kodotoka: Humanity is by nature flawed, of course perfect order isn't a thing. But that doesn't mean we should let loose and let our nation grow weak and stale. What would you do if you were in charge? Demolish the government? Satsugai would be in anarchy within days. Democracy? That worked out SO WELL for Scarlet City... so tell me, then. Yous eem to have all the answers. What would YOU do instead of the Council?

Daisuke: What, you think I've got all the answers? Bullshit. I don't know the first thing about running a country. And I wouldn't wanna run the country, anyway. But hey--you say that anarchy and democracy never seemed to work out--name me a few times when dictatorships worked out, then--?

Kodotoka: The Academies have been flourishing since they took control from the Megacorps 5 years ago. China under the Krieg Regime has been the only stable nation since the Cataclysm. Both are dictatorships.

Daisuke: *kind of just stares at Kodotaka for a moment, frowning and looking away a bit abashedly* Man, whatever...I doubt that the people there are happy, either way...

Kodotoka: Is that what concerns you most...? Happiness?

Daisuke: Well--look at it like this. You keep asking me if I'd want to give up life for ideals? Tell me this--yeah, a harsh government might keep people alive physically--but if someone is going through their life unhappy and depressed--isn't it pretty much the same as being dead, if they're stuck in a life they hate?

Kodotoka: I'm not going to argue with a delinquent on such matters anymore. Instead I will ask you about the other gangs in this Academy... you know which two in particular I'm talking about...

Daisuke: Yeah--I do. But answer my question first. If I've gotta answer your questions, you might as well not avoid mine.

Kodotoka: I am not obliged to answer any of your questions. I am a state-sponsored worker.

Daisuke: And what makes you wanna avoid it so bad? You don't want to admit to your faults or something?

Kodotoka: Because we were going around in circles... neither of us will listen to the other's words, so what made the argument worth it? It isn't ... so let me do my job.

Daisuke: Would it be so weird for me just to want to hear your answer?

Kodotoka: Yes, though you're weird no matter what, honestly-

Daisuke: *glances back over at Kodotaka, then suddenly seems like he's holding in chuckles* What kind of insult was that...?

Kodotoka: It' sthe insult where I jsut want to get on with this interview-

Daisuke: Then just get on with the interview--who's stopping you--

Kodotoka: I did- what do you think of the Demons of Dragon Street and the Queens of Satsugai-?

Daisuke: I mean--they're okay, I guess? I like 'em better than you guys at the academies, that's for sure. They're pretty okay.

Kodotoka: I heard the Queens of Satsugai were very intested in a gang war with you guys...

Daisuke: Are they...? Huh. Alright. *he honestly seems a bit too nonchalant about this--*

Kodotoka: What the hell was that response..? You're not even phased by the fact that someone is out to get you...?

Daisuke: Meh--not really, no. We have scuffles with the other gangs all the time--a "gang war" would just mean more fighting more often, yeah?

Kodotoka: Aaaaand you're fine with this...? All this fighting?

Daisuke: A good fight clears the air. Honestly, I feel like people are more themselves when they get a good balance between panic and peace, you know? If someone just lives out their life without any danger, then they'd get soft--lose their edge--lulled into a false sense of security.

Kodotoka: If you say so... well then, what do you think about your other gang members?

Daisuke: They're all great, you know--? I don't think I've had any better friends my entire life.

Kodotoka: So... I need to ask... what's up with the hair...?

Daisuke: ...What do you mean, what's up with it...?

Kodotoka: Your hair... the unicorn... thing...

Daisuke: Unicorn thing--? Dude--it's a pompadour--

Kodotoka: A travesty against humanity is what it is-

Daisuke: And what are you, some expert on hairstyles--? I like my hair just the way it is, thanks--it's better than yours, at least--

Kodotoka: What hair...? (Is bald)

Daisuke: Exactly.

Kodotoka: Whelp. I think we're done here. Your threat level is D- get out of my office-

Daisuke: D Minu--are you kidding me--?! *sits up, pulling his feet off the table* C'mon, man, I'm at least worth a C--

Kodotoka: Maybe if you get a more threatening hairstyle...

Daisuke: I could probably poke your eye out with this thing are you kidding me--

Kodotoka: Oh! You'er gonna poke out the eye of a low-ranked student who's only job is filling out paper work!? Oh wow- yeah, you're such big shit!

Daisuke: Hey, hey--don't go asking for it--or I might actually do it--

Kodotoka: You wouldn't really make yourself any more threatening...

Daisuke: *pauses for a moment*...C'mon. At least a D plus. Work with me here--I'm the leader of a motorcycle gang for crying out loud--

Kodotoka: D.

Daisuke:.........Fuck. Fine--

Kodotoka: Goodbye, Daisuke-san.

Daisuke: Fine--you know what--fine-- *stands up, and tries to think of something intimidating to say* ...Better--watch your step--yeah-- *slowly just kind of backs up out of the room trying to look imposing* See ya--

Relationship Status:

Gang:
The Queens of Satsugai

Assignment in Gang:
Member

Fighting Style:
Seeing as Dali`s extensive knowledge on gang life comes from watching various TV shows and movies-- her weapons are rather abiding of the bancho archetype. She`s armed herself with a pair of brass knuckles-- along with a golden bat wrapped with bandages with nails stabbed into it. She doesn`t follow any particular fighting style, making her quite sloppy in a fight-- and what little she does know, she`s learned from viewing other fights. She`s not muscled in the slightest-- for that matter, she`s a bit on the chubby side. But, she is rather quick, and over time she`s near perfected her dodging. Running away is also a thing she`s pretty good at--

Psychological Analysis:
Dali is a rather hyperactive, ditzy, and goofy girl. She`s the best definition of an underachiever-- but, has a very impressive drive when it comes to things that hold importance to her. Among other gangsters, she has the slightest tendency to stick out like a sore thumb, due to her rather unpresumptuous and non-threatening nature. She`s also quite dedicated to her gang`s leader, Hayato Furugi-- the source of her sudden turn into delinquency, whom she affectionately calls 'big sis'. Though she`s starting from the absolute bottom-- she`s very determined to make something of herself in the world of delinquency, even if the reason for this being that she thinks it`s totally the coolest thing ever!

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Empty Re: No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles

Post  Raven Todd Sun Feb 23, 2014 1:53 am

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Redsun3_zpsfa598989

Username: Raven Todd

Name: Tomoko Mitsurgi

Codename: Wisdoms Blade

Age: 16

Gender: Female

School Year:  3

Height: 5'9

Sexuality: Straight

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: Student Council

Assignment in Gang: Historian

Fighting Style: Tomoko has had her hippocampus cybernetically altered  to be able to store a mass amount of information and not forget any details over any length of time. This information can extend from school matters, to gang activities to battle strategies. This ability gives her access to an abundance of information that makes analyzing a situation simpler for her, even if it be in the heat of battle.  She uses her cybernetic in coordination with her training as a soldier.  Her training included the ability to use  knifes, grenades, sniper rifles, grenade launcher, and various other gun models. Tomoko is also fast on her feet having been trained to use the shadows to her advantage whether she be on a mission to kill someone or gather information. Tomoko is also particularly lethal as she is not above fighting dirty if the success of the mission is at stake or she perceives someone as a possible threat in the future.

Psychological Analysis: Tomoko is definitively a product of her environment. When given a task, very little can sway her from completing it, particularly if she believes in the cause behind. Tomoko is committed to her duties as a historian and The Student Council to the point where she would willingly hurt or kill someone hindering them and the school. She holds people who uphold their duties highly and respects her fellow council members but will point out when they let their shortcomings overcome them. Despite this she still views them as something close to friends. Tomoko firmly believes in knowledge and finds going into battle without a strategy foolish as she people who rush into battle without the proper strategy or tools as simple minded and worthy of being removed from her path.
Theme Music:

Threat Level: C

Interrogation
Tomoko is brought into the room, not handcuffed, but instead escorted by guards
Kodotoka: Welcome ma'am! Please, sit done ma'am, we're going through the yearly interviews for all members of the the  faculty, student council included. Could you spare us a few moments of your time?
Tomoko nods respectfully at Kodotoka. Tomoko: of course. Proceed as instructed and thank you for fulfilling your duties to the academy. She sits calmly and waits for Kodotoka to begin the interview.
Kodotoka: Thank you ma'am! Could you please state your name and occupation?
Tomoko: My name is Tomoko Mitsurgi. I serve as the Historian for the student council.
Kodotoka: Of course! And the people of Satsugai thank you for your hard work as part of the Student Council! So what do you do as the Historian of the Council?
today
Tomoko nods.
Tomoko: Thank you. I am grateful to them as well. I serve as the record keeper for the organization. I am tasked with keeping track of all information in the academy and city. I also serve as an officer in the regime. Tomoko is utterly serious as she speaks of her duties. She looks at Kodotoka, not threateningly but still seriously.
Kodotoka: Good work then, you have quite the task on your hands! Could you tell me a little bit about yourself? Your life... any motivatiosn or interests?
‎ Tomoko: It must be done. I am honored to have been given this job. I have been trained as a soldier since I was able to walk. My primary goal is the preservation of knowledge, for the purpose of keeping order in the academy and Satsugai. I believe knowledge to be the most powerful yet underutilized weapon, particularly by those who tend to oppose order.
Kodotoka: Speaking of those that oppose order... what do you think of the recent rise in gang activity in Satsugai?
Tomoko: It is regrettable, but that is being dealt with. I have no tolerance for those who would tear down everything the academy is fighting to uphold. Those who try will be cut down in my path.
Kodotoka: I agree... could you talk abotu your military training?
Tomoko: Yes. My parents served as military specialists. They trained me to use military weapons as well as use my surroundings to my advantage. I've been taught to utilize speed and the shadows to my advantage in attacking and analyzing situations.
Kodotoka: Interesting, and I assume your military training was a factor in you climbing up the ranks of the Student Council?
Tomoko: Yes. It was. My skills in combination with my cybernetic helped me obtain my current position.
Kodotoka: I see... what else can you tell me about your skills, other than military training?
Tomoko: I've had my hippocampus cyberneticaly altered so that I physically cannot forget any information I obtain.
Kodotoka: That sounds... interesting... painful too... the surgery needed for such cybernetics seem extensive... did the Student Council pay for this?
Tomoko notes Kodotoka's reaction. Tomoko: The surgery was extensive but I was under enough sedation that I don't remember any pain, so I couldn't say. The Student Council paid for a good portion of the cybernetics, but not for all of it. The rest was funded by my parents.
Kodotoka: I understand... any particular weapons you are proficient at?
Tomoko: I prefer using weapons like sniper rifles, knifes, as well as various other gun models
Kodotoka: And you definitely know how to use them with that training... so... what do you think of the other Student Council members...?
Tomoko nodded.
‎ Tomoko: I respect the other members of the Student Council. They uphold their duties admirably. Personally the members themselves are not without their shortcomings, but I find them to be the most capable group of people for the job the student council has been given.
Kodotoka: Do you believe the Student Council President has any plans for the future...?
Tomoko: I have no doubts.
Kodotoka: Well then, I believe we are done. Any other pieces of information you wish to bestow before we part ways?
Tomoko nodded.
Tomoko: Understood. None that I can think of. I wish you luck in dealing with the gang members you are likely to encounter.
Kodotoka: Very well... we are done then! You may leave now, ma'am!
Tomoko stood, nodding formally at Kodotoka.
Kodotoka: Thank you. You perform your duty well, Sir. Tomoko exited calmly, the guards escorting her out.

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles 011_zps5ec417fb

Username: Raven Todd

Name: Akahana "Hana" Arai

Codename: Scarlet Spider

Age: 15

Gender: Female

School Year:  1

Height: 5'7

Sexuality: Bisexual

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: Golden Overdrive

Assignment in Gang: Member

Fighting Style: Hana has been taught by her father, formerly a member of the Yakuza, how to handle a katana. As a result of this training, Hana tends to focus on speed, stealth, and precision when in a fight. She will typically use a katana that has been passed down through her family for several generations. She is fairly capable of using other weapons such as  knifes, and etc, but she will typically prefer to use a sword.
Hana also has small launchers in cyberneticaly implanted in her wrists that shoot out barbed nets. As a member of Golden Overdrive, Hana also owns a motorcycle that has been slightly altered to be able to hold her weapons and move at great speeds. Her motorcycle has also been altered to be lighter than normal making turns and sudden stops easier than usual. With her training Hanna has become a rather skilled fighter thanks to her fathers training and while she is more comfortable armed she can put up a fair fight while unarmed though her fighting style does  become more defensive in these scenarios.

Psychological Analysis: Hana is quite unusual for a delinquent. Delinquency seems to have been inevitable for her as the daughter of a former member of the yakuza, however her method of defying the student council is different. Hana. unlike her fellow delinquents, comes to class  regularly and displays an unnerving amount of intelligence as she seems to be using what school is teaching to better herself in her current situation as an enemy of the state and as a fighter. Though she also tends to use coming to class as an opportunity to rattle those who have submitted to the students council's power.
Her decision to dress the way she could be seen as an extension of this. Hana seems to be of the mindset that the best way to undermine the council if needed is to take them and the school down from the inside. Hana proves herself  to be quite the hard worker. When she devotes herself to a cause she fully commits with no qualms about being hurt in the process. This loyalty also extends to her gang, who she would do most anything for as she views them as some of the few good people left in the world.

Interrogation

Hana is brought into the room, handcuffed. Kodotoka sits at the other end of the table, awaiting her entrance.
Kodotoka: Greetings... please, sit down...
Hana enters the room and looks at Kodotoka for a moment before smiling and sitting down. Hana: hello there. This was quite the surprise.
Kodotoka: Please state your name and occupation.
Hana: My name is Akahana Arai. I'm a first year. I'm also a ,what do you all call it, delinquent.
Kodotoka: Alright, Arai-san, if you're a delinquent... which gang are you in...?
Hana: Golden Overdrive
Kodotoka: Ah... and how did you end up being affiliated with this gang...?
Hana: Well I met the other members of Golden Overdrive while I was running an errand for my father, supplying weapons to the locals, and I liked them a lot as people, so I decided to look into the group and i agreed with their goals so i decided to join.
Kodotoka: And what exactly are your own goals?
Hana smiles, a glint in her eyes.
Hana: I want to shake things up, see how much I can change the way things are. It certainly makes life more amusing to think that way. Hana looks quite comfortable as she says this, perhaps even a touch excited.
Kodotoka: And what could that mean...? A change for better or worse...?
Hana shrugs.
Hana: I think for the better, though I doubt our definitions of better match up. For me better would be more freedom, less of them breathing down our neck. Life would certainly feel a lot less restrained that way.
‎Kodotoka: "Freedom" is overrated in a world where your city can be wiped off the map by a single maniac. You may disagree with our laws, but everything the Student Council does is for the greater good. "Freedom" only takes you so far...
Hana: I understand that aspect of what the student council is trying to do, but I don't agree with their methods and I doubt I ever will. That's why "freedom" is desirable to me. So that people can make their own decision on how to contribute to the greater good, instead of having it mandated to them. Hana shrugged and smiled.
Hana: But like I said you probably don't see better the same way I do.
Kodotoka: Because the masses don't know what's good for themselves. Are you trying to lead me to believe that you juvenile delinquents would run our nation better than those who have spent their lives training to be qualified for such an undertaking...?
Hana: I can see why you'd think that way but you'd be surprised what ordinary people can understand. It might surprise you. Hana laughed a little at something Kodotoka said. Hana: That is funny though. You're assuming that delinquents naturally want to wreak havoc on our nation when really that's not the case at all for most of us. And it depends, I'm not questioning the councils efficiency at running a nation, but I don't agree with their tactics and I'm likely not the only one. Tell me do you really think so many people would be turning to gangs if they were happy with their leaders or if they didn't know it would get under their leaders skin that they did so? Hana smiles coyly as she sits in her chair, still comfortable.
Kodotoka: Just because peopel aren't happy does not mean they are right. The Student Council is concerned with the great good, not making its people happy. If you want happiness, you can move to the wreckage of Chicago... so if you see yourselves as having a better way of tactically running things... what exactly does your gang do?
Hana: I can understand that, but like I said, I still don't agree and I doubt I ever really will. I'm still not nearly as disrespectful of the council as some of the other delinquents. I at least go to class. And as for what we do, Golden Overdrive looks out for each other and we shake things up, rattle the people under the councils sway.
Kodotoka: So you cause chaos within society?
Hana: I don't see it as chaos, but I'm not surprised you do. We make people aware that there are those who don't blindly follow the student council. We don't force people to get involved or go after innocent civilians but we make them aware of what is going on. I think all of the gangs are doing that consciously or inadvertently to one extent.
‎ Kodotoka: You can pretend to be morally just... but the simple truth is that there have been innocent casualties due to gang violence, you't try to pretend that your gang is a bunch of good guys... you're no better than the Super Criminals of the West... just not quite as dangerous... yet.
Hana: I'm aware, but I haven't been involved with these innocent casualties and I did say to an extent. I have seen gang activity taken too far, but my group actually knows when something is going too far. Why do you think Golden Overdrive was formed in the first place?
Hana straightens at the word Super Criminals.
Hana: My gang is made up of good people, even if they don't quite match up to your standards. We're aren't like super criminals. Our goal is for the greater good, same as your student council. Honestly if you keep comparing us to super criminals, I may have to start taking it as a compliment.
‎Kodotoka: The Student Council has labelled your organization a "Delinquent" organization, as far as I see it... you're no better. So do you have anything to say about any of the other delinquents in your gang?
Hana shrugs.
Hana: That's not surprising. I imagine the council has very definitive ideas of what constitutes being a delinquent organization Hana smiles.
Hana: haha The others "Delinquents", lets see. Our boss is very loyal to us, as members of his gang and as people. Harue-san is a goof, but he means well and Reese is the best mechanic I've ever met. I just enjoy working with everyone.
Kodotoka: And what do you think of the other gangs?
Hana leans back in her chair for a moment as she thinks before sitting up and facing Kodotoka again.
Hana: It's better when we don't run into the other gangs, since that tends to result in a fight, but I don't dislike them personally. The Queens of Satsurgai are a very interesting group. Very amusing to hear about.
Kodotoka: And do you know any of the Student Council members?
Hana: A few of them are my classmates, but I don't know any of them personally.
Kodotoka: I see then... I believe we're done here. Anything else you wish to add?
Hana: Alright. Well this was fun. Right now I can't think of anything else that the student council would need to know.
Kodotoka: Very well then, you may leave. The guards will escort you out.
Hana stood and nodded, exiting seemingly at ease despite the guards escorting her out of the room.

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Noriko30_zps915b683c

Username:
Akikazemoon

Name:
Noriko Saito

Codename:
Burst Valkyrie
(The name comes from the fact that, while on the battlefield, the guns that come from Noriko's back will sometimes resemble wings.)

Age:
17

Gender:
Female

School Year:
Year 2

Height:
5'6''

Sexuality:
Asexual, hetero-romantic
(She considers herself asexual because, in reality, she's afraid of that physical part of relationships. The rest of it, she's fine with.)

Relationship Status:
Single

Gang:
Student Council

Assignment in Gang:
Secretary

Fighting Style:
Noriko is built for combat, through and through. She has a mechanism cybernetically installed onto her back that holds within it many firearms, which can then extend over and around her shoulders and waist to fire at the enemy. She always keeps extra ammunition on her at all times, which are in holsters around her waist and upper legs. Besides her weaponry, she's also highly skilled in hand to hand combat--she's very quick on her feet, and uses speed to her advantage while fighting, if she has to fight up close. She keeps a combat knife with her, as well, in case her guns jam and are in need of repairs. When her guns aren't in use, they will fold up back into the box on her back--unless they are jammed, in which case they will need to stay out.

Psychological Analysis:
Noriko seems to have a sort of emotional disconnect with the rest of society. She has had trouble fitting in her entire life--and never really made any friends. She was always a bit distant to others, and was often thought of as quite strange--though she herself had no idea why. Even when she attempted to be herself, others never seemed to quite accept her. Officials believe that she may have a minor case of Aspergers syndrome, but she has not been officially diagnosed as of this time. Even with her emotional disconnect, though, she is extremely loyal to the student council and the school, and would do anything to further its efforts for control and order. She would trust her fellow student council members with her life--whether they actually like her or not. On another note, she is nearly constantly wearing her gloves--this is because she has many scars on her hands that she doesn't want other people to see, and seems uncomfortable taking her gloves off.

He bares an armband showing the insignia of the Student Council. He gestures for you to sit down, then speaks in a grave, solemn tone.

(Noriko is brought into the room, escorted by guards.)

Kodotoka: Good afternoon, ma'am. Please, sit down! It's time for the yearly interview...

Noriko: *she had been looking down at her feet when she'd entered the room, but looked up at Kodotaka when she heard him addressing her* A-Ah--right-- *she walked over to the chair, sitting down on it a bit forward, so that there'd be room for her back cybernetics between her back and the back of the chair, taking a moment to smooth her skirt and vest out after she'd sat down* Good afternoon.

Kodotoka: Please state your name and occupation, Ma'am.

Noriko: I'm Noriko Saito. I'm one of the two secretaries of the Student Council. *she seems a bit antsy--she's fidgetting with the hem of her skirt while her hands are in her lap*

Kodotoka: Don't be nervous ma'am, there's no reason to. As a distinguished member of the student council, there's no reason to fear anything during the interview. So, how did you get into the Student Council?

Noriko: Huh--? *moves her hands away from her skirt slightly, clasping them together and just kind of fidgetting in general now* Oh, I'm not nervous--don't worry--Anyway...I got into the student council through hard work, I think. That, and--well--I think that I've got some...um...less than usual, um...boons? *her eyes kind of flicker over to the side for a moment, as if indicating the cybernetics on her back*

Kodotoka: Boons...?

Noriko: Oh--! Uh--well--I  have guns in the box on my back--I think that because of that, people thought that I would be a good fighter--A-And, I think that I am, you know--? At least, I think I'm pretty okay-- *looks away from Kodotaka slightly--seems to be avoiding eye contact* I-I mean...I kind of like to think that got into the student council because of my hard work, but...the cybernetics kind of helped, too...

Kodotoka: So... how did you get these cybernetics...?

Noriko: Well, initially I just got back cybernetics because I got injured--but--I really wanted to get stronger, so I had them modified.

Kodotoka: How could you afford them... they look... expensive...

Noriko: I..um...w-well...I asked my father... *looks down at the table between them and starts fidgetting again*

Kodotoka: Your father...? Could you tell me about him?

Noriko: Well--our family used to own a large group of companies, before the world kind of...fell and all...and, um...well, we had a lot of money left over from that...and my father's really resourceful, so he decided to work alongside the academies in order to keep our family afloat...so, he kind of had the money for it and all...

Kodotoka: I see... very interesting. What do you think of your fellow Student Council members?

Noriko: Oh--um--they're all pretty professional, that's for certain. Raiko-sama is a bit scary at times, though...but Eirin-kun and Mizugi-san are pretty nice...! Tomoko-san and Desiree-san are pretty friendly, too...!

Kodotoka: I see... so, what do you think of the various juvenile delinquents that have appeared recently in Satsugai? The gangs?

Noriko: I...really don't get why they're doing what they're doing...? They're kind of just causing more trouble for everyone, so...I don't really think that I like them...

Kodotoka: Oh really...? Heh... I agree. So, any particular thoughts on the individual gangs?

Noriko: H-Huh--? I mean--I don't know--? *absentmindedly reaches her hand up and starts picking at her lip a bit* I-I mean...I don't like any of them...I do have to say that it's kind of cool that the Queens made a gang totally out of girls, but...they're all sort of the same kind of troublemaker, right...?

Kodotoka: Troublemakers, the lot of them. Only time will tell just how much trouble they'll be, however. So... how is your life at The Academy?

Noriko: O-Oh--um--life at the academy is really kind of nice..! I mean, it's much better than living outside of the academies, that's for sure...even though there's a lot of people that I don't really know--I'm not that great with strangers--

Kodotoka: So... what do you think of the Super Criminals in the west? It's not too long ago one of them destroyed two whole cities...

Noriko: They don't scare me! ...I mean...their nukes kind of...make me a bit nervous...? They seem pretty awful, though...th-the people, I mean. The nukes too.

Kodotoka: I agree... so, what do you think of our Supreme Leader, the Student Council President?

Noriko: R-Raiko-sama---? She's really strong and everything--but she can also be pretty scary sometimes, though...N-Not to be rude or anything...! I try my best to do well for her, but she's got pretty high expectations...sometimes I get a bit worried that I'm not going to meet up to them...

Kodotoka: She can be quite intimidating... but I suppose it's only natural from her. Do you have any future plans in the Student Council...? Any goals?

Noriko: I just want to do my best for everyone and help them all fight off the people who want to fight us, I think...I'm pretty happy with where I am now as secretary, after all.

Kodotoka: Very well then... so I believe we're done here... anything else you wish to add?

Noriko: Me? *pauses for a moment, thinking--almost looks like she's zoning out as she does so* Um...is there anything important that you need to ask about, or cover or anything...?

Kodotoka: Perhaps why you keep zoning out...?

Noriko: I-I've been zoning out...?! *seems a bit alarmed*

Kodotoka: Yes- you kinda have...-

Noriko: Oh my gosh--I didn't even notice... *blushes bright red and seems highly embarrassed* I didn't miss anything important, did I...?

Kodotoka: I don't think so... well either way I believe we're done ma'am, it has been an honor speaking with someone from the Student Council.

Noriko: Oh--we're done--? Um--sorry for all of the zoning out and everything... *stands up, giving him a small bow* It was nice talking to you, too!

Codename: Desiree Bellerose

Age: 16

Gender: Female

School Year: First Year

Height: 5'1"

Sexuality: Bisexual

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: Student Council

Assignment in Gang: Treasurer

Fighting Style: Desiree hates and detests fighting. Like actually. She will weasel her way out of a fight using any tactic she can. However, she can fight using wires and poisons she buys from a reliable source. She wears special gloves with wires loaded into them, and can use them as she sees fit. However, this doesn't change the fact she HATES fighting.

Psychological Analysis: "Desiree" refuses to be called anything but the name she calls herself. She does have a name for suited in Japanese, but her dreams of rebuilding her own country in her image KIND OF prevents that a little. She is perfectly sane, though a chronic liar, getting out of anything in any way possible through lying and bribing. Though being the treasurer of the student council, she's extremely loose with money.

Theme Music: Desiree's Theme- Above the Rabble

Threat Level: C

Interrogation

Desiree is brought into the room, not handcuffed, but instead escorted by guards

Kodotoka: Welcome ma'am! Please, sit done ma'am, we're going through the yearly interviews for all members of the the faculty, student council included. Could yous pare us a few moments of your time?

Desiree: Oh hello. Yes of course I can. That wouldn't be too much trouble, I suppose.

Kodotoka: Could you please state your name and occupation?

Desiree: Why, I'm the treasurer of the student council. I am in charge of handling the funds that go in and out of the academy on the council's behalf.

Kodotoka: Of course. Of course. And how would you describe working in the Student Council...?

Desiree: Oh it's quite a lovely job. I enjoy math and finance work. I just manage the funds use to help the council to make the city better. (smiles) Would you happen to have tea?

Kodotoka: Good to hear! The Academy owes you for your hard work ma'am. As for the tea... (Kodotoka immediately turns to one of the guards, whom immediately walks off) there will be some post-haste. Now, where were we? Right right, second question... could you tell us a bit about yourself ma'am?

Desiree: Well let's see. I hail from England, but grew up in Hiroshima. I wish to return to England, but, who knows what state it's in. I happen to also be one of the best gamblers in the area. I dabble in a few other things, but I do lots of underground gambling...and win...and therefore, earn more money for the council. (smiles)

Kodotoka: Well that is certainly a... unique way of gathering resources. Do you particularly know any of the other Student Council members well?

Desiree: Hmmm...I know Noriko and Tomoko and Eirin a bit. They are my friends, if you want to call them friends. I see them as more...acquaintances. Yeah. And as for my gambling, think of it as a taking from the unworthy and giving it to the worthy. You know. Like Robin Hood.

Kodotoka: Of course of course... and what do you think of the recent surge of gang actitivy?

Desiree: It's repulsive. Mangy rats need to be dealt with...exterminated.

Kodotoka: I can tell you feel strongly about this... I am sure the Student Council will have this juvenile delinquency wiped out in no time... so, any particular interests besides gambling?

Desiree: I dabble in alchemy too. I like mixing herbs and liquids and stuff. It's quite fun.

Kodotoka: Interesting... very interesting... could you tell us about your family? Or your birth country?

Desiree: Well, let's see. My mother and father are of noble birth. We were born in England, but then had to come to Japan. Business reasons. And then I joined the academy, and joined the council, and yeah! It's quite fun. I love the job.

Kodotoka: And just how did you get to the Student Council?

Desiree: I was voted in, of course.

Kodotoka: Of course... (Grins under his mask) Any friends outside of the student council?

Desiree: Do you have my tea? I’m dreadfully thirsty

Kodotoka: (Looks to the door) Why hasn't he gotten here yet!? (Immediately looks to the other guard) Get the tea... and find the other guard I just sent out! (He yells to teh guard, whom immediately started running out) Ahem... anyways, very sorry for the inconvience ma'am... where were we?

Desiree: Sorry to be a bother, but I am horridly weak without my tea. I simply need it. (pretends to cough) Oh, and for friends, I have a few pen pals that I write to, but no one I would consider a 'friend'. The right people simply haven't found me yet.

Kodotoka: Ah... I understand. (Guards iimmediately come in, bringing the tea) Will this suffice ma'am?

Desiree: (puts two sugars in the tea and stirs. Takes a sip) It will suffice, thank you. (she sips again) Is there anything else you need from me?

Kodotoka: Uh- no... I don't think so... ma'am. Is there anything else you wish to speak about?

Desiree: Not really. I am quite the bland person aren't I? (grins)

Kodotoka: N-no! not at all ma'am! This academy owes a lot to you! You have done the people of Satsugai a great service!

Desiree: Oh you are too kind (smiles)

Kodotoka: Ahem... you are too kind ma'am. Anyways, we are done with this interview! You may leave whenever you want ma'am!

Desiree: Thank you. (she gets up and curtseys) I don't get one of those vulgar, threat levels, do I?

Kodotoka: Of course... right, I can't believe I've forgotten... you're level C-

Desiree: So I have one? Oh dear...that's too bad.

Kodotoka: The Student Council loves her threat ratings... just in case someone turns on the government. You never know... but I doubt that will be the case with you anyways ma'am.

Desiree: I suppose so. Well, I must be off. Thank you for making this quick. (she curtseys again and leaves)

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Atsuko15_zps66228a89

Username:

Name:
Atsuko Tachibana

Codename:
Arctic Steel

Age:
16

Gender:
Female

School Year:
Year 1

Height:
5'9''

Sexuality:
Heterosexual

Relationship Status:
Single

Gang:
The Queens of Satsugai

Assignment in Gang:
Member

Fighting Style:
Atsuko's weapon of choice is a katana, which she keeps on her person at all times. She is really quite fast, and makes a formidable foe in a fight. Her skills come straight from a master of swordsmanship--who happens to be her father. She's from a family line of very skilled swordsmen. She's always light on her feet and highly focused on battle, taking advantage of terrain and any weaknesses that the enemy makes apparent. When fighting, she'll mostly use the katana, but if she purposefully doesn't want to kill the enemy, she'll bash them with the sheathe of the blade instead--using the same combat style, of course.

Psychological Analysis:
Atsuko is a very cold person in general--she's not very talkative, and often intimidates people without meaning to. People have described her as having made scary faces at them--but in reality that's just how her face looks. Other students have likened her to the Arctic Circle, thus leading to the creation of her codename. Although she does come off as cold, it's not that she doesn't like people--she wants to make friends and all--she just doesn't have very good social skills, and well--people are afraid of her, unfortunately.
Another defining characteristic of Atsuko is that she hates the idea of masculinity. She doesn't by any means hate men--however, she hates people who believe in masculinity, and the idea that women can't fight. She comes from a long line of male swordsmen--but was the only child of this generation in her family. They tried to convince her to not take up the sword, but she practically forced her father to teach her. She does all in her power to make herself seem stronger--stronger than any man. That is what led her to join the Queens of Satsugai--she wanted to prove that women had just as much power as men, and that they could kick twice as much ass, at the same time.
A final note, is that Atsuko does still want to come off as feminine--however, she's very bad at it. Very, very bad at it. Because of this, she's almost afraid to assert her femininity, even though that really goes against her true beliefs...

Atsuko: *she simply walks into the room and sits down in the chair, looking at Kodotaka. Without really meaning to, the look about her face seems--quite cold and piercing. Aaand she really doesn't say anything--*

Kodotoka: Okay then... could you pelase state your name and occupation?

Atsuko: Atsuko Tachibana. I'm a member of the Queens of Satsugai.

Kodotoka: AH... I see... could you tell me about this gang of yours?

Atsuko: We're more honorable than the other gangs out there, that's for sure. We didn't form just to vandalize everything--we've got a purpose. Not to mention that we're all girls...which is proving something in itself.

Kodotoka: Heh... if you say so. So could you tell me anything about your fellow gang members...? Your friends?

Atsuko:...Are you laughing at us...? *pauses for a few full seconds before speaking again* They're all real tough girls--I'd say that I'm friends with them, yeah...but I think that I scare people sometimes without meaning to...so I'm not really sure how close we are...

Kodotoka: And what do you think of the other gangs?

Atsuko: I don't really have any opinion on them. I haven't seen them showing much drive or purpose. So I guess you can say that I see them in a negative light, at least.

Kodotoka: Word on the street is that your boss wants to start a gang war with Golden Overdrive...

Atsuko: And for a good reason, too, I'm sure--I trust her judgment. If we're going to war with somebody, we're not about to do it over nothing.

Kodotoka: If you say so... heh... so what are your thoughts on the Student Council...?

Atsuko: They're all pretentious idiots. *says this with a totally straight, neutral face*

Kodotoka: Of course that'd be your answer... and I assume that uneducated opinion is virtually the same if I were to specifically ask about the Student Council President. So let's skip all of that... and focus on your gang again... just what do you do in the Queens?

Atsuko: I guess that I would consider myself one of the big fighters in the gang...I want to be strong--strong enough for people to respect me for it.

Kodotoka: And just how do you plan on getting strong...?

Atsuko: *narrows her eyes a bit* I'm /already/ strong. As for how I'm going to get stronger...I guess that I'm just going to have to keep training...

Kodotoka: Training in what...?

Atsuko: The art of the blade. That's my family's specialty.

Kodotoka: Your family specialty..? Please explain...

Atsuko: The men in my family have been trained in blades for generations--farther back than any of us can even remember. But, for my generation...I'm an only child. And I'm a girl. At first, my father refused to teach me, but--I kept on asking, and managed to convince him. I don't care that my family is famous for its male swordsmen--I'm going to show everyone that women can be just as strong, if not stronger, than men.

Kodotoka: And now your choice in gangs is starting to make sense... so you consider yourself to be a polished swordswoman right? How often have you used yoru skills on the streets?

Atsuko: *she seems a bit surprised, but quietly happy that Kodotaka actually said 'swords/woman/'* Yeah, I do...and pretty often. Pretty much every fight that we get into that I get the okay to fight in...And I train a lot outside of battles, too. I'll take any opportunity to sharpen my skills.

Kodotoka: Uhuh... I'm seeing a pattern here with the Queens now... so... any particular views on the Super Criminals from the west...?

Atsuko: None really...except that I'm glad that they're not over here. We've got enough to deal with without having to worry about them.

Kodotoka: Of course, of course... so, any other interests besides fighting...?

Atsuko: *pauses for a moment, then hesitates, blushing just slightly* W-Well...I do enjoy flower arrang--...never mind--

Kodotoka: Flower arrang- what now...?

Atsuko: Nothing--i-it's nothing--I don't like anything besides fighting--I'm way too scary-looking for anything besides fighting anyway--

Kodotoka: If you insist... (Kodotoka writes something down on his notebook)

Atsuko: Ah--what are you writing--?

Kodotoka: Oh nothing... so, anythng else you're like to talk to me about...?

Atsuko: *just stares really intensely at his notebook for a second, but then kind of just sighs and shakes her head* I mean...I don't know...maybe I should ask why you feel like it's so important to interview all of us like this...?

Kodotoka: The Council likes to know as much about the students of Satsugai as possible. This is just one out of many ways for them to gather information on its students. Isn't it obvious?

Atsuko: No ulterior motive...?

Kodotoka: Isn't knowledge ulterior motive enough...? It is simply another tool for the Student Council to use in its war of superiority.

Atsuko: I'm really not sure...I can't help but feel like there's some other reason behind it. Maybe it's just because I don't really like all of you at the academies very much, though...

Kodotoka: Well chances are you won't like us any more after this then. Do you have any particular goals in mind?

Atsuko: I want to be strong--and show everyone else that I /am/ strong. And...well, there's a few other things, too...but they're not important.

Kodotoka: What are the "other" things?

Atsuko: *crosses her arms and shakes her head* None of your concern, that's what.

Kodotoka: Oh...? Why would it be none of my concern..? I am a government official, and you've brought information up that must now be filed... so what is it?

Atsuko: *frowns and glares at him* None. Of your. Concern.

Kodotaka: Ah... must be silly girl stuff-

Atsuko: S-Silly girl stuff--?! Do you even realize how insulting that is...?

Kodotoka: Oh...are you going to challenge my assumption then...? (Grins under his mask)

Atsuko: Well, I know that it's not silly...it's a legitimate concern, in case you care so much...! It's...about society and their views...

Kodotoka: Society and their views, huh...? Explain then...

Atsuko:...Society thinks that strength and femininity can't come together in one person. I want to prove them wrong. The issue being...that I'm not exactly very--...I don't really meet up to society's standards of what a young woman should be like...

Kodotoka: Indeed, that is true. The President does a much better job-

Atsuko: *her eyebrows shoot up in surprise for a moment, then furrow frustratedly immediately after* Your student council president isn't the goddess you all think she is, I hope you know.

Kodotoka: She's certainly more fitting of your goals than you are-

Atsuko: Wh-What did you just say--?! *stands up on reflex, pushing the chair back a bit as she does* You're lucky that I'm handcuffed, you punk--!

Kodotoka: Threat level D... *Writes something down on a notepad that he pulled out of nowhere*

Atsuko: *grits her teeth slightly and huffs in frustration* /Now/ what are you writing?

Kodotoka: Your threat level... among other things. I think we are done here, quite done...

Atsuko:...Other things?

Kodotoka: Things that are no longer of your concern....

Atsuko:......Are you making fun of me?

Kodotoka: Yes.

Atsuko: *her mouth falls open for a second in shock at his blunt answer, quickly to be replaced by further frustration* You little...!

Kodotoka: Now we are done. Goodbye miss. *Closes folder*

Atsuko: Good--I'm glad--! I don't have to take this treatment from whiney little peons like you...! *turns, moving towards the door* I'll feel much better once I get out of here!

Kodotoka: Me first actually... done for the day... *Kodotoka intentionally cuts Atsuko off and leaves the room*

Atsuko: *stumbles back slightly as he cuts her off, her eyes widening for a moment before they quickly narrowed again, her hands clenching into fists* Oh...I won't forget that...you want to play hard ball...? Just wait...You're going to regret that one of these days... *glares at Kodotaka's back as he leaves before turning and leaving the room herself*

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles TatsumiKanji6001198155_zps18fcac3a

Username:

Name: Harue Wakayame

Codename: Brute Force

Age: 15

Gender: Male

School Year: First Year

Height: 6'0"

Sexuality: Not sure what sex is

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: Golden Overdrive

Assignment in Gang: Member

Fighting Style: Harue uses large objects and smashes people with them. It's that simplistic. Not much more to it. Be can take a lot of hits and normally blocks for other people so they don't get hurt. He will always jump in front of someone if the attack is fatal. He's undyingly loyal.

Psychological Analysis: Harue is incredibly stupid, and very slow. He can't pick up jokes, he doesn't know when others are joking, and gets mad rather easily. He doesn't give a shit about people's opinions of him as well, and if there is an awkward situation, someone will have to point it out to him...and he won't get it.

Theme Music: Harue's Theme- Fighting for Justice!

Threat Level: D-

Interrogation

(Harue is brought into the room, handcuffed. Surprisingly, the usual interviewer isn't there--but an equally as cold-natured young man is awaiting Harue on the opposite side of the table, hands clasped together.)

Tsuchiya: Welcome...please, sit down. By the power invested in me by the Student Council, I am going to be asking you some questions today. You will answer them, without beating around the bush or even thinking about lying to me. Understood?

Harue: (he looks around) Where's the other guy?

Tsuchiya: Kodotaka-san is not available at the moment. I am his replacement while he is busy.

Harue: Whatever then. (sits down)

Tsuchiya: Name and occupation, please.

Harue: (lets out a long sigh) Harue Wakayama and I work at the garden shop.

Tsuchiya: *pauses for a moment, then raises an eyebrow* The...garden shop...? ...And that's your /only/ occupation...?

Harue: Yeah? Why are you so confused? Is it because of how I look?

Tsuchiya: Yes.

Harue: The fuck? You saying a guy like me can't work at a gardening shop with his ma?

Tsuchiya: Honestly, you look more like a gang member than any sort of gardener...

Harue: I am.

Tsuchiya: You are...what? A gang member?

Harue: Uhh...yeah?

Tsuchiya:...Why didn't you say so when I asked for your occupation? You really aren't that bright, are you...?

Harue: You asked for my occupation, and I told you.

Tsuchiya: *sighs, then continues* So...you're a member of a gang...? Care to tell me about this gang?

Harue: I mean, we're a gang and we hang, I guess.

Tsuchiya: You're...a gang...and you hang. Well. I assume that you do more than just "hang", Wakayama-san.

Harue: Well, we ride around on bikes and fight sometimes, but not all the time

Tsuchiya: *sighs* You're really not giving me much to work with here, you know...anyway...can you tell me exactly which gang you're a member of?

Harue. "Its called Golden Overdrive".

Tsuchiya:...Ah. /That/ gang. Tell me...how do you feel about the other gang members?

Harue: They're not bad. We hang and we're cool. Sometimes they're a little weird but they're cool

Tsuchiya: And what about the leader...? What do you think of him?

Harue: Senpai? Oh yeah! He's awesome and cool! I really look up to him!

Tsuchiya: I see...and what do you think of the other gangs?

Harue: They don't mess with us, I don't mess with them

Tsuchiya: No particular opinion on them?

Harue: Not really. Though one's full of girls, not sure I want to get beat by a girl.

Tsuchiya: You're referring to the Queens of Satsugai? I have heard that the leader of that gang plans to start up a war of sorts with your gang.

Harue: The fuck she's thinking?

Tsuchiya: Whatever thoughts might pass through the minds of you dirty delinquints is beyond me, Wakayama-san...

Harue: The fuck you just call me?

Tsuchiya: Dirty. Delinquint.

Harue: You wanna take this outside, punk?!

Tsuchiya: *his expression is unchanging as he picks up his clipboard and begins writing something down on it* No, not particularly. Though I question how you think you could do anything while handcuffed as you are.

Harue: GET BENT! (he charges and swings his cuff at Tsuchiya)

Tsuchiya: *he simply leans backwards, his facial expression not shifting in the slightest as the cuffs pass right in front of his face* Are you quite done? I'm trying to do my job here, Wakayama-san, and you're not making it any easier for me.

Harue: You were the one insulting me! What the hell did I do to you?

Tsuchiya: You saw fit to disturb the peace of our fine academy by joining one of those deplorable gangs, for starters...can we get on with the interview now?

Harue: Screw you dude! We're done here! Let me the fuck out!

Tsuchiya: ... *kind of just glares at Harue* ...No. We still have more to talk about, and unless you want a tazer to the backside, I suggest that you settle down.

Harue: Fuck your shit!

Tsuchiya: Fine then. I'll wait until your temper tantrum is done. The door is locked, by the way. You can't leave until we're done. *sits at the desk calmly*

Harue: (starts to beat on the door)

Tsuchiya: *just sits...and watches...* ...So what are your thoughts on the Student Council, Wakayama-san?

Harue: (panting) They're bullshit, no better then the rest of the assholes.

Tsuchiya: You believe the entire Student Council to all be of the same mindset, then...? What would you say of our Student Council President?

Harue: The President is no better! I'd like to take the stick out of her butt and beat her with it if I could!

Tsuchiya:... *clears his throat* Well then...Wakayama-san...exactly what do you do in your gang...?

Harue: We ride around, hang out, practice fighting. I learn a bunch of stuff from senpai. He's teaching me how to ride a motorcycle.

Tsuchiya:...Pff-- *stifles a small chuckle*

Harue: What? The fuck you laughing at?

Tsuchiya: You're...in a motorcycle gang...and you don't know how to ride a motorcycle...?

Harue: I'm only fuckin 15, and Ma wouldn't allow it unless I bought it for myself, what do you fucking think?

Tsuchiya: It's still...fairly humorous. *composes himself again, and then prepares to continue* So...you said that you work in a gardening shop?

Harue: You got a problem with that?

Tsuchiya: Not particularly...I was simply asking...and you mentioned that you work alongside your mother?

Harue: Yeah...it's the family business.

Tsuchiya: Are you and your mother very close?

Harue: She's my biggest fan...and my worst enemy

Tsuchiya: Hmmm? Why would you say that?

Harue: Ma doesn't like how I got in fights, and punishes me hard if I come home with so much as a bloody lip. But, she always is scary, and if anyone sees her, she scares them off real fast. She protects me, and I protect her double time in the process.

Tsuchiya: I see...and what of your father?

Harue: He kicked the bucket

Tsuchiya:...Oh. You're...awfully casual when you say that.

Harue: Didn't know Pa that well, died when I was young.

Tsuchiya: Hm. Alright. Do you ever use any of the knowledge that you gained at home out on the streets?

Harue: How the fuck do I use gardening to help on the streets? What, do I give tips to the people who want their tulips to grow better? Nah fuck off!

Tsuchiya: So then...exactly what /do/ you do when you get into a fight with a rival gang?

Harue: Think I demonstrated that earlier, shit for brains

Tsuchiya:...You just smack things around with your hands?

Harue: Or a chair...or desk...yeah

Tsuchiya:....Interesting. *writes down some more notes on his clipboard* So, Wakayama-san...do you have any particular opinions on the Super Criminals making all of that ruckus over in the west...?

Harue: Nope

Tsuchiya: Even though they nuked a city or two? Nothing to say on them?

Harue: I was told that was a test...really it was them?! Fuck!

Tsuchiya: No, it most certainly wasn't a test, Wakayama-san. Chicago and San Francisco were annihilated, along with every last person in both of the cities. No remorse.

Harue: FUCK!

Tsuchiya:.....So...any opinion on them, now...?

Harue: Fuck, are they gonna kill us? Holy shit!

Tsuchiya: They will not kill us, so long as we are strong. That is why the academies were created. And yet, you filth in your gangs still rebel against this movement...

Harue: Fuck you guys, we'll deal with this ourselves if we gotta, but holy shit!

Tsuchiya: You'll deal with it yourselves...? And how do you propose to do that? Are you going to run over their nuclear bombs with your bicycle?

Harue: Senpai will think of something. He came out of a lot worse then this.

Tsuchiya:...Worse than a nuke...?

Harue: (not really thinking of the gravity of a nuke) Yeah!

Tsuchiya:....Alright then. Well. Hm... *pauses, looking over his notes* ...Do you have any interests, other than your gang activities, and working in your mother's store...?

Harue: Hmmm...Nah, not really.

Tsuchiya:...Oh. *writes down another note on his clipboard* So...any pressing questions, Wakayama-san...?

Harue: Can I leave now?

Tsuchiya:...Yes. Yes you may. *sighs, giving Harue a look* Threat level D-. Now get out. Your stupidity might be catching.

Harue: The fuck?

Tsuchiya: *goes back to writing on his clipboard* ...What is it?

Harue: I'm not stupid! I got smarts like you wouldn't believe!

Tsuchiya:...Explain to me the Pythagorean Theorem.

Harue: It's a...science right?

Tsuchiya:...No.

Harue: Well can you tell me how many colors a rose can be?

Tsuchiya:...And on that trivial note, I believe that we're done here. You may go now, Wakayama-san.

grunts and grumbles as he leaves)

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Empty Re: No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles

Post  Amazing Pan-Sensei Mon Feb 24, 2014 2:11 am

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Makoto11

Username: Pan-sensei

Name: Makoto Yamada

Codename: The Monkey

Age: 18

Gender: Male

School Year: Year 3

Height: 5"9

Sexuality: Straight

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: Demons of Dragon Street

Assignment in Gang: Member

Fighting Style: Makoto has practiced Kendo all his life, and since becoming a delinquent he's used it in his street fights. Because of this, Makoto's style has developed past traditional Kendo, using strikes and dirty tactics that would be more at place on the streets. Makoto is also very skilled at parkour, and his use of it to jump around the streets and in battle was what gave him the nickname "The Monkey".

Psychological Analysis: Makoto has been a delinquent for some time, he knows all the ropes of the lifestyle and he's very knowledgeable on the various gangs that inhabit Satsugai Academy. Makoto seeks nothing more than to chill out, his biggest dream would be to become a cloud, just lazily floating through the sky. He loves naps, laying down, and generally just being lazy. In most situations, Makoto is a complete slacker, the only time this is not the case is when he is helping out his gang.

Theme Music: Makoto's Theme

Threat Level: (As assessed by World Government)

Interrogation
(The usual. Your character has been brought into Satsugai Academy's interview room, where he/she shall be interviewed under suspect by the student council. Any questions asked are not answered, and knowing their supreme authority, it would be dangerous to resist. Brought into the mysterious dark interview room, handcuffed, a masked uniformed-student sits at a table, waiting for you to walk into the room. He bares an armband showing the insignia of the Student Council. He gestures for you to sit down, then speaks in a grave, solemn tone.

Kodotoka: Sit down, under the order of the Supreme Leader I have been tasked with interviewing you. Sit down so we may begin.

Makoto: Hey... I like your hair man!

Kodotoka: I have no hair-

Makoto: Exactly man...! Your- your head is like a big bowling ball man!

Kodotoka: Ooookay then... please state your name and occupation.

Makoto: Makoto Yamada! Vagrant, napper, and ladies man!

Kodotoka: ...

Makoto: What's wrong man...?

Kodotoka: Please be serious during this interview...

Makoto: Whad'ya mean!? I am serious! This is my serious face...

Kodotoka: Great, just great. Where were we again...? Nevermind... the records state you're in a gang...?

Makoto: The Demons of Almond Street!

Kodotoka: Dragon Street... hey... YOU'RE in this gang... I shouldn't be needing to tell you these things.

Makoto: Right right...! I forgot! Haha!

Kodotoka: Riiiiight... okay... tell me about-

Makoto: *Pulls out a kendo sword and swings it around* Hey! Lookit this thing! Badass, right!?

Kodotoka: H-how did you manage to bring that into the room-!? Guards-!

Makoto: Chill man- chill! I just wanted to show you it...! I mean, come on... people these days are too stressed out about things, yah know? It baffles me... we focus so much on all these complex problems... and jobs... me? I just wanna lay down and sleep. I wanna be a cloud.

Kodotoka: You're kidding me right? You're a student, it's your student to study, live, and die for the glory of the President!

Makoto: Hey... don't get me wrong man... I'm not a hater like some of the other "delinquents"... but I could care less about that stuff. The Council messes with my chi, man...

Kodotoka: Your chi...?

Makoto: Yeah! My chi! The feels! The voodoo! You know man?

Kodotoka: Uh... no?

Makoto: Well you just don't get my character, man! Deal with it. Hey, when do I get to sleep, I'm tired-

Kodotoka: There is no such sleeping time in this interview! Now straighten up so I can finish this thing!

Makoto: The laze man! THE LAZE! I don't feel like doing any of this-!

Kodotoka: J-just let me get done with this! I'm very busy and I've got lots of work to do today-!

Makoto: Zzzzzz....

Kodotoka: I hate you... *kicks shins*

Makoto: Uh-wah-!? Oh, hey... I'm still here...? What's the next question man?

Kodotoka: Okay... so... why bring that kento stick around-?

Makoto: I hit people with it-

Kodotoka: No shit. So... tell me about your gang-

Makoto: We're pretty chill. Our leader is cool I guess, hell, they're the only ones that can get me moving. It's hell to wake me up, yah know? Hell... one time it took like 5 guys poking me with pointy sticks just to wake me up!

Kodotoka: I- uh... okay then. Tell me about the other gangs-

Makoto: I did the duds at Golden Overdrive... their leader has cool hair I guess... The Queens though! Ohoho, boy! Everytime I see them, I'm like SCORE! There are quite a few lookers there, yah know?

Kodotoka: Are women and sleeping all you care about...?

Makoto: Yeah, pretty much man. I sleep, eat, and hit on pretty girls. I like enjoying life, you got a problem with that?

Kodotoka: Yes... you're a slacker. A danger to society. Threat level E...

Makoto: T-that's lower than everyone else's though-!

Kodotoka: I thought you didn't care about this type of thing...?

Makoto: But still-! It's so uncool! I mean I-

Kodotoka: I think we're done here sir-

Makoto: Hey hey hey! Wait-! Maybe we should talk about how badass I am-!

Kodotoka: No, I think we're quite done actually.

Makoto: No wait-

Kodotoka: GUARDS!

Makoto: Hey! Hey! Hey! Wait! *Makoto is dragged away, out of the room*

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles Empty Re: No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles

Post  Skylark-13 Mon Feb 24, 2014 4:31 am

Student Record

No Man's Land: Red Sun Profiles 17_zps0937f14b

Username: Skylark-13

Name: Raiko Kiryuu

Codename: The Dragon of Satsugai

Age: 18

Gender: Female

School Year: Year 3

Height: 5'7"

Sexuality: Closet Bisexual

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: The Student Council

Assignment in Gang: Student Council President

Fighting Style: When fighting, Raiko typically uses a large sword-like weapon that also has a gun built in. As a weapon, it's typically on the heavier side- so she has cybernetic enhancements in her body at key points which helps to boost her strength just enough to make using the weapon possible- but not exactly easy. She doesn't want to risk seeming weak- so even if these cybernetics were to be taken out, she's still got quite a bit of muscle from years of training that are helpful to her fighting. Though she may not seem it, she's quite the skilled opponent, and anyone trying to challenge her will find themselves in a tough match- after all, she's been training and practicing nearly her entire life so she's had the chance to perfect a good few styles of fighting and different weapons, even if she usually only uses one.

Psychological Analysis: Raiko's major issue is a bit of a superiority complex. She believes that she's right in everything and that nobody has the right to question her judgement- a feeling only reinforced by the power she has and the iron-fist she rules the academy with. She's controlling and manipulative, doing whatever it takes to get people to obey her and do as she wants- because if they aren't obeying, they're an unknown variable- and she's always despised the unknown. Otherwise, she seems like a normal student, just a little harsh or cold is all that's truly different.

Theme Music: TBA

Threat Level: S

Interrogation

Raiko is lead into the interview room by swarms of guards, all marching alongside her. Once the door to the room is opened, Kodotoka along with about a dozen high-ranking Council officials all salute at once.

Kodotoka: All hail the President! Welcome Ma'am!

Raiko: Ahh… *Enters regally, her head held high as she looked around, taking in the sight of everyone giving her the proper respect* Very good… thank you, Kodotoka…

Kodotoka: You honor us Ma'am! *bows* Your presence here is a complete honor! Please ma'am... sit down! *Kodotoka motions towards where she should sit down, the simple wooden chair replaced by a massive throne*

Raiko: … I know it is, I know… *Smiles faintly, then nods as as he gestures to the throne, soon walking over and taking a seat elegantly*

Kodotoka: Of course ma'am! So... please state your name and occupation…

Raiko: … *Rolls her eyes a bit* Raiko Kiryuu, Student Council President… really, Kodotoka… must we go over things everyone already knows…?

Kodotoka: B-but we must go exactly by the book! Just as the Council designed it ma'am... wouldn't you rather have it be done that way...?

Raiko: … Well, I suppose I’m glad you’re following the rules… it’s quite a drag though… Very well. Next question, then? I have better things to do than this…

Kodotoka: O-of course ma'am! Anyways... next, could you tell how how you were brought into power as the great and powerful Student Council President?

Raiko: … Brought in is a bit of a mislabeling of what happened, Kodotoka… I showed people just how wrong they were and took control… The old President grew weak and I eliminated them in order to take control and ensure we stayed a stable, well-ruled academy...

Kodotoka: Of course Ma'am! The Academy owes you a great deal for what you have done to this Academy! What is your philosophy when ruling this great academy?

Raiko: Mhmm… Yes, it certainly does… *Smiles a bit, though it’s rather cold-hearted* … Ah. The academy must be ruled strictly- leniency leaves room for rebellion, which cannot be allowed for a smoothly running leadership… Anyone who says differently shall pay the price.

Kodotoka: I see! And what is your opinion on these "delinquents" that have been popping up all over Satsugai recently...?

Raiko: … *Scowls* They’d better enjoy their little reign of terror while they can- it’s not going to last much longer… and once I’ve decided on just the best way to root them out I’m going to break them like unruly cattle… Break them until the only thing they know is simple-minded obedience, as they should.

Kodotoka: Of course! As always your answers are great ma'am! Alright then next question... so... could you tell us about your fellow Student Council members...? Anything about your views on them, what you thinking about them, etc…

Raiko: … *Nods, smiling faintly* I know… *Pauses, slowly sighing* … They’re… satisfactory. Some could certainly improve, but… they’re better than the everyday peasants living around here… the more power they have, the more fit they are to implement my orders- and the more I trust them… I don’t believe there’s much more to say-

Kodotoka: Are there any individuals in particularly you'd like to talk about...?

Raiko: … The only one possibly worthy of any sort of praise would be Eirin-kun… Of course, he has his faults as well as the others, but he has served me very loyally and well while I’ve tried reigning in the chaotic masses… There’s a reason he’s in the position he is.

Kodotoka: I see... I interviewed him earlier, a model student he was. Ahem... so, anything in particular you'd like to say to your mass of loyal followers here in Satsugai Academy...?

Raiko: Indeed… *Smiles, this time with an actual trace of fondness, before her expression resumes its normal neutral state* … Ah… My followers… As long as they obey my commands I will ensure there’s prosperity for our academy- yet if they dare to think they can put even one hair out of line… I will bring down a holy punishment so severe they’ll wish they never even considered it.

Kodotoka: As expected from out great leader! You inspire both confidence and fear in so few words! Ahem, so, next question then. Could you tell us about your childhood...?

Raiko: *Stiffens, going abnormally quiet and still* … Next question.

Kodotoka: As you wish ma'am! Ahem... what is your favorite colo- actually no that question is dumb. Are you sure you wish to avoid the childhood question ma'am...?

Raiko: … I prefer blue, would you like me to make that the color theme of your memorial service? *Glares* The only thing I learned in my childhood was the value of strong leaders and obedient followers… that’s all that’s important and all you will be receiving as an answer.

Kodotoka: O-of course ma'am! Very sorry! *Kodotoka bows to Raiko* So then- do you have any closer friends of family?

Raiko: … Forgiven… this time… *Continues glaring a moment before easing up, letting out a sigh* … No. Trusting anyone when you’re in a position such as mine only opens avenues for being overthrown- creates weaknesses in your rule. That’s something I refuse to allow, so… no.

Kodotoka: Interesing. Next question then, what do you think of the rival academies in Japan? The ones we are are currently at war with in particular?

Raiko: … Ah. Them… they’re simply… inconsequential dots on the map… they’re not even really rivals. Rivals imply they’re near enough to our level to be a risk of overthrowing us- and this isn’t the case at all. Those we’re at war with are just struggling futilely to defeat a wave of pure power… they’re idiots, whom we’re going to crush all too soon… and teach them just what it means to mess around with us…

Kodotoka: I agree entirely ma'am! Satsugai will crush its enemies! Ahem... so since we're on the subject of enemies, let's talk about a bigger threat. The looming threat of Super Criminals in the West... it started in places like Peru and No Man's Land... but now this problem has spread throughout the world. Particularly... a few years ago, millions died when a Super Criminal known as "Kraven" got a hold of nuclear weapons... its threats like these that the people of Satsugai fear the most... any words on this?

Raiko: *Smiles, nodding* That’s the right attitude… *Pauses as he moves on, slowly giving a sigh at mention of the west* Ah… I should have expected this question… *Looks around the room before slowly returning her attention to him* They have no reason to fear anything from these people- because they know nothing of us and think us to be inconsequential dots on the map. This does not mean we are powerful- quite the contrary. I’ve purposefully ensured that they don’t see us as a threat so that we will remain safe… After all, do my own people not trust me to keep us all safe? I know what is best for us- and I shall make sure no ‘Super Criminal’ takes that away.

Kodotoka: But what shall be done in the case that one of them becomes a threat to our nation?

Raiko: … At that time we shall show them just how much of a mistake it is to consider us weak, or someone easy to overthrow… We are a powerful force and not one to be trifled with and should they threaten us we will show them our might!

Kodotoka: I see, I see... do you have any future plans for Satsugai? Any future programs or plans?

Raiko: … *Smiles faintly, chuckling under her breath* I’m afraid any plans I have at the moment are not for the ears of everyone. Sorry, Kodotoka, but I’ll be keeping that to myself.

Kodotoka: Of course ma'am! Well I think that settles it... we should be wrapping up soon. So... any words on your life before becoming President?

Raiko: … *Nods, before cocking her head to the side- then frowning as she realized what he meant* … That’s the past and as such it has no impact on today. What happened then has no influence on how I rule the academy now- and as such, does not need spoken of.

Kodotoka: Very well, ma'am. Well I believe that concludes our work here... is there anything else you wish to speak of? Anything else you'd want on record?

Raiko: Hm… *Pauses to think, tapping her fingers on the arm of her throne* … I don’t believe so… Everything I needed to say has been said and I would hope properly recorded…

Kodotoka: Alright! It has been an honor ma'am! *Kodotoka stands up and bows* It has been a great honor!

Raiko: … *Nods* As it very well should. Good day, Kodotoka- I’m sure there are others you need to speak to… and I have things of my own to do. *Stands, brushing imaginary dirt off her skirt before regally heading out the door*

Golden Overdrive

Assignment in Gang:
Member

Fighting Style:
Reese does no fighting of her own and rather relies upon her skills as a mechanic and a programmer in use of different mechanized animals... Her two main machines are first a set of small mechanical beetles that are used for scouting and reconnaissance and second is her large blue dragon robot named Specular... Reese often uses the Dragon as a surrogate Motorcycle in Golden Overdrive rather than owning an actual bike... Specular is not only much faster than most street legal Vehicles with short wave propulsion jets and long powerful mechanical legs he is much more agile and can make hairpin turns even at top speed... Not only that but he is loaded with retractable protruding blades in his arms, legs, chest, head and tail that can be launched from any of these places as high speed tactical projectiles... To top it all off he has a programmed AI that scales very close to legitimate intelligence if he didn't require commands from Reese in order to function he would meet all the other qualifications of being sentient.

Psychological Analysis:
Reese is rash, bold, and incredibly extroverted girl that is as likely to cheer for you doing something as she is to verbally bite your head off for it... She places passion and zeal behind all of her words in the loudest way possible... She's often perceived as boisterous and head strong which is just as she wants... She seems to put up a large ego inflated front about god damn everything, it's either the most obnoxious quirk humanly possible or its one of the most unsettling passive intimidation tactics ever... Other than this she's incredibly intelligent and can easily analyze and pick apart the capabilities and uses of any machine she examines and is a widely accomplished mechanic and programmer.

Interrogation

[3/10/2014 4:02:46 PM] BaseballDerp: (Reese is brought into the room, handcuffed. Surprisingly, the usual interviewer isn't there--but an equally as cold-natured young man is awaiting Reese on the opposite side of the table, hands clasped together.)

Tsuchiya: Welcome...please, sit down. By the power invested in me by the Student Council, I am going to be asking you some questions today. You will answer them, without beating around the bush or even thinking about lying to me. Understood?
Reese: (Reese walks into the interview with a very skeptical and annoyed look) hmph... Power my ass... Questions!? I will answer whatever questions I please... (Reese sat down at the table... A large shadowy figure encompassed the door and a large blue metallic foot stepped into the room before Reese waved at the figure) Stay there Specs... (She looked back at Tsuchiya) Lie?! you obviously have no Idea who you're dealing with.
Tsuchiya: *he raised an eyebrow at the large robotic creature in the doorway*...Exactly /what/ is that, and /why/ did our people let it in here...?
Reese: (Reese snaps her fingers and the large robotic figure seems to shimmer for a moment then disappear) What thing?
Tsuchiya: *gives Reese a glare* Tell me what that was. You're only wasting both of our time.
Reese: (Gives Tsuchiya a coy smile) Oh please everywhere but school I'm seen walking around with a 10ft tall blue dragon you don't think I have ways of getting it into the school?
Tsuchiya:..................................Name and occupation, please.
Reese: (Smiles confidently) Resse Rathian, Mechanic.
Tsuchiya: Why is it that you have an English name...? Were you not born here in Japan?
Reese: My parents are from Europe but I was born here.
Tsuchiya: I see...and I assume that you learned your mechanic skills from them?
Reese: Nope
Tsuchiya: Then from whom exactly did you learn your skills?
Reese: My brother mostly but we kinda taught ourselves.
Tsuchiya: You must have had some kind of method...books, observation...?
Reese: Ah Manuels... My dad's a librarian and he got us all t he books we ever wanted on anything.
Tsuchiya: That sounds like your father must have a fair amount of resources...especially in the world we live in today...
Reese: Mom and Dad worked on preserving as much data and knowledge when everything went down hilll... Dad collected stuff in his library and mom worked as a programmer to remake old videos and computer files.
Tsuchiya: I see...so...as you can probably assume by the fact that you are handcuffed...we've taken some note on your...extracirricular activities.
Reese: No duh.
Tsuchiya:.....Care to tell me about that deplorable gang that you're a part of?
Reese: Deplorable pleeeeease we are a lot better off than everyone who stays around in this shit hole... Yeah well why the fuck not... We're The Golden Overdrive and we kick ass on the streets.
Tsuchiya:...And that's all that the gang does? "Kick ass on the streets"? So essentially you're just a bunch of angry children having mood swings and breaking things?
Reese: (A swish was heard then Reese snapped her fingers and a something shimmered then a random silvery blade appeared floating in front of Tsuchiya's face) You're lucky I stopped him... You better be careful Specular has a very active temper especially when someone talks shit about me or my friends... (She waved her hand and the blade disappeared into thin air)... And No we don't break things We're the most badass biker gang Japan has ever seen and no shit you say'll make any difference.
Tsuchiya: *his facial expression doesn't seem to shift even in the slightest at the appearance of the blade--he doesn't even blink* Threatening me will get you nowhere, Rathian-san. I hope you know that. You're only wasting our time.
Reese: (Reese rolled her eyes at his reaction or rather lack there of) Talking shit about my friends will literally get you nowhere, if you catch my meaning.
Tsuchiya: I am not "talking shit." I'm simply stating the truth. Anyway...we should move on. Exactly what do you think of your fellow gang members...?
Reese: They're pretty cool, I've known some of them since early school but I'm new to knowing them closely so not too much to say.
Tsuchiya: And what about the leader? What do you think of him?
Reese: Daisuke? Eh he's alright, He takes the gang seriously and he knows when not to back down... He's got the right Ideas goin'.
Tsuchiya: Alright... *picks up his clipboard and writes down a few notes* ...Tell me what you think of the Student Council. Without calling your overgrown electronic lizard on me, please.
Reese: The council?... Uhh I really don't see them almost at all... I mean I'm only in school like once every two weeks or so maybe a little more often recently but that's just for use of the computers... Uhh I mean personally I don't have a problem with you guys its just well... what you enforce that I have a problem with.
Tsuchiya: Exactly what about it do you have a problem with?
Reese: You know what I'm talking about.
Tsuchiya: I /asked/ you a question, Rathian-san. Answer it.
Reese: MOTORCYCLES, ROBOTS, LOUD MUSIC!!! Why are these not allowed in school, it's a crime against sanity they're neccessities of life!
Tsuchiya: Well, for one thing, all of them are incredibly loud and annoying--just like you. They are not conducive to a proper learning environment.
Reese: (A mechanical gear shifted loudly but unseen... Reese waved a finger and the sound stopped) Keep it cool Spec... ... ... In short you're being completely unreasonable, there are clubs for all sorts of things that are allowed to have their matierials on campus including the Student Council but none for those who like loud fun... You could section off a distant and/or soundproof area of the school for such a group... I even wrote a letter to the council about this... but of course I bet it wasn't even looked at twice.
Tsuchiya: I'm not here to hear a campaign about you starting up loud clubs, Rathian-san. And you aren't here to give a pitch. We're going to move on with the interview now.
Reese: (Folds her arms) Whatever... Spec stand behind me and stop fooling around... (Movement could be heard then nothing was heard again)
Tsuchiya: *he was very tempted to lecture Reese on the fact that pets weren't allowed in school, but decided against it* Now then...I can assume that you hold the same opinion on the Student Council President as you do the Student Council itself?
Reese: Honestly the way you operate I assumed you all went without a leader... So who is this guy?
Tsuchiya:...? *raises an eyebrow, looking highly scrutinizing suddenly* ...You're honestly claiming ignorance on this topic?
Reese: Well Like I said I don't run into you guys that often and I really don't care for Student Council Politics... What can you tell me about him?
Tsuchiya: *he seems almost disgusted with the notion that Reese wouldn't know the Student Council President* Well, for one thing, our honorable President is a /woman./ And she far exceeds you in everything. That is all that you need to know.
Reese: (Reese stands up with her hands out infront of her looking from side to side) OK OK OK... I get it guys you got me... I'm on some hidden camera thing... You guys are trying to punk me right... There's no way you guys operate so sloppily and are run by a girl, I don't believe it.
Tsuchiya: *he just kind of stares at Reese for a moment* ...For one thing, we are /not/ run sloppily. We have a well-organized system that you rabble will never have. That, and yes, our honorable President is a woman. And you would do well not to even think of insulting her. Now sit down.
Reese: (Reese sits down not taking this seriously anymore) Alright Tsuchiya I'll sit down now why don't we continue with my "Interview".
Tsuchiya: *gives Reese a harsh glare* Don't think that you can address me so casually. We are not anything close to friends, remember.
Reese: (Reese gives Tsuchiya an approving look) Oh right... Just get this thing over with... Ask the next question (She said still sounding like she thought this thing was a charade)
Tsuchiya: Very well...tell me...how do you feel about the Super Criminals in the west...?
Reese: Super Criminals... yeah there a thing... let's say I don't have the nicest view of them.
Tsuchiya: Care to elaborate?
Reese: The Serial murderers and Terrorist from West Europe are why My family and I live here now... A bunch of little groups started grabbing all the territory they could and instead of living where my brother was born we live here now... My parents always talk about it as if it was the nicest safest place over there but now it might as well be a pile of rocks.
Tsuchiya: Hm...It wasn't exactly the criminals in Europe that I was referring to...I was talking more specifically of the inmates of that infamous prison in the middle of the Mojave Desert. Most notably the one who dropped nukes, killing countless innocents.
Reese: Huh? Why would I care about that I was like 8 at the time plus I was already living here and no one I'm related to or friends with for the most part has ever set foot in the US... I mean yeah lots of people died but nearly just as many die every year in this World.
Tsuchiya: And you aren't worried that those very Super Criminals might just try to set foot on the sacred grounds of our own homeland...?
Reese: Not really last time I checked even some Supercriminals had been moved out of here to that prison and honestly keeping any criminals out of the area is good for me... Gang work is really low class but if a band of Supercriminals were to come along it would fuck everything up.
Tsuchiya: And you do realize that the very system you just called sloppy is what is keeping those Super Criminals out of the bounds of our people?
Reese: Yeah good thing there are grous of capable people running around not in league with your sloppy regime huh?
Tsuchiya: Yes, because a small girl on a robotic dinosaur is completely capable of taking down people who have killed millions. That's /totally/ plausible, right...? *he speaks with a voice practically dripping with sarcasm*
Reese: Yeah, because the group who were too stupid to realize that small girl had a robotic dinosaur before she walked into her interview with it could do any better (Reese Mimics Tsuchiya's voice and tone in a very mocking manner)
Tsuchiya: Oh, well, aren't you just /charming/-- *he grimaced slightly, writing down a few more notes* You'd be surprised how much info I have on that dinosaur of yours just from this single interview, Rathian-san. Get down off your high horse.
Reese: Of course you do and I'm sure the fact that I could modify him in anyway I desire doesn't make that information totally useless... He's not a horse... he's a dragon.
Tsuchiya:..........................Did you just pun at me...?
Reese: Wow!... You actually know what a pun is Tsuchiya-san I am so impressed... and here I thought you were just the mouth that only stops talking to kisses your "Brilliant" Leader's Ass
Tsuchiya: *his grip on his pencil and clipboard seem to tighten, though his face remains largely unchaged, but for his eye twitching slightly* ...So, do you have any other interests, other than gangs, mechanics, and being an insufferable brat...?
Reese: Nope... You could add making you lose your shit but I'm sure you won't want you losing your composure over "A Small Girl and Her Robot Dinosaur" getting back to your council buddies.
Tsuchiya: Pardon me, but I do not intend to "lose my shit," as you so crudely put it. *writes something on his clipboard* Threat Level D. Now get out of here. And take your metal scalebag with you.
Reese: Really? that's it? OK then... (Reese stands up and puts her hands outstetched behind her and something unseen breaks the handcuffs... the cuffs drop to the floor and Reese walks out of the room as the sound of metal scraping across the floor back and forth)

Height:
5'9"

Sexuality:
Pansexual/Asexual

Relationship Status:
Single

Gang:
Student Council

Assignment in Gang:
3rd Year Class Representative

Fighting Style:
Poe's Fighting style is intentionally intimidating and scary... First of all Poe is a very skilled swordsman and uses three different black swords all of similar make; One a long slender blade made for stabbing, Two a serrated Katana, Third a large heavy square butcher knife... He/She wields these with his right hand and two other retractable cybernetic arms; He/She doesn't use his real left hand as that is his writing hand... His/Her actual sword style is an enigma; first it involves three swords all of different sizes and cutting styles then while fighting Poe moves in a very erratic and odd way as if the swords all had separate wielders, it makes them very hard to fight all at the same time... Poe is also a powerful psychic with the ability to manipulate peoples emotions... This ability mostly extends to making people feel Sad, Uncomfortable, Creeped Out, Unnerved and/or Afraid when they are around him... When Poe enters the room the air in it seems to become heavy and the more social contact you have with him the more powerful it becomes; it seems to follow stages in social intimacy: In the same room, hearing His/Her Voice, Seeing Him/Her, Touching Him/Her, Looking Him/Her in the eye... Oddly Poe seems to be able to extend this ability into his/her writing especially when it is Dark, Tragic, Scary or Depressing... He/She uses this technique as a control mechanism on the other students not in the council especially in the 3rd year class he/she represents... He/She will also sometimes read his/her poetry aloud in order to direct his/her psychic powers while fighting to further unnerve and terrorize his opponents.

Psychological Analysis:
Poe is quite the... there is no single word or phrase that describes Poe correctly... Odd is as close as one gets... He/She responds to any gendered identification with no difference in mind set... It also has this knack for writing Poetry (yes ironic) however He/She seems to be able to imbue His/Her psychic powers in His/Her writing and magnify the intended emotional reaction... In readers; Horrors become Nightmare Inducing, Tragedies cause Mass Depression, and so on... Although Poe is a very powerful psychic story telling either speaking or writing seems to be the only concurrent ways He/She can use to direct his/her powers in any way as his/her creepy/unnerving aura when socializing with people cannot be turned off... However with Poe's nature of being socially introverted and shy this appears to be of no issue for Him/Her... Poe has never been seen to be sexual in any regard however very rarely some of his/her poetry does have romantic undertones to it so as far as sexuality and gender goes he/she is as Enigmas as usual... Most of Poe's personality and expression seems to correlate with his/her poetry which 98% of all known Poe'etry as it has been coined is at it's lightest bittersweet but is most often dark, mysterious, tragic, scary and depressing.

Theme Music:
Poe's Theme - Sweet Dreams

Threat Level: (As assessed by World Government)

Interrogation

(Poe is escorted into the room, and surprisingly, the usual interviewer isn't there--but an equally as cold-natured young man is awaiting Poe on the opposite side of the table, hands clasped together.)

Tsuchiya: Welcome...please, sit down. By the power invested in me by the Student Council, I am going to be asking you some questions today. Don't worry--I'll try to keep this short. I know that you have a busy schedule.
Poe: (His/Her aura emenated oddity itself giving a sensation of curiosity and fearful mystery, like looking into the door of an unknown dark room... Poe spoke in his/her usual whisper like voice) Very well Tsuchiya-san let us begin.
Tsuchiya: Your name and occupation, please?
Poe: Poetry Nomen, Representative of the Student Council Third Year
Tsuchiya: Pardon the inquiry, but, living in Japan, why is it that you have a foreign name, Nomen-san?
Poe: I picked my name.
Tsuchiya: You...picked it?
Poe: Yes.
Tsuchiya: Was it because you didn't like your original name?
Poe: No this is my original name.
Tsuchiya: *his eyebrows raise just slightly, and he looks confused for a moment* S-So you chose your name as an infant...?
Poe: No I was never an infant.
Tsuchiya:...? *he glances down at his nearly blank clipboard, then back up at Poe, actually losing composure for a moment as he looks perplexed* I-I'm sorry, but could you elaborate on this...?
Poe: I was never an infant... I was born at age 10 out of a large incubation tube from which I was grown and modified in a lab.
Tsuchiya: O-Oh--goodness--I--I'm sorry that I broached such a...erm...sensitive topic...
Poe: It is fine, it is not sensitive for me... When I was born I was allowed to pick my name from words that I was taught... they told me to pick a nice name... I thought Poetry was nice and Nomen is the word for Name in Latin... Poetry Nomen, Nice Name.
Tsuchiya: I-I...I see-- *quickly scribbles down some notes onto his clipboard, then composes himself again* Alright...Nomen-san...what do you do for your duties as Representative? And do you enjoy these duties?
Poe: I like them, I get to write and see people, it's nice.
Tsuchiya: And...what do you think of the Student Council?
Poe: I like the people on the council... as much as I like anyone else... Not too many people like my poetry and some people don't like looking at me but, no one really does.
Tsuchiya: Ah...why would you say that people don't enjoy looking at you? Do you think that people don't like you...? I don't see what reason they would have for that...
Poe: (Poe released more and more of his aura turning it to a dark shade of purple emanating the feeling of fearing the dark... His/Her whispering voice sounded ghostly) You See What I mean?... (He/She turned it back down after a few moments...) I can't exactly turn this off.
Tsuchiya: *his eyebrows raised a bit, and he quickly looked back down at his clipboard, taking notes* W-Well, anyway...I don't see why people wouldn't like your poetry, either...
Poe: People don't like my poetry because it has the same effect as looking me in the eye or speaking to me... they feel unsettled all the time... no one, not even you Tsuchiya-san can't exactly look at me and not feel a worm crawl up their neck... My psychic powers make me seem weird in nature and some people see that in a bad way.
Tsuchiya: T-Trust me, Nomen-san--no worms crawling here. *except that he was actually kind of creeped out--* Anyway--m-moving on--You've given your opinion on the Student Council--do you have any special opinion on our Student Council President?
Poe: She seems nice enough but I don't really have too much of an opinion of anyone *Poe's inability to percieve personality traits probably played a part in this*
Tsuchiya: I...see. Would that mean that you don't have any opinion on the delinquints that have been cropping up, either...?
Poe: Most of them don't show up to class but... The Council said I'm aloud to read my stories to them... I've started posting them on the homeroom door just to remind the delinquents I'm always there... As an expereinced writer I know how to inspire different emotions in people and caution and fear are very easy to produce in highschoolers.
Tsuchiya: O-Oh--that's a wonderful process of--creative expression in the ways of--law enforcement--So-- *clears his throat and writes down a few more notes, seeming uncomfortable* What do you think of the fact that the delinquints are forming gangs? Any opinion on the gang wars that may develop?
Poe: Ah that... Well enemies turning against each other is always a nice convienent plot point in many stories... However clustering together is a bad sign... Gladly they've broken up into at least three large groups and they'll probably fight amongst each other as much as they'll resist the council's order... Hmmmmm... I should start posting stories around school about groups falling apart and fighting amongst each other... It could cause some friction in our foes.
Tsuchiya: Hm--yes, that certainly is a plan...let's see...do you have any other interests, outside of your Representative duties and poetry?
Poe: I like fencing and sword play... It's really the only physical activity I'm good at.
Tsuchiya: I see... *writes down a few more notes* And...can you tell me your opinion on the Super Criminals to the west?
Poe: Hmmm?... A distant ignorable danger for the time being... I find our current scenario much more interesting, if I was alive then to write the events of the American Prison I would have however there seems to be little interesting events going on in that area... nothing worth writing about.
Tsuchiya:...Oh. Um-- *looks at his clipboard again, then back up at Poe* ...I'm--running out of inquiries here--do you have any further questions, Nomen-san...?
Poe: No... Thank you Tsuchiya-san it was nice to see someone keeping their composure in front of me... It's, comforting.
Tsuchiya: Ah...whatever I can do to make you more comfortable, Nomen-san.
Poe: Thank you... Here... (Poe stands up and heads for the door slowly)... Why don't I make my way out (Poe looked just away from Tsuchiya so that their eyes wouldn't meet and his aura wouldn't affect him so much)... Is there anything else I should know?
Tsuchiya:...Ah--yes--your threat level. Hm...Threat Level...C. That will be all for now, Nomen-san. Thank you for your time.
Poe: Indeed (Poe Leaves)

Sexuality: Pansexual

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: Demons of Dragon Street

Assignment in Gang: Leader

Fighting Style: Rhys is actually pretty used to hand-to-hand combat, or even simple street fighting- so even when he gets into bigger fights, he tends to use his fists. He may occasionally include brass knuckles, or other things to make his punches stronger, and if pressured he'll use a knife- but that's generally about it. He's fast though- fast on his feet, and fast hitting. He's strong enough even to have formed his own gang- and to lead it confidently, too.

Username: Raven Todd

Name: Kasumi/Hayate Narita

Codename: Seiko

Age: 17

Gender: Male, has begun to slightly identify as Female

School Year:  3

Height: 5'10

Sexuality: Bi-curious

Relationship Status: Single

Gang: Demons of Dragon Street

Assignment in Gang: Member

Fighting Style: Hayate has trained himself to fight well using the shadows and his environment to his advantage. This training is made even more dangerous by his cybernetic which allows him to cast powerful illusions, usually of a dense mist or of people. These illusions are powerful enough that Hayate also tends to employ his cybernetic to deepen the illusion that he is a girl while at school, to the point the person can swear they feel whatever illusion he is casting. On top of this Hayate is also a competent street fighter, as he has learned how to fight from his experiences as a delinquent. When he chooses to use a weapon, Hayate will typically choose to use a bladed weapon like knifes, though he is willing to use just about anything available to him.

Psychological Analysis: Hayate has quite the complex concerning his own personal identity. While he identifies as a boy, Hayate has dressed as a girl since his sisters death, one year before beginning high school, seemingly for his parents wellbeing as to this day they  have not accepted the fact that she has died. While he is not at school or near his family, Hayate still dresses and acts as a boy, though he has adapted certain aspects in order to continue his school and home life as Kasumi, such as a more fluid sexuality and gender identification.
Hayate seems to feel most himself when he is with his gang, as he feels he does not have to pretend to be anything he is not. Though Hayate still has difficulty fully detaching form his female persona, as it is his last connection to his sister and his parents, who've convinced themselves that he died in her stead. To this day, no one at the academy know that Hayate is actually a boy and the truth behind his situation with his parents. Though it is possible he has told certain members of his gang about  aspects of this portion of his life.

Interrogation

(Kasumi is brought into the room, handcuffed. Surprisingly, the usual interviewer isn't there--but an equally as cold-natured young man is awaiting Kasumi on the opposite side of the table, hands clasped together.)

Tsuchiya: Welcome...please, sit down. By the power invested in me by the Student Council, I am going to be asking you some questions today. You will answer them, without beating around the bush or even thinking about lying to me. Understood?

Kasumi looked at the interview in mild surprise before nodding and sitting down, still a bit curious about the change in interviewers. Kasumi: I understand. Doing either wouldn't have gotten me anywhere anyway.

Tsuchiya: That's a good mindset to have. Now then--name and occupation, please.

Kasumi: My name is Kasumi Narita. I'm a third year.

Tsuchiya: Then...being a student is your only occupation...?

Mostly. I do work in the library part time though.

Tsuchiya: Hmm...that's odd...we do have some record of you being somehow associated with one of the street gangs...honestly, it was a bit of a debacle bringing you in here...a big argument over whether to cuff you or not...

Kasumi smiles nervously. Kasumi: Well I have only started recently, so it's likely not in the books yet. It's mostly volunteer anyway, but i think i know where you might have made that association. My brother is in a gang. That's my only connection though.

Tsuchiya: I see...exactly who is this brother of yours...? *picks up his clipboard and appears to be ready to take notes*

Kasumi: Hayate Narita. She notes the interviewers sudden need to record their conversation.

Tsuchiya: And are you both involved in this gang...? Which gang is it?

Kasumi: Demons of Dragon Street. I agree with their ideals some of the time, but never enough to really  help or hinder them.

Tsuchiya: And what do you think of the other members of the gang?

Kasumi: From what little time I've spent with them, they seem nice. They're good friends for my brother, even if they are delinquents.

Tsuchiya: And what about the leader...? What do you think of him?

Kasumi: It's really about the same for him too. He's a strong leader. The only reason I'm  associated with them is because I'm looking out for my brother. I tend not to spend too much time with them otherwise.

Tsuchiya: You're...making this awfully painless. Huh. *writes down a bit more* The others who came in here before you were just...ugh. *puts down the clipboard momentarily* Do you have any other interests, other than your gang activities?

Kasumi: Thank you. I'll take that as a compliment. I think I can imagine what the others have been like.  She looks at the mans scribbling for a moment. Kasumi:I guess i would like to find a sense of self outside of my brother. I like psychology, studying what's happened in the world and analyzing how different people responded to the same things.

Tsuchiya: A sense of self outside of your brother...? Could you elaborate on that...?

Kasumi: A lot of how i think of myself and how other people tend to think of me is in relation to my brother. A lot of what I have done is for my brother.  I would like to detach from that at least a little bit.

Tsuchiya: I see...so...tell me...do you have any opinions on the other gangs?

Kasumi: They are...interesting. The Queens of Satsugai and Golden Overdrive are. very likely to end up in  a gang war sooner rather than later.

Tsuchiya: Yes, in fact, word on the street is that they might actually launch into combat quite soon...

Kasumi: Well, that's not entirely unexpected, though things certainly have escalated quickly. I do wonder what they are thinking though. It'll wreck hell on Satsugai if they were to truly go at war with each other.

Tsuchiya: That is why we of the academy dislike gangs--pointless violence that leads to nothing more than more violence.

Kasumi: I can understand that aspect of the academy's views. Pointless violence rarely is any of the gangs goal as far as I can tell, but it can be the outcome at times.

Tsuchiya: Hmm... *writes down a few more notes* So...can you tell me your views on the Super Criminals over in the west...?

Kasumi takes notes of the writing but still smiles calmly. Kasumi: I think they're interesting to analyze from a distance. Though I don't want anything like that happening in Japan. May I ask you a question, Sir?

Tsuchiya: Hmm...? I suppose so, yes. Go ahead.

Kasumi nodded, still smiling calmly though now a bit happier. Kasumi: Thank you. Does the student council believe that the gangs are going to turn into Super Criminals? Kasumi is serious as she asks him this.

Tsuchiya:...If the delinquents were ever to get it into their heads to become something so monstrous...then the Student Council President would no doubt order them to be eliminated before they even had the chance to gain such momentum.

Kasumi held up her hands peacefully. Kasumi: I'm more than aware of that. I know the president is not one to be trifled with. From what I've seen, the delinquents have no intentions of becoming anything even remotely similar to Super Criminals. I just wanted to know what the council thought on the matter.

Tsuchiya: As you might guess, the Student Council is fully dedicated to keeping the peace around here. We are making the nation strong, so that we might protect against those Super Criminals of the west. Delinquents who decide not to attend school...are essentially approving the digging of their own graves.

Kasumi: I'm glad to hear that. I'd like to think Japan is strong enough not to fall into anarchy like the west did. Having a school around is actually very comforting, at least as a symbol of order.

Tsuchiya: I'm glad you think so. So...Narita-san...can you tell me about your opinion on the Student Council...?

Kasumi: I think they're doing what they think is the best way to handle a difficult situation and its honorable of them to do so. A few of them are in my class actually. It's very...I wouldn't quite  say daunting, but their presence is very visible.

Tsuchiya: I see...and what of the Student Council President? Any particular opinion?

Kasumi: The Student Council President is also in my class. She stands out brightest of all of them. She's very dedicated to keeping things as they are. I honestly have a hard time picturing anyone else in her position. I tend to  hold people who aren't afraid to be themselves worthy of regard.

Tsuchiya: Alright... *writes down a few more notes, then looks up from his clipboard at Kasumi* Any last questions...?

Kasumi: How does the council intend to deal with delinquents? Other than eliminating them, if you don't mind my asking?

Tsuchiya: Correcting them of their negative ways through discipline, most likely. Whatever route the President takes, I'm sure that it will be effective.

Kasumi: That does seem the most likely route. I'm certain if the president is enforcing it, whatever route we see taken will be very effective.

Tsuchiya: Indeed...is there anything else you needed to ask, Narita-san...?

Kasumi: I was curious as to what happened to the other interviewer but that's not  very important.

Tsuchiya: He's simply busy. Hmm...Threat Level D-. You may go now, Narita-san.

Kasumii smiled, chuckling a bit. Kasumi: I figured as much. Thank you. Kasumi nodded and left, smiling to himself as he left the room. It was funny despite telling Tsuchiya he wouldn't lie to him that was what he had done most of the interview. But then again he wouldn't had gotten anywhere near as much information had he been truthful, so really this was unavoidable. Oh well at least now he had an idea what to warn the others about.

Gender:
Male

School Year:
Year 3

Height:
5'11"

Sexuality:
Homosexual

Relationship Status:
Single

Gang:
Demons of Dragon Street

Assignment in Gang:
Member

Fighting Style:
Walt doesn't really fight on his own despite being large and strong... He primarily uses his large mechanical Dragon, Razor, to do the job for him... Razor is built for strength rather than speed and with his claws alone could easily tip over a large truck... Razor is also a walking arsenal, not only with weapons of his own but has a storage for weapons built into his back... Each front claw not only has the strength to lift several hundred pounds but also has the grip to break someones arm or leg... As far as weapons go the Red Dragon is equipped with a powerful long range rifle and flamethrower inside his mouth as well as several retractable spikes on his tail which is even more powerful than his other limbs

Psychological Analysis:
Walt is stern and serious at all times, he takes everything very seriously especially his work on machines and weapons... He has an open distaste for school and structured learning and believes that all things need to be learned hands on by experience or the knowledge and skills are never retained fully and that learning in an organized manner like school is not only a waste of time but bad for the mind... He has a passion for weapons and mechanical things that he doesn't seem to share with anything else... Although he is not seem to be an innately aggressive person when pushed he is not afraid to let out lethal force with his Razor or other weapons when pushed.

Interrogation

(Walt is brought into the room, handcuffed. Surprisingly, the usual interviewer isn't there--but an equally as cold-natured young man is awaiting Walt on the opposite side of the table, hands clasped together.)

Tsuchiya: Welcome...please, sit down. By the power invested in me by the Student Council, I am going to be asking you some questions today. You will answer them, without beating around the bush or even thinking about lying to me. Understood?
Walt: (Walt walked in silently, sat down in his chair and nodded when asked if he understood)
Tsuchiya: Name and occupation, please.
Walt: Walter Rathian, Mechanic
Tsuchiya: Rathian-san, can you explain to me why you have a non-Japanese name...?
Walt: Just prior to my sisters birth my family and I moved here from the UK.
Tsuchiya: I see...as far as your occupation goes...do you do anything beyond mechanics...?
Walt: I program machines and computer programs, most often mechanical AI.
Tsuchiya:...Anything else?
Walt: I've designed weapons on infrequent occasions but its not a passion.
Tsuchiya:...I don't think that you get my meaning with this question, Rathian-san.
Walt: (Walt cocked his head in confusion) I don't believe so could you elaborate?
Tsuchiya: You are associated with a gang, correct?
Walt: (Pulls back very confused) Is this why you insisted I be bound in cuffs... You honestly think I would associate with those kind of people?... I'm certainly not  my sister Tsuchiya-san I have a higher moral grade than that. (Majorly Lying)
Tsuchiya: *gives Walt a piercing glare* Didn't I tell you not to lie to me, Rathian-san...? Some of our scouts saw you interacting with members of one of the big three gangs in the area...and you claim that you have no association with them...?
Walt: (sighs and looks down and away) Yes... I've been... Selling some merchandise to the local gangs alright... I'm... I'm not exactly proud of it... I give my sister a lot of shit for being in a gang and well... I need extra money from time to time to keep building my machines, and recently I've had to resort to selling to some of the local gangs.
Tsuchiya: Which gang would you say that you associate yourself with...?
Walt: Uhh... Draconios of Demonic something or other I can't remember the name exactly... I've sold to them on two occasions and only one for weapon repairs.
Tsuchiya:...The Demons of Dragon Street...?
Walt: That's the name thank you... If I didn't remember that would have bugged me to death... but *sigh* yes... I've associated with them before, why?
Tsuchiya: Would you consider yourself to be on the "delinquints," then?
Walt: No not at all (looks increasingly insulted and berrated)
Tsuchiya: And yet, you work against the efforts of the academies...?
Walt: No... I'm a well respected student amongst the third years, I've never caused trouble in class, I do my work, I conform to rules... I've just needed some money to stay on my feet recently.
Tsuchiya: And you couldn't find work elsewhere?
Walt: Oh no I do more often then not Its just those two instances... You can ask my girlfriend Kasumi... Her brother Hayate is in the gang In all honesty if someone I didn't trust wasn't in the gang I wouldn't have sold to them at all, I haven't even sold to my sisters gang.
Tsuchiya: Ah, yes, your sister...she was quite a handful during her interview...
Walt: (Rolls his eyes) I can imagine she's such an insufferable little pest sometimes isn't she??
Tsuchiya: Yes. Well--I'm not here to talk about annoying sisters. Anyway...you said that you knew the people on the gang, yes? What do you think of them?
Walt: Aside from Hayate I've met none of them, I refused to hand my work over to anyone I didn't trust... I honestly detest the gangs in general.
Tsuchiya:...I do not understand why you would stoop to work with degenerates if you hate them so much.
Walt: I don't REALLY work for them sir I've been trying to explain this, I don't skip school, I'm Not A Delinquent.
Tsuchiya: You keep trying to make a case for yourself, but in reality, all of these things you're saying are really just very weak excuses... *he writes a few notes down onto the papers on his clipboard* So...what do you think of the leader of your gang...?
Walt: (After his facade wasn't working he gave up lying to Tsuchiya... his posture, poise and tone changed to be much more serious and discontent with Tsuchitya's Presence) I told Hayate it wouldn't work but Oh well... Goddammit... You wanna know what I really think... I think you and your student council are full of shit... you wanna know what I think of my "gang" I think they're the best chance the rest of us have to stay free and safe... and what to I think of Rhys?... He's wanna the smartest guys I've come across and he knows more about what's going on than you and your "Supreme Leader" have even a hint of.
Tsuchiya: *stares at Walt for a moment, then sighs* Well. And here I thought that you actually had a speck of decency.  I've /no/ idea how Narita-san stands you.../she/, at least, was polite... *he writes a few more notes down* So...any other interests other than your vulgar gang activities...?
Walt: Firearms, Gunpowder, Gasoline, C4, and Large Mechanically Mounted Weapons
Tsuchiya:...Gasoline? Are you saying that you use the gasoline for...recreational uses......?
Walt: 7th degree flamethrowers are a personal favorite of mine. All Gasoline powered No electricity needed, just gas and flint.
Tsuchiya:...Right. *writes down a few more notes* So...what do you think of the Student Council...? Although you've already given me a good idea of your opinion...I'm still required to ask...
Walt: Oh don't get me wrong I find nothing personally wrong with the council... I have no personal grudges against any of you infact as far as I've seen I'd like you all if it weren't for the fact you were associate with this "school".
Tsuchiya: Oh. Is that so? *looks down at his clipboard* According to my notes, you believe both the Student Council and I to be...and I quote... *clears his throat* ..."full of shit." You also said that we don't have a "hint" of an idea of "what's going on." Do you maybe want to revise your statement from just now? *looks back up at Walt*
Walt: Oh no not at all, (seems to have calmed down from before) what I was reffering to was your attachment to the school's teaching structure... Your so called students don't learn a thing in the environment you create... and this is the only place you can pull new members into your council... so in other words you unknowingly hurt yourself by restricting students gaining of skills and knowledge and then getting members from only the students at this academy.
Tsuchiya: If the academy was not teaching the students anything, then it would be useless--and thusly disposed of. We are learning the way of survival at our school here--our Student Council President is paving the way for us to build up our defenses, so that we do not suffer horrible losses due to negligence, as the west has suffered...we do not wish to become like them. We are superior, and we will not make their mistakes.
Walt: Oh no, no one wants us to repeat the mistakes of the Westerners... and Yeah you guys try to teach people things but... It's not working, a number of students have had to look to outside sources... your gang troubles... Yeah you teach survival but the teaching given to the entire student body is sub-par compared to what a small few have and the thing is is that some of us have seen this and don't want any part of it... Honestly if you asked a number of the delinquents around the school if they would commit themselves more and conform if they were allowed to learn and teach themselves and other students the way they saw fit rather than you... I bet you'd eliminate 70% or more of your gang issues, trust me... Give the students some learning freedom and it'd go far.
Tsuchiya: You say that it's not working? And yet, we have a large number of highly skilled students...your logic is flawed. The delinquints decided to break away from us, and in that way, they are opposing the notion of wanting to keep our nation safe. All they want to do is cause chaos. And in a world made for order, chaos cannot thrive. Those delinquints will only dull their own skills by trying to break away. Those who feel that they aren't gaining any ground in their studies need to dedicate themselves more. Think of Akiyama-san, of the Student Council, for instance--he's highly dedicated in everything he does--thus why he got his position. I have seen delinquints in this school, and more than half of them don't pay a iota of attention in their classes. It is not a problem with the system. It is a problem with the mindset.
Walt: Flawed?... You're sorely mistaken sir... You're looking over key factors... Do you not consider that the Delinquents may  have a founded and logical reason for not desiring to conform to Student Council Policy... Perhaps they feel, like myself, that the school has little to offer them and that the structure of teaching and protecting the nation is flawed... if this is so then you are missing out on valuable resources in these students and therefore risking the safety of our nation by not listening to them... Personally I know of several of the delinquents, My sister Reese included, that if the Student Council was simply more open and flexible about procedure and what was allowed at school and how people were taught then they would... It is a simple matter of human nature that when an establishment does not conform to the wishes of its people that rebellions will form and eventually either one or the other party will fall... There is no fault in our mindset, it is with your choices.
Tsuchiya:...Citing your sister is a fairly weak argument. She said that she wanted, and I quote, "Motorcycles, robots, and loud music," at school. None of those are conducive to a learning environment. But anyway...I'm not here to debate with you. I'm here to interview you. And so, I'm going to do just that. Moving on... *glances at his clipboard* ...What do you think of the Super Criminals of the west...?
Walt:... Let's say I don't have that avid of an opinion in them to say the least.
Tsuchiya: Elaborate.
Walt: I have very few memories from my life in Europe however I remember the night my family left... I was in my parents bed and my mother was pregnant with Reese at the time... and a group of men with cybernetic arms were shooting grenades into peoples windows... All I remember was my mother picking me up running away from the house and seeing pillars of smoke coming from my neighbors houses.
Tsuchiya:...Ah. I was actually referring to the Super Criminals in North America...
Walt: What's your fix with these guys... I mean yeah one of em blew up two cities a few years back but there have been super criminals all over the world almost since before we were all born... not to mention the US hasn't involved us in any of its problems since well... since before the cataclysm... they're no big deal to us here.
Tsuchiya: It /is/ a big deal, Rathian-san. What you don't seem to understand is that a criminal, who was supposedly imprisoned to protect the world from them, was able to take over the prison and use it to launch /nukes/. Not just bombs, Rathian-san. Very real nukes, with very real consequences. Yes, the situation was brought under control...but we can't risk anything like that happening again. What if those criminals were to escape their prisons? What if, let's say...they wanted to take over the world? We need to be prepared for such a situation.
Walt: Tsuchiya-san... ... ... *huff* have you ever heard of the WMD scare during the 1950's?
Tsuchiya: Of course I have. Why?
Walt: You're having the same reaction... Do you really think we can do anything here if another nuclear attack happend on japanese soil... look what happened in the final weeks of WW2... We have better technology but not so many resources... If another Kraven decides to send one our way we're fucked... that's all there is to it... unless you want to start a war of our school against Paladin industries to kill everyone in that prison so they can't harm us... Go Right Ahead... I'll even come support you if it was that bad of a situation but the thing is another attack like that hasn't happened in these last eight years (This may be edited if the future Plot of NML changes this in anyway) and there probably won't be again... and if there is there's nothing we can do about it.
Tsuchiya: *writes down a few notes on his clipboard* ...We're just about done here. Any last remarks before you go, Rathian-san?
Walt: Eh Not really anything on your end?
Tsuchiya: It's not my job to comment on the riff-raff. *puts down his clipboard on the desk* Threat Level D. You may go now, Rathian-san.
Walt: Of course... your job... *huff*... (Walt stands up and leaves)
