Sarah glared at the Major. She knew he was right but didn't want to admit it. She stayed low and crept with him, making for the trees whenever she could. She wasn't going to be spotted so easily.
"I'm sensing faint brainwaves on the other side..." she said.

Skara
Jaffa Captive

Suddenly on the other side of the brush from Kawalski and Sarah a patrol of Jaffa troopers were escorting a number of prisoners to a clearing next to the road, this being just too far ahead for Daniel, Hecate and Yamamoto to see... The Jaffa forced the prisoners to stand in a line in front of a pit that looks as if it had been dug out a long time ago...the Jaffa raised their staff weapons and pointed them in the direction of the prisoners and their commander in a silvery snake like armor suit raised his hand, his soldiers ready to kill on his signal... as a familiar voice shouted out... مساعدة! (HEEEEEEEELP!)

Daniel was about to respond to Hecate with sympathy when he heard the scream off in the distance... What was that?!

Kawalski looked over the ridge of bushes and branches he and Sarah were next to... He pointed his scope out towards the Jaffa several tiny laser pointers tracing their legs... Captain scope out the commander... I'll scatter the rest of them on your shot.

Yamamoto Akemi
The Private

Yamamoto stayed silent as he listened to Hecate and Jackson talk to one another. It's been some time that they've talked to each other so he didn't want to bug two friends. His ears perked up however as he looked at the direction at where he heard the shout. He couldn't tell what it was or who it was from but he knew that the person was in trouble. Without any hesitation, Yamamoto took off towards that direction.
"Sorry Colonel, but someone needs help!" That was what Yamamoto said before he went full sprint towards the yell, almost close to it now.

Sarah nodded and put her visor down, lifting her rifle. She aimed through the crowd, aiming for the commander, ignoring the distractions. She fired a shot, but then the private was there.
"What?!" Sarah whispered, in surprise, but then fired again, quickly aiming for the commander.

Colonel Hecate Wingate Dubois
Leader of SG1

The Colonel looked up as she suddenly heard a scream. Her grip on her weapon tightened as she thought she recognized the voice. Before she could even issue an order, Yamamoto sprinted towards the source of the cry. Hecate turned towards Doctor Jackson, any sadness replaced by the utmost seriousness.

We need to move. I think that was Skara.
The Colonel walked over to the doctor and handed him a small shot gun before signaling him to follow her, proceeding to the area in a quieter fashion than the Private had. From where she stood, Hecate turned on her guns silencer and fired at the Jaffa troopers furthest out of their commanders vantage point as Sarah fired at the leader.

Skara
Jaffa Captive

The Jaffa not expecting such weaponry... Invisible Gunfire isn't a thing with them... They all ran frightened and scattered except for the ones who were cleanly cut down... ... ... Skaara undid his bonds as Yamamoto and Hecate reached the outside of the open field... All but two of the captives were men and were almost all from Abydos except for an elderly man... The men called out to them for help with their restraints... The girls particularly calling to Yamamoto... Skaara ran over to Hecate as quickly as he could يا أنا أعرف كنت تأتي كلها بالنسبة لنا! أنا فقط أعرف ذلك! (Oh I knew you would all come for us! I just knew it!)

Daniel stopped as he reached everyone else moments later... I'm sorry I'm not quite... *panting*... Used to being in the field again!... Oh It's some of the Abydosians?... why would they be killing these?... didn't they come for... servants?...

Kawalski looked over the ridge of bushes and branches he and Sarah were next to... He stood up and walked over to Skaara pointing his P90 at the young man and Glared at him... You know this one Dubois?

Colonel Hecate Wingate Dubois
Leader of SG1

Hecate surveyed the area as the Goa'uld soldiers either fled or were cut down. With this, they had saved several Jaffa, but they had also lost the element of surprise. They would have to be careful now. Hecate kept a gun on standby as she walked forward, signaling for Yamamoto to begin unbiding them, giving him a warning glare as she heard the womens reaction. The last thing she needed right now was for him to do sometihng unintelligable and find himself married to a Jaffa. She turned in Sarah's direction, holding the girls eyes, "Scan the nearby area for any approaching soldiers. The Gao'uld will know we're here now." She then turned at the sound of Skaara's voice, her gaze softening a touch as she looked at the boy.
Her gaze hardened a moment later as she turned and addressed the Major officially, both a warning against being rash and holding a gun to the boys present in her eye.
"Yes, I know this one,Major, keep an eye on the area. It shouldn't be long before the Goa'uld has prepared for our arrival." She turned back to Skaara, pondering Daniel's words. Yes, why had these prisoners been sentenced to execution? The jaffa army had been willing to kill who they didn't need on Abydos, but these people had been brought over. Why kill them now? {in arabic} Skaara, what happened after you were captured? Why were you all brought out here, can you say? {end arabic} She adressed the boy as calmly as she could at the moment. Skaara needed kindness right now, but at the moment they needed to know what had happened, anything to get more of an idea what they would be up agianst. Hecate pulled out a cigarette and lit it, taking a long drag off of it and she looked at the boys, her eyes again slighlty softened.

Yamamoto Akemi
The Private

Yamamoto was sprinting as fast as he could at the enemies in front of him. How dare they try to shoot down innocent civilians! Anger was coursing in his face but before he was able to get to them, the Jaffa had run off with a few of them already being shot down. This caused the man to slow down a bit to see what was going on. He looked around and noticed that the other members were there with him now as he sighed a relief. He smiled when he saw that Skaara was running towards them. Good thing that the boy was safe since it was his fault that the kid was captured in the first place. He also noticed the females shouting or saying something to them. Yamamoto was still confused on what they were saying but it was just probably joy that they were rescued. He smiled and waved over to them to calm them down. When he saw Hecate motion for him to unbind the rest, he started walking forward. The glare she gave him creeped him out as he didn't know what he was doing wrong at the moment. Was it cause he run off without warning? That must have been it. Yamamoto got to where the captives were as he untied the old men first before proceeding to the women. After he finished, he took a deep sigh and stretched. He would have to apologize to Hecate after all of this mess dies down first.

Skara
Jaffa Captive

Skara somewhat uncharacteristically glared at Kawalski... يا أنا أعرف كنا فقط أعرف ذلك... ا أعرف كنا ا أعرف كنا (What a rude man... Colonel we were brought here because the guards said we were too weak to be warriors and too young or too old to be given to the Gods)

Daniel tried to interperet Skara's words... Given to the Gods?... Could he mean taken as hosts?!... well at least something came of it... كنا فقط أعرف ذلك (Head to the Stargate and dial these)... Daniel showed the Abydosians some written symbols for their new home.

Kawalski scowled, obviously disappointed and irritated... He reloaded his weapons and took point on the road incase any more Jaffa showed up... Sure... Colonel...

Colonel Hecate Wingate Dubois
Leader of SG1

Hecate gave Kawalski a pointed look as he took position. One day she was going to be given permission to shoot him. Until that day, she would put him in his place anyway she could. As much as he may not like it, she was still his superior and he was not going to forget that. She turned to Skaara, a comforting but small smile on her face. Her tone still serious. تجاهل له. انه لا يستحق الحصول على قلب أكثر. كنت محظوظا شعروا بهذه الطريقة. ما حدث لبقية الأسرى؟ هل تعرف؟ (Ignore him. He's not worth getting upset over. You're lucky they felt that way. What happened to the rest of the captives? Do you know?) She hlaf nodded in Daniels direction. "That seems to be the case. There were still more taken though. It would be better if they were chosen as soldiers rather than hosts."

Skara
Abydossian Scout

Skarra nodded and pointedly ignored Kawalski he then looked up as if something had come to mind... يا أنا أعرف كنت تأتي كلها بالنسبة لنا! أنا فقط أعرف ذلك! (Guardians, I know of an entrance to the serpents palace! The guards took us out of it thinking we'd be killed so they didn't care if they used a secret passage)

Daniel smiled to Skarra... Then looked to the others... Maybe we can still hold the element of surprise if we hurry!... The guards won't be expecting us to come in from an entrance we don't know about.

Kawalski looked over the side of the nearest hill... Then looked back... He just ignored everyone at this point in his perpetually grumpy manner.

Colonel Hecate Wingate Dubois
Leader of SG1

Hecate looked over towards Kawalski, catching his eye for a moment before he turned away. The man was a good soldier but he could be unbearable in every other aspect. She turned back towards Skaara, glad to see him taking her advice. It was actually a bit funny given how polite the boy was normally. Hecate listened to him and nodded, يمكن أن تعمل. على الرغم أنت معينة، لن يكون هناك حراس متمركزين هناك كاجراء احترازي؟ ليس كل من الحراس الذين جلبت لكم هنا مات. كانوا قد حذر سيدهم. (That could work. Though are you certain, there won't be guards stationed there as a precaution? Not all of the guards who brought you here died. They could have warned their master.) She made eye contact with both Daniel and Skaara as she said this. The plan was sound, but they couldn't afford for any misteps at this point. Not with so much at stake.
